I am a meesho customer. I order a 20ppemask and pay 171/-. I got yedterday it was a empty covers and test papers. You are cheetinh me. I complaint yhe consumer court. Pls send cash or original product immediately

    On February 7th 2022, I tried to make an order for a cake baking kit from the Meesho app. For the payment, I opted UPI through Gpay. The payment was initiated by Razorpay, which got my phone number and other details. Then I made the payment, in Gpay the payment showed successful status. But then it was not redirected to the Meesho app page, but stayed in Razorpay alone. I received mail that Meesho received my payment and from my bank, that money got debited. However, when I opened the app again, my order was not placed. I contacted customer care, they told me to try again and again the same thing happened. I have now lost my money two times. Twice my money has been deducted but the order was not placed. The amount I paid in one transaction is Rs.771 and for two it sums up to Rs 1542. Please provide me with a refund for this.

        Sir, I am a seller at meesho.com, I sell mobile accessories on the platform like Bluetooth neckbands, it's very hard to survive on this platform, I get too many fake orders here even in this situation the company is cheating me, I had received an order with order id [protected]_1 Order Date:[protected]:47:21, I had packed it and dispatched it to the customer as per their rules and regulations however today I had payment credit for this but they have just updated it as EMPTY BOX though I had sent the item to the customer, I provide genuine service to people, they are not investigating these kinds of issues properly and making us lose our money along with making me as a culprit by just supporting their fake customers and fake delivery boys. the item cost 1579/- they didn't make my payment sir how can I survive when there is no reward for my work and for my loyalty.

        Even in a previous case, I had received an RTO order wherein I had received the wrong item and I had shared photos and video proof which I opened in front of the delivery boy from Xpressbees with them but they rejected it and didn't provide me any compensation for losing my item even after raising multiple tickets, I just left it off like let it go, but now again they have cheated me. I have a family to support sir how can I live with these kinds of people around me. I am really fed up with these cheating customers and also with Meesho that they are not helping me for being cheated and they are just making me a cheater and protecting the real culprit.

        I have shared the screenshots with you please check and help me, sir, please let me get justice for being loyal to society, good should happen for the good, let them to investigate and pay my money as had to for my work. I am feeling helpless and have no options to go forward with other platforms

              I ordered for a kurti on meesho on 6th frb 2022 and paid via googlepay. Money has been debited and is showing as paid to the seller but this order is not showing in my order placed tab. Kindly help in getting my refundof Rs.458 back to my account.

                      On 27 Jan I placed an order but my order is not placed and money is deducted from my account as proof I am sending you an attachment with this mail. I just asked for my refund to meet customer care. They told me I will refund your account in 5-7 days, but it has not refunded me back. Please help me. I just sent you a bank reference id your FBI bank sent me for this successful transaction that money I transferred to you and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                      I get my refund back today I do complain on two website Yesterday and the results shown me today that i get my refund back that's for helping me 😄I am so happy I just lost a hope to get back my refund but you people give me justice thanks for helping me

                        I have tried many a time to complain an issue to support team of meesho but they dont work properly and till that any of my problem have not been solved & whenever i ask for the concern person they are not available at all. I request for a call back from a concern person then they close the complain mentioning that "we tried calling you in you registered contact number but it was out of coverage area." they always put the same kind of reply only..

                            Good day Sir/mam,
                            My name is Manish Kumar from New Delhi. I was garments (women's wear) seller at meesho so i have posted catalog pictures at meesho and started getting 10 orders in a day means 35 orders in a week but the problem is 95% are returned out of 35 orders without any reason that why it returned and received 10 wrong items. Meesho did refund only 4 items cost but meesho is denying to provide me my 6 items cost back as well as not returning my items back even. They are rejecting my 6 items cost while i have provided them full image and video o[censored]npacked items which i have received and sent them but still they are rejecting my items claim. I lost money to do deal with meesho as a supplier. I request you to take a legal action against such a fraud company and making fool so they can refund my items cost back. Here all details which i have received wrong items with sub-order number:-
                            1. I have received watch but i have dispatched saree: Sub order- [protected]_1 and ticket id is 22805998.
                            2. I have received such a old and dirty dupatta instead of saree which i have dispatched. Sub order number: [protected]_1 and ticket id is: 22583422
                            3. This is the ticket id: 22575286 for wrong return. They didn't respond me yet as i am waiting from so long.

                              I have ordered 4 kurtas from meesho dated 01/01/2022 (Order No. [protected]). On 05/01/2022 the order was got delivered whereas the delivery boy took the physical copy of Invoice attached to the packet stating it is a practice and he needs it for further submission. I paid Rs. 1830 through gpay to the person and took the packet.
                              As the kurtas were having size/ quality issues, I wanted replacement/ returns for the same but i could not place a request as the app was showing as order was cancelled. I placed a complaint to Meesho and provided them the images pf kurtas with original tags/ without damages. I also provided the payment screenshots and other information provided and asked Meesho to investigate as the product was with me whereas the status was not updated properly which was stopping me from placing replacement/ return request. I also asked Meesho to check with the delivery partner and supplier of the product regarding the whereabouts, whereas no investigation was done by Meesho. Instead they kept on asking the hard copy of invoice which was not available with me.
                              After placing this complaint, within few days, the status of my order shown as CANCELLED with a reason that the packet is misplaced by the delivery partner, which made this issue worse as the packet is lying with me. Even after sending all the details and evidences showing that order was delivered to me and the payment was done, Meesho did not investigate the issue even once but kept asking me original Invoice.
                              Now I wish to return the order and get the money back. The issue was stretched by Meesho for a month now without concluding anything. Kindly take this as a complaint and do needful.
