Hi, I have placed an item from Meesho and placed a return request for the same on the day of delivery itself.

I have placed a return request and Meesho's team has rescheduled the return pick-up multiple times without taking consent from me. They cancel the pick-up date and reschedule it. Even though all cancellation was done by them and we called customer care team for help. Lastly when we called Meesho's team on 05/07/2024 asking regarding return they said it's more than 7 days and we haven't reached out to them. As everything was done by Meesho's team, it is their responsibility to pick the item, how we are responsible to contact and ask customer care about the status (anyway which we did multiple times).
