Hi team,

I have order M size white shirt from meesho and I am received shirt, shirt quality is good but unfortunately that shirt is huge tight then i raised exchange order but I am not received any response from meesho 8 days.

After that I have call to customer care desk and as per her suggestion I am cancel exchange order and reinitiate return order but then I am received response from meesho your return request has been reject as exchange period has expired.

They not ready to provide escalation matrix also
