I ordered a sari on 14th March 2022 and paid the amount via phone pay. and debited money from my account. But when I open the meesho app, the order was not placed and I lost my money too.
I contacted the customer care of meesho multiple times but they didn't solve my issue, I have also contacted phone pay customer care but they said money has already been transferred to the seller's account. but no order was placed from meesho. worst experience ever had. never recommended meesho to anyone
I need to get a refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

    I had placed any order which I cancelled later. After cancellation it's mentioned that refund will take 5-8 days and till not the amount of 99/- is not refunded. Tried calling customer care but no proper response.

      I had orderd a combo of watches on meesho . when I had opened the package I got a broken belted watch of which the stainless steel back was bended inside slightly the another one is well but I am not satisfied by it's quality.

            It is more than 6 months they delivered a wrong product and I requested to first deliver the item ordered and then collect the wrong item.

                  I ordered a saree and paid amount 359 via Google pay. But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed. Total 359 rs debited from my account.
                  Order is not placed and I lost my money too.
                  I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my issue.
                  I need to get refund the amount as soon as possible

                    Singh Education Services is a seller on Meesho and we are being cheated by Meesho in the name of Customer returns. Once an item is delivered to customer and meesho collects money (POD order) after that a return is generated and we receive some scrap instead of our item. Even though all the proff like Packet opening video and photo are provided to meesho it refuses to give us the money it has collected from customer saying it has to return it to customer even though all the evidence of this fraud is provided to them. Theu simply keep repeating this.
                    "We apologized for the delay in response. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for the Sub Order ID: [protected]_1. Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order. We seek your kind understanding in this regard."

                    Very true. We also a registered seller on meesho but due to the same reason we have recently made all inventory zero. I have tried mailing mr.vidit aatrey, following which one of the support representative calls us but again they just keep repeating the same dialogue that the claim ratio is high ... Like this we have suffered alot of loss and finally decided to shut our business on meesho.

                      At 28 october2021 my bank account was close so i tell messho stop all payments in that account, neither all payments gone reversed .
                      and this happen and i ra
                      ouris tickets and tickes for stop payments,
                      than meesho said send us new bank details and we give you all reversed payments, but till today i didnt get any payments in my now updated bank accounts, i send meesho exel fil in details about date and payments
                      and i send also my bank statements but cant solving my issue its take 4 month now, Now you said what i do, for my payments im not fraud i share my all details and meesho said only one sentence for Four months our finance team is working, that much big company like meesho that kind of poor finance team, please help me in that isuue and no nbody call in callback request, when i request, team said we call you but you not in network, i not resellers, im supplier, TRUSHAFAB

                        Full Description of the incident

                        There is no dedicated relationship manager nor customer care where we can speak to explain our issues of order not picked up by logistic partner of Meesho. We are reputed and reknowed seller in online community having online presence since 2015 onwards. We have a sell growth on all other platforms like amazon and filpkart but since the time we register our company on meesho we are losing our credibility on ecommerce due to a fake management from Meesho. They are totally based on automated system and no one is there in their team to listen to sellers. How long this attitude can help this platform of Meesho because without seller they can't supply orders and Meesho's management have to understand this sceniro otherwise they will very soon loose the investment from gaint like facebook.

                        Then sellers wont mind the charges from eommerce platform when they are providing service however thats true that nothing comes free so that cost is loosing on reputation. If our issues in order pickup wont get resolve in a week's time i may with draw the registration with meesho and put up a case in consumer forum agaist meesho for irresponsible behaviour as a business.

                          We ordered 6 unit of curtains worth rs 2136/- on 15 december 2021. We received a package on 21 december 2021 and rs 2136/- was paid to the delivery agent.

                          On opening the package, we realised that they have sent us only 1 unit. We contacted customer care and initiated return. But Meesho sent us the refund of only Rs 356 (price of 1 unit only). We have contacted Meesho customer care almost 20 times after that. Each time they say that the issue will be resolved. They even asked for bank statement as proof that we have not received the full amount and we immediately sent it to them. But we have not yet received the full refund.

                          I called again today and to register a complaint. This time they mentioned that they refunded the amount 1 unit as only 1 unit was received as per weighting at their warehouse. Now, how are we supposed to return the entire 6 unit when we received only 1. Had Meesho not checked what they have sent us at the first place? Did they not weight the parcel, or count the number while sending?

                          Meesho customer care gave gave us a new complant number[protected]. But there is no link in their app to track complaint status.

                          Such a fraud company is robbing people of their hard earned money. Kindly look into the matter..

                            Dear sir /madam,

                            I regret to inform you that im not at all happy with the investigation done from meesho side for the product number [protected] ordered on 25th February has not been received by me..

                            As per the email, i hereby state that i have not received any call from the delivery boy nor have i given the otp to the delivery boy.

                            Since it was a holiday on 1st march on account of Mahashivaratri, our security has confirmed that he has not received any courier on that day... Further i have checked the CCTV footage which states that the delivery was not done on that day.
                            Kindly check with the delivery boy s call records and the otp no...
                            Even i can provide all the necessary details from my side

                            Kindly solve the matter as soon as possible

                                And the other one for night dress worth rs 387
                                The money is deducted from my account with the confirmation but the order is not placed why so much issue

                                  On 12.02.2022 I have placed an order online in meesho app which was designer plants with pots free size, vide purchase order number [protected], which I received on 15.02.2022 and on the same date I have selected the return option as the size was small and the quality was also not good. The return was accepted by the meesho and I was informed that within 24 hours AWB number would be shared.
                                  Following, on 16.02.2022 one delivery executive called me on behalf of meesho and very rudely told me to come with the return item where he is standing, to which I told him that this is a home pickup, so you should come down to my home and I cannot come to your location to which he very rudely stated that he will not pick up the item and will make sure that no one picks up the return item from my home.
                                  I immediately called meesho customer care and informed them regarding the same to which they have stated that that delivery boy has not closed the return pickup and until and unless he closes that window till that nothing can be done by the meesho team. I was/ am regularly in touch with the meesho team as I am regularly doing the follow-up with meesho, then I have been informed by the meesho team to email them, when I emailed them the entire incident, then to the utter surprise I received a childish reply by the meesho team saying that the reason the delivery boy has not picked up the item because I asked him to refund my money first and then I will give him the return item, even a lay man knows about how return works, that how the product is picked up first and once it is received by the meesho team/ seller then only the refund gets initiated. I was shocked that how these meesho people can believe this fake concocted story and for a second if we believe this fake story then also why it is the customer who has called the meesho customer care at the same time when the delivery executive has misbehaved and why is that delivery executive has not closed the return window till date. Only meesho can believe this fake concocted story and no one else. Now, I think that meesho is having hand in glove with its delivery people, and is only here to cheat and extort money from the innocent clients, else why can’t it take action against its delivery executive.
                                  It is one of the worst unprofessional shopping app ever exists, with the only intentions to cheat its customers. I am left with no other option except to seek help here.

                                  Very unprofessional and childish step taken from meesho, as I have filed complaint here, meesho people has blocked me from cash on delivery option, now if I want to order something on meesho then it has to be prepaid, which means that now their delivery boy will call us and ask us to come to their location to collect our products else they will make their fake stories and then meesho will keep our money and product both. This is how meesho is earning.
                                  Atleast I am out from their trap now

                                    I ordered 2 full sleeve tshirt from meenu creation supplier these were separate order price was 269 nd 269 but 14th feb 2022 I paid total 538 amount which was shown in the meesho packet I thought suppliar sent me both in one packet . After opening I was fully surprised there was nothing in the packet.. I was shocked and complain against this I call customer executive they assure me I will receive my full refund and the backnteam works.. but 15 days passed. Today is 28 feb I didn't get my refund ..

                                      I've order for a complete of 4 products in meesho an hour back and completed the payments in online mode through phonepe and my money have been deducted but in my app it is only showing confirmation of one order and I couldn't find the order details or any confirmation of remaining 3 of the orders. I expect a quick reply from meesho team. I either want my money as refund or the orders which Ive placed to be confirmed in the next 24 hours. I just trusted the meesho platform and did the payment through online mode and a lil disappointed through such glitches.please do resolve my problem soon in less than 25 hours.
