I tried to order a product on Meesho app on 27th Jan 2021 and paid for that product online via Googlepay the payment was successful and also received payment acknowledgment from Meesho side via email but the order was not placed I contacted Meesho customer service and they said no such payment made pls contact your branch I contacted both googlepay and Citibank customer support and they confirmed the payment was successfully and from Meesho...

I had ordered from meesho app on 25th jan. Payment status is successful however order is not placed inside the app. There is no proper customer service available. I need my order back or refund the amount back. I have attached the payment status image.

On 4th Jan 2022 I placed order a product on Meesho and transaction was done through phone pay as the payment (Rs. 515) was successful. But the order was expected to deliver on 11th of January. Later I contacted customer service for resolution of issue but they did not responded well. I made nearly 10 calls since 15th of January. Today is 25th January, still I didn't get my delivery, also not got any phone call or message of a delivery boy....

Product is not delivered to me but status showing delivered...

I had ordered nursing bra .but the order is not placed in the orders section but money is debited .please refund my amount...

I have placed an order of smart watch on
meesho online shopping app Order (No. [protected]) and paid full price amount ₹ 2712 by my sbi credit card dated on 14 October 2021. That product received on 21 October 2021, but due to quality issue that product was returned by me to meesho and requested for refund but till today I didn't get any refund from meesho. This one pertains to order number [protected]. I got delivered a product that I had never ordered. It was a COD and someone at home received the product and paid Rs. 700 to the courier boy, thinking someone in the family might have ordered it.

I have not order any product in meesho aap but i got at the price of rupees 799. It is a pajama and full damaged and reusabale please refund my money back...

I ordered a dress for daughter but during cod payment i paid twice for same product because after first payment the delivery boy shows me that the QR doesn't disappear.so i paid again and got the product.but after waitibg of 3 to 5 days when i called to customer care they just said that its expires the time period.
If such problem persist i have to call withing 48 hrs(customer representatives said).

I had ordered bolsters and cushion and paid ₹684 for the same. However due product being not up to my expectations had requested for return/refund. I got a call from shadowfax courier service on 16th Jan..Courier service person was not ready to give door delivery ..He said he will not and will drop courier at society main gate..I told him not to give it to security person as they don't give home delivery and you only come to 21st floor..I have waited for a while but he did come..I called the courier person again he said he will come in half an hr but he did not come but I got delivery...

Had ordered a green colour garment, however delivered was a totally different colour.
When asked for return and money back, customer service asked for my Bank account details. While most of the well known online stores puts money in wallet, meesho is first such company or app that asks for bank account details which includes IFSC code and account number.
This is a deliberate way of cheating and making money by delivering wrong...
