I ordered a product with the price of 156/- rupees and another one with the price of 311/- rupees.. and I chose cash on delivery.. When the 1st product (156/-) was delivered first of all the delivery man was fully drunk and anyone near him could have sensed the smell.. and he sent a payment link to me.. but the link was showing 325/- rupees that has to be paid.. I thought it is the second order and I paid 325 rupees.. but after opening the parcel, I came to know that it was the 156 rupees product and then I called the meesho customer care number for the refund of the excess money that I paid by mistake.. The customer care department said that I will recieve a mail on my email id but it has been 2 days and no initiative has been shown from the company.. I have the payment receipt of the order that I paid.. and I can show the price tag of the order that I received.. Kindly refund my money and keep a better group of delivery agents.. If this keeps happening I won't be able to trust meesho anymore.. Please take some action asap..

i do not want to wait more for delivery

Hi, I placed an order on meesho 22 February 2022. In the tracking link shown as got to my location. No update came after that.

I Called customer care about delivery and they told me.. Issue will be resolved within 24 hours. No matter how long we waited the result did not appear. So I called Consumer Care and complied.

Then came the phone call from meesho. They said ''you told yourself to bring the delivery agent later''. But I did not even get the message from them. I conveyed same to that represntative. She said ''Okay understood. We will fix your problem in another 24 to 72 hours, Please wait''.

Yesterday received another call. They are saying ''we will refund your money''.

This is the response to waiting 20 days for a product. In that tracking link written as ''due to rainfall product delivery delayed''. Actually no rain in Hyderabad from 30 days.

I want my product. Say no to money. See how long it will take this time.

I have ordered a frock via meesho but the order is not placed. Money got debited via Google pay.
When I contacted customer care, they told the amount will be refunded by 5-7 working days. It's already been a week, still I didn't receive my money.

It is a fraud of Ghost order: I have booked a gown from Meesho with order id = [protected]. it is cod order first I received a parcel & paid 1380rs to delivery boy when I opened that parcel there was a torn mope like cloth I immediately called delivery boy but he said there is nothing that he can do. In this order we also call Meesho service center they said don't worry we will make a return of it. After a few hours, another delivery boy came with the same gown parcel same address & same parcel he also asked for 1380rs for that gown. So it is a clear-cut case of ghost order. When the return pickup guy came he said he will not pick up that torn cloth he will only pickup that gown we also talked with his boss also said the same we also contacted the Meesho team to that delivery boy but he refuses to pick that up and said that he will pick up only when he gets mail from Meesho to pickup that torn cloth but the customer care agent said that this mail is not in our hands.

The main conclusion is that I have received a torn cloth just like mope instead of gown return pickup guy is not ready to pick up that gown even after talking with Meesho customer care agent. The delivery agent wants a mail from the Meesho team to pick up that torn cloth while Meesho is not mailing that. And there is also a case of ghost order I received the same parcel 2 times in a day first one carries a torn cloth for which I paid 1380 and don't know about another parcel because for that the agent is also asking 1380

What I want is that Meesho will arrange a pickup for that torn cloth which I received instead of gown and give me my money back

I orderd pajamas on 16 march 2022 and paid amount via Google pay money git debited from my account and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order was not placed and I lost my money too.
I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP

My returned product was given back to me telling the reason of quality issue...but the quality of the product is absolutely fine ...i complaint it to meesho help center they told me to wait for 5-6 days for solving my problem ...its 15 days passed i am facing the problem of returning my product still it is not solved .please rearrange pickup and refund my money quickly

I ordered two product at same time but they delivered only one product and I paid money for both products.
Delivered product is entirely different from what I ordered.
Please refund my money.

Worst Product successfully delivered by Meesho.
After 2 minutes from getting delivery its showing cancelled order witch i already received the same for amount rs 1274.00 on COD

After many time trying i could not contact with meesho help line or request to call back by mail

This is final its fraud and cheated with me.

So i request to you please refund my money and block them for future no one cheat any any one.

I bought a artificial Jewelry Set from Meesho of worth 1, 111 rupess and retun it back on 2nd January 2022 but did not received my refund back ...

They always asking back to submit bank statement ... asking to do many formalities rather than retuning my amount

Very Bad experience with Meesho .. Shame on Meesho ... Fake and bluff ..

I was purchase A shirt for 468 Rs . But size was not perfect so i return the shirt . And meesho said they refund me on 21 feb. 2022 but still i dont get back any refund. I did many calls and mails to meesho but they always said that 4 to 5 working days are required for refund. They ask for my bank statement . I also share my bank statement. But they still said that 4 to 5 working days are taken. And now I did mails to meesho but they dont give any reply..

I ordered from meesho they send me diffrent and defective product once I complaint for return they flagged my account and told me we can't processed

I have purchased ladies formal shoes from Meesho with order id [protected] dated 07/03/2022 and I received the same product with different order id and I am having size issues with the product and now the meesho is denying to accept this and due to this I'm unable to return or replace the product.

Kindly provide me with refund as soon as possible. This thing happens a lot of times with me that order id is different nearly for 80% of products that I purchase from Meesho. Earlier I neglected this thing but its too much now, we are not here for wasting money.

This is just ridiculous.

This was our second order.

Even we are not receiving a call back from Meesho app.

Kindly resolve our issue asap and take back that clothes and make OUR REFUND OF RS 2428.

I paid 1621 rupees on meesho app for chikan kurti salwar dupatta set
Today is 12 March and i have not received it till now

Tracking shows that ''there is delay in dispatch due to unavoidable operational issues at YOUR location. order will be despatched once issues are resolved''
Clicking on help centre to get call back is useless as it shows unexpected error.I wrote email to [protected]@meesho but the automatic reply came that use help centre link on app and there is no response on that also
At MY location there are no operational issues, i have received all other orders from other suppliers of meesho at my location except this one
I want REFUND so that i can order from a supplier to does not waste my timeand sends me the product i need after i have paid online

I ordered before 2 days baby head protector amount has been deducted but product not ordered...pls make my amount refund and make it as soon as possible
