I am hetal munjal a house wife from jamnagar gujarat ([protected]) this is to kindly inform that i had placed an order for some clothes from meesho via cod and it is delivered to me and i have paid for the same but on opening the item it is found that the item i have received is totally different from the one that i have ordered and also it is a size too large that didn't fit to any of my family members so i tried to return the product but my return request got cancelled for 3 times so i tried to call the help center and on informing them they said that it will get returned and refunded with in 24 hours and now it is more than 10 days but there is no response from anyone from the company. On saturday i tried to call the help center and some executive received the call and asked me to wait on hold so that he can check the details but i was kept waiting for 31 minutes and i was trying hello, hello, hello, hello and hello but there was no reply and call got disconnected. Moreover a family quarrel has started in my family as my husband had clearly told me not to trust these fraud companies as they are all cheaters and fraud and they are true. Now, i am getting teased and harassed by my family members and i am feeling insulted as they had clearly told me not to trust these fraud companies but i as driven by the false and fraud promotional ads and i think this will be a good deal and a better gift for my grand son for his function but now i am feeling insulted and thinking off to quit the life as it is better to quit off instead of getting insulted. So this is the final request to the company to refund me my money so that i can get rid of this fraud and get my self request back or if anything happens to me, meesho will be responsible for it and i request the authority to punish this company severely and teach them a lesson so that no one else become a victim of these type of fraud.
