I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent order.
I ordered a bag from Meesho; however, I received the wrong product instead of the one I had ordered. As per Meesho’s return policy, I raised a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Despite this, no one came to collect the return. I have contacted customer care three times regarding this issue. Each time, I was advised to cancel the return request and raise it again. I followed the same process three times as instructed, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution or response from your side so far.
This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and provide a final resolution at the earliest, either by arranging the return pickup or initiating the refund.
