Meesho has provided worst product, if consumer has returned the product and request for refund. The consumer has made around 10 calls per order to get their refund. Meesho states that refund will be done in 5 to 8 working days. If refund is not done from Meesho side, they requested for consumer bank statement. After getting the bank statement from the consumer, meesho asked for 8 to 10 more days to refund.
I have returned 4 items,
First order returned date 4th July, order id:[protected]_1
Second order returned date 7th July, order id:[protected]_1
Third order returned date 18th July, order id:[protected]_1
Fourth order returned date 21th July, order id:[protected]_1
I am following up multiple times from last 7 days, but still no refund.
