I ordered 4 prepaid items from Meesho. On 7 July 2025, their delivery partner Valmo delivered only 2 items but still asked for OTP. I shared the OTP assuming it was for the 2 items.
Later, I found Meesho had marked all 4 items as delivered. I raised a complaint (Issue ID: MST-[protected], Issue ID MST-[protected]), but Meesho refused to take any action, saying OTP was shared. Even the delivery boy and Valmo confirmed only 2 items were given.
I have filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Ref No: 7462777). This is clear negligence and unfair to the customer. I request either refund or redelivery of the missing 2 items.
