Meesho - Return pickup
I am a reseller. I have booked a Trendy whisk from Meesho which was delivered to my customer on 26th September. On same day i placed a return pick up, because of missing product delivery. No one has come to pick up, but the pick up was rejected by shadowfax courier company saying QC failure, which i had no idea. Since 26th September till date I m emailing and calling Meesho customer care regarding status of pickup and everyday they are giving me a new date for pick up and they are not picking up the product. I am mentally getting harassed by the company's irresponsible.They give a fake promises and give times but issue is not getting resolved it's almost one month I m following them I m really fed up. I request everyone not to use this app.
Even shadowfax people are fraud Their customer care number is also unavailable.
So please help me in getting my refund... It will greatful to you.
