Dear Meesho Team,
I recently placed an order for three pants under Order ID: [#[protected]], but I received only one T-shirt, which is not what I ordered. Two items are missing, and the item delivered is incorrect.
Despite reaching out to your customer care team, I was informed that no support could be provided due to policy. This response is both disappointing and unacceptable, given the circumstances.
For your reference, I have attached the following in one folder:

I kindly request that you either issue a full refund [Rs. 585/-] or arrange for the correct items to be delivered at the earliest. Failing to resolve this will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer forum and raise the issue on social media platforms.
I hope for a prompt and fair resolution.
