Meesho — Order not delivered.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 20 Feb 22 on Meesho app with online payment of Rs 304/-. On 24 Feb, I got message that order is delievered succussfully whereas i did not get it till now. In that message i got one verification code also. But no one asked me that code and no one called me on that day. After that message, i tried to contact meesho on their app via 'call me back' option available there as they don't have any contact number, email id for customers. No one replied me back on that call me back option. For next 10 days, i tried the same thing but still no one called. On 06 Mar, one of their team member (Mr Nikhil kumar) called me and assured me in finding my order. Next day, on 07 Mar, i got an email stating that "We deeply regret to inform you that since the complaint was received after 48 hrs from the assigned date of delivery, we will not be able to accept your request." I contacted meesho for next 2 days, but everybody told me the same story as was given in mail. I tried to convince them that as a customer, I or someone else will not be non reactive in such case and i have tried each day to contact you but you did not call me back. But they repeatedly said that Sir, you should have contacted us within 48 hours. I don't know it was their server issue or something else but i did not get any response from Meesho. Their delievery partner 'Shafowfax' also not replying. I have been cheated by Meesho as well as by Shadowfax. They are not able to track the order. My money has gone wasted. I think both meesho and shadowfax are looting people. I want my order or my refund.
