Hi Team,

This mail is with reference to the
Order #[protected]

I have received wrong size product and with different colour. Several times I called your executives but they said no data available in system for this order and call again.

Finally spoken with Senior guy Naren and he assured to raise complain internally and will help for exchange or refund.

Till the time 3 days passed and no reply from Meesho team.

Please help me to exchange this product with size L or else refund my money 361/- on priority.

    I have placed an order for the dress in meesho on February 6 through online mode.
    The estimated delivery is said to be on 17th Feb.
    But the date has been changing day by day and order is not received.
    And when I called to customer care they are saying that delivery agent is not available.

        I had placed an order on 13th Feb 2022 through MEESHO for KVSFAB TEAL BLUE KURTA SET. The product was delivered to me on 17th Feb through DEHLIVERY.
        As the product I received was different from what I ordered I immediately raised a return through meesho app but the product was not shown delivered. I had made an online payment of 1783/- rs from my UPI. the payment was made to DEHLIVERY PVT LTD.
        On 20th feb meesho registered my complaint but till now there is no resolution from their end.
        Today I talked to the Dehlivery manager and they said that the product is sent by INNOVATIONMAKER SURFACE.
        MEESHO has shared my private details like phne no, order id and address with third party. this is a complete case of fraud I would request you to take strict action againt them.

          Lost my product

          Hi, my name is Harsh and I created a new seller account on Meesho. I got 2 orders in starting One order was delivered but one return That order is not delivered to me yet and their dashboard is showing delivered on 30th dec 2021 I also made many complaints for this to Meesho Neither do they answer properly, Not is he providing me (pod) proof of delivery and have done 2 months while doing time and have also imposed penalty. Who would like...

          I want to lodge a complaint about the parcel picked up by you on 19/02/2022 From Akbal Singh having tracking ID R[protected]FPL.. Sir problem is that i was out of the station at the time of pick up. And my family mistakenly have you wrong product at the time of pick which belongs to Amazon not meesho.             I had purchased pre-paid product Editrix Mono Bluetooth Headset on Meesho app on Feb 12, 2022. I never received the product till date. Acoording to Meesho app product had been delivered successfully to me by the courier person from Xpressbees courier upon the successful verification of the OTP sent to my mobile number from the Xpressbees courier. But I never never received any OTP nor the product till date.

            I had been following up continuously with the Meesho team and the courier company to trace whereabout my product. But still the Meesho team insists that the product had been delivered to me upon the successful verification of the OTP.

            This is totally lie as I never received any OTP nor the product till date.

              I ordered clothes on Feb 6, on that day it showed the delivery date as Feb 25 .But when I checked the order status in the app on Feb 25, it showed that the order is already delivered on Feb 12 .I did not receive the order but I already paid the money

                  I was in classroom so i couldn't attend the call while the product is in delivery.after class i have called the delivery service.they have behave in a bad manner.Told me to go and take product from the office.need petrol cash or won't deliver the product

                    Meesho not delivered my order in 25days and when asked to cancel they are denying to do this. Called customer care almost 20 times and wasted approx 10 to 15 minutes every time, not getting any solution here.

                      ഞാൻ പെൻഡ്രൈവ് 07-02-22 ന് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.16-2-22 ആയിരുന്നു delivery date. പിനീട് അത് 18-2-22 ഉം 20-2-22 ആയി. Customer care ൽ വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവർക്കും delivery date correct പറയുവാൻ പറ്റില്ല, ഇത് ചെയുന്നത് delivery ചെയുന്ന കമ്പനി ആണേണന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. ഞാൻ order ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതും, amount നൽകിയതും meesho എന്ന compny കാണ്. Very very bad approach for your customer service center

                          We placed an invoice for order number [protected] for urban Kurta, with meesho Cash on deliver for Rs.1205 /- .

                          A fake order#S12D11122 with some old pant in it, was delivered to our address, cash was handed over to delivery agent.

                          Next day the original order #[protected] COD came for delivery, we returned it .

                          We reported about the issue to Meesho jan 20 2022 on app and emailed aswell, they updated the order id #S12D11122 is not in their records, post 2 weeks of raising the issue with customer care . They have no idea on it.

                          When called up the logictics delhivery team( uppal -Naveen mgr- tracking #[protected], they shared Order # S12D11122 was shipped from the Surat address where the orginal order was also shipped from, but they do not have track id of payment since its has crossed 2 weeks . They raised complaint with their finance and Investigation team .
                          I requested for email id or PH of customer care team of Del, but no update since then.
                          Since then there is no from delhivery team .

                          Now we are left with no clue less who did the fraud is that meshoo CC team selling customer data to other or delhivery logistics team, created fake order and took cash.

                          Its been long time update on from either meesho / delhivery logistics team
                          I ordered 9 sarees. Received 1 saree which is damaged and applied for exchange.
                          Sub order id : [protected]_5- 1 saree applied for exchange.
                          Refund to be made for 8 sarees.
                          Sub order id : [protected]_1- 4 sarees-Refund Initiated
                          Sub order id : [protected]_2-2sarees-Refund received.
                          Sub order id : [protected]_3-1 saree- Refund received.
                          Sub order id : [protected]_4-1 saree- Refund not yet initiated.
                          But received mail from customer care that refund will be made only for 7 sarees on the basis of weight.
                          For your kind reference,
                          Sarees had been ordered and paid in the basis of quantity.Not in the basis of weight.
                          Kindly refund for the below mentioned missing item asap.

                                I order a product online and didn't received it for 3 weeks of time. I hav raised multiple complaints and not answered properly. At last they told product returned due to unsuccessful attempts. Moreover he argued and used bad words with his customer. This is fake and waste company

                                      I ordered two items from meesho app . Payment was successfully done via Google pay . But orders not showing in meesho . applications. I also contacted meesho customer care but they told me to contact Google pay, I contacted Google pay customer care they asked me to contact bank for further process . Please help me solve this issue and get my money back ....
