Complaint: Didn’t receive the product still showing delivered of prepaid order

I have ordered 2 products amounting to Rs. 2650 from Meesho app from the same seller as mentioned above. I received only one product in the parcel amounting to Rs. 1275 (Order id[protected]_1). I didn't receive the product amounting to Rs. 1375 (Order id[protected]_2). The seller has sent only 1 product in the parcel which I received, and I have paid for 2 products. The tracking id of both the products are same ([protected] from Xpress Bees.) I was in thought that both the dress is in the same parcel/packet as they have same Tracking id and same seller, but when I opened the parcel there was only one dress, other one was missing. The status of the product is showing delivered, but I didn't receive that. I called the help centers/ customer care of Meesho more than 25 times. They didn't help me. I emailed them my query (attached email for the ref). I even raised compliant SRN is[protected]. One of their people told me to initiate the exchange, i told him what to give in exchange as I didn’t receive that product, he told me that do that, and we will resolve this. I did the same. Nothing happened.
I'm following up this since 18th October, 2023. I'm now done with this. They all were like “we can’t help youâ€, "we are unable to process your claim, as it is not meeting our policy guidelines". Is this how help centers are working at meesho?
I even told them to connect me with seller on conference but this is again against their policy as i was informed. So, what i m supposed to do now?
It is the responsibility of Meesho as an intermediary to resolve the issues. I want Meesho to refund the amount on immediate basis as i m done with all this stuff. This is scam. Request you to please help me. I have attached all relevant documents and email. Was this information helpful? |
