    I have tried placing order for tshirtsin meesho app.Amount got debited successfully from gpay but order was not placed.almost 15 days over but meesho is telling that they have credited the amount on the same day.But amount did not get credited.

      Sir,

      I, booked Qty 4 Nos. of dress Pritty Evergreen Gown, Colour Purple on 5th Feb 2022 through meesho app with COD as below:-

      (a) Qty 1 No. 'L' size gown - order No.#[protected]

      (b) Qty 2 Nos. 'XL' size gown - order No.#[protected]

      (c) Qty 1 No. '5XL' size gown - order No.#[protected]

      They combined the above three orders and sent through courrier.

      I received a cover of the item on 9th Feb 2022 and paid an amount of Rs.1956/- (Rs.489/- each) as per the invoice on the cover (attached). After that I opened a cover really shocked because only Qty 2 Nos of dress (both 5XL size) were available in the cover.

      Immediately I took photo and sent request quoting "part of the item received" and asked full qty of item with correct size. They registered exchange/replacement order on 9th Feb 2022.

      On 10th Feb 2022 courrier person came and I returned back Qty 1 '5XL' size dress.

      They sent second time Qty 1 No. 'L' size gown and Qty 1 No. 'XL' size gown on 14 Feb 2022.

      I ordered Qty 2 Nos of XL size gown and already I paid amount but they sent only one.

      Totally Qty 4 nos of gown I ordered and paid Rs.1956/- (Rs.489/- each). But lastly I received only Qty 3 Nos of gown only.

      Once again I registered complaint on 14 Feb 2022 requested to refund Rs.489/- (one gown amount).

      Today on 16 Feb 2022 once again courrier person had come for pickup item instead of refunding the amount of one gown price.

      First of all they sent less Qty of item and took full amount. I am requesting to refund that amount, whereas they are sending for pickup the item.

      They are not understanding my request / complaint properly and not accounting properly according to our order. Also not maintaining proper check / comparing with invoice and qty of item.

      It is requested to please resolve the problem and refund an amount of Rs.489/- to me.

          Pathetic service by Meesho and xpressbees.
          Order not delivered but marked delivered without asking for OTP. Now no one is picking up the call.

            I have received the product 12 Feb 2022 but that's product not for mine it's totally changed and I ordered lehenga but received saree . And I complained meesho customer care but they are said with in 2days cash back given to you but now 4 days running no more response. What can I do mam please take a action immediately.

              On 26 January 2022 i order men bag in prepaid. In 1 February 2022 I got my order but the item i so large on that day i make a return and they take it back. Still now I didn’t get my refund money what to do. I think meesho apps is so punctual. Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                I have placed my first order on Meesho which I'm not able to return.

                I have tried to find my order on Meesho site where order is not showing which I have complaint through mail but didn't received any reply

                I have searched their customer care no which is asking to install their mobile app.

                I have tried to install mobile app which is expecting my all contact access which is not acceptable.

                I'm assuming, they would like to access all contacts and spam with their advertise to my contacts.

                Please let me know, how I can return the product.

                    i Ordered my gift 9th feb expected date in 17 feb but now showing the app expected date in 20 feb automatically changed date.and my order current status not upadted in my app.
                    i feel bad to order meesho because amazon and flipkart is one of the best to compare.

                      Ordered a 7-step ladder from Meesho on 14 Feb 2022 for Rs. 2232. Payment was done through Google pay, gateway was shown as Razorpay. The amount was shown as debited but the order was not booked in meesho account. Kindly resolve this issue and refund back my money at the earliest.

                        I tried to order a product on Meesho app on 31st Jan 2022 and paid for that product online via Googlepay the payment was successful but the order was not placed...
                        So I contacted Meesho customer service and they told me to wait for 5-8 working days for refund...i waited till 10days n contacted again...but they told contact googlepay n I called the customer support and they confirmed the payment was successfully and from Meesho side they refusing to raise refund

                          I ordered durex invisible condom on 25 Jan 22 from meesho. I used my wife's ID which is registered with meesho. But I received a goggle with cover with different tracking ID on 06 feb 22. On the support, I want to return to delivery boy. But he refused and told me that u can return online. But inspite of repeated calls and emails there is no response from meesho.

                                  I have ordered a kurti on 11th feb, made the payment via Google Pay.Money has been deducted from my account but order hasn't been placed.
                                  When i opened my meesho app, order section was also empty. There is no confirmation of order, not any message on my number, Email or meesho app itself.
                                  I request you to refund my money. It's my first order on Meesho and it's such a terrible experience.

                                  Please sort this issue ASAP and refund the money in my account.

                                        While making an purchase on 2nd feb 2022 from meesho amounting rs.545. Amount got debited and yet nt recieved. I waited till 7 to 8 days as per there TAT and call for call centre 5 to 6 times bt they were highly misleading and helpless. And also wrote an email to them still no reply. This is for meesho- if you guys are nt affording a good customer service plz close the app dnt harrass people unnecessarily. Payment was made through gpay and all details were shared to [protected]@meesho.com. Spoke with agent named pravin and varun.
