3. Complaint Summary
I ordered a phone from Meesho on 11 Oct 2024. It was marked shipped on 14 Oct 2024 via Valmo, but the tracking ID showed invalid on Valmo's website and there were no updates on Meesho app.
I contacted Meesho support multiple times and was repeatedly told to “wait.” I requested cancellation and refund many times, but Meesho refused to cancel, saying delivery will happen.
Final delivery date was shown as 20 Oct 2024, but no delivery occurred. On 24 Oct 2024, the product was falsely marked as Delivered.
I received no OTP, no call, no SMS and yet the order status was forcibly updated as delivered.
I raised complaints:

All were closed without resolution, using "technical issue" as an excuse.
I raised 3 National Consumer Helpline (NCH) complaints, all closed with incorrect guidance. IDs:

I also served a legal notice and attended 3 audio + 3 physical meetings, but still no refund.
Meesho is now falsely claiming that no complaint was raised within 7 days, despite 2 valid complaints raised within that time.
