I haven't received my refund yet for Order ID :[protected].
I have raised mainy complaints #[protected] regarding this, but everytime they told to wait 48 hrs but didn't get any resolution or refund. It's been more than a month, I didn't get any refund yet.

Please check and issue the refund as soon as possible

Im a new seller of meesho, my product was taken out by by meesho customer and returning used product..and i raised a ticket with video proof in meesho they not accepting my rto claim and i have lost more than ₹8000 in meesho...

I requested to return product, They picked up product from here but not updated status, but they send one more guy to pick again and he updated status as Reverse pick up cancelled and have not refunded amount yet.
I complaint many time to customer care but they always says wait 24/48 hours. I dropped mail also them with the message which I got after picked up item, but still they are not responding on that.

I made a return request,
They picked up product they I got a message but after some hours one more guy they sent to picked up again. and they updated status as Return Cancelled. after they I called them many time and dropped mail also with attachment of screen shot of message which I got after product picked up.
but they are not updating status and also not refunding amount. They are saying every time wait...

Ordered one toys car for baby 28th Nov 2022.They are delivery 6th Dec 2022.same day i registered for item return taken, so delivery item damaged item.
they told with in 3-4 days item pickup. But till todays do not took returned my item.

I order one Jacquard Weaved Chennile Living Room Carpet on 27 December 2022 from Meesho and received the parcel on 31 December 2022. I placed an order and made an online payment through UPI, but I never received the product but recieved a mail that product has already been delivered. I made a payment to buy two products from meesho the money got deducted but the order is not placed. The order is not showing in my order history.
For additional information I paid 313 rupees because there was a discount on making a payment from paytm....

I ordered few dresses which came but they were oversized.
Due to this I requested a replacement, but the replacements came were totally wrong.
The color of the dresses were not the same that I ordered.

Moreover I contacted the customer care but they informed that the dresses can't be replaced again and in all this I missed the deadline of 7 days.
