I, booked Qty 4 Nos. of dress Pritty Evergreen Gown, Colour Purple on 5th Feb 2022 through meesho app with COD as below:-
(a) Qty 1 No. 'L' size gown - order No.#[protected]
(b) Qty 2 Nos. 'XL' size gown - order No.#[protected]
(c) Qty 1 No. '5XL' size gown - order No.#[protected]
They combined the above three orders and sent through courrier.
I received a cover of the item on 9th Feb 2022 and paid an amount of Rs.1956/- (Rs.489/- each) as per the invoice on the cover (attached). After that I opened a cover really shocked because only Qty 2 Nos of dress (both 5XL size) were available in the cover.
Immediately I took photo and sent request quoting "part of the item received" and asked full qty of item with correct size. They registered exchange/replacement order on 9th Feb 2022.
On 10th Feb 2022 courrier person came and I returned back Qty 1 '5XL' size dress.
They sent second time Qty 1 No. 'L' size gown and Qty 1 No. 'XL' size gown on 14 Feb 2022.
I ordered Qty 2 Nos of XL size gown and already I paid amount but they sent only one.
Totally Qty 4 nos of gown I ordered and paid Rs.1956/- (Rs.489/- each). But lastly I received only Qty 3 Nos of gown only.
Once again I registered complaint on 14 Feb 2022 requested to refund Rs.489/- (one gown amount).
Today on 16 Feb 2022 once again courrier person had come for pickup item instead of refunding the amount of one gown price.
First of all they sent less Qty of item and took full amount. I am requesting to refund that amount, whereas they are sending for pickup the item.
They are not understanding my request / complaint properly and not accounting properly according to our order. Also not maintaining proper check / comparing with invoice and qty of item.
It is requested to please resolve the problem and refund an amount of Rs.489/- to me.
