Meesho — Payment done order not showing

Hello .
I ordered two items from meesho app . Payment was successfully done via Google pay . But orders not showing in meesho . applications. I also contacted meesho customer care but they told me to contact Google pay, I contacted Google pay customer care they asked me to contact bank for further process . Please help me solve this issue and get my money back .

I order something from meesho but it is not showing but the payment is already done and plus it happen 2 times so disappointing

Ordered placed and paid for but meesho app is not showing the item and I haven’t received it yet
No update about the order, , , I tried contacting customer care but the number isn’t going through, , I mail them but no response
