We placed an invoice for order number [protected] for urban Kurta, with meesho Cash on deliver for Rs.1205 /- .
A fake order#S12D11122 with some old pant in it, was delivered to our address, cash was handed over to delivery agent.
Next day the original order #[protected] COD came for delivery, we returned it .
We reported about the issue to Meesho jan 20 2022 on app and emailed aswell, they updated the order id #S12D11122 is not in their records, post 2 weeks of raising the issue with customer care . They have no idea on it.
When called up the logictics delhivery team( uppal -Naveen mgr- tracking #[protected], they shared Order # S12D11122 was shipped from the Surat address where the orginal order was also shipped from, but they do not have track id of payment since its has crossed 2 weeks . They raised complaint with their finance and Investigation team .
I requested for email id or PH of customer care team of Del, but no update since then.
Since then there is no from delhivery team .
Now we are left with no clue less who did the fraud is that meshoo CC team selling customer data to other or delhivery logistics team, created fake order and took cash.
Its been long time update on from either meesho / delhivery logistics team

Refund to be made for 8 sarees.
Sub order id : [protected]_1- 4 sarees-Refund Initiated
Sub order id : [protected]_2-2sarees-Refund received.
Sub order id : [protected]_3-1 saree- Refund received.
Sub order id : [protected]_4-1 saree- Refund not yet initiated.
But received mail from customer care that refund will be made only for 7 sarees on the basis of weight.
For your kind reference,
Sarees had been ordered and paid in the basis of quantity.Not in the basis of weight.
Kindly refund for the below mentioned missing item asap.
