Meesho — Refund not credited in bank account

I have ordered a product in meesho through app for Rs.132.00 on 04.07.25 through debit card. The ordered product was returned by me and picked up by meesho. A refund of Rs. 132.00 issued is being displayed in meesho product order page stating Rs.132.00 was refunded to my paying account on 15 July 25 but the same amount still not credited in my account. I have contacted their customer care through phone and they insisted every time that the amount has been refunded. It has been 11 days after their stated refund issue, but still not credited in my bank account till date.
