Dtd 20/3/2024 I ordered some Jewelry sets from Meesho. The Messho cancel the order and then the vendor took my information send me 3 package and called to said that order cancelled by mistake. When I paid for the package it was fill with sands. Messho company is selling customer data to Fraudulent companies and these companies are doing scam with customer and Meesho is conveniently saying they will not help.

Received different colour different model denim jacket not taking returns cancelled by pickup person.

2. Above mentioned orders were created on 12 Mar 24 and delivered by courier company Xpress bees in a single pack at 10.59AM on 16 Mar 24. When this packet was opened we found both the items are totally different from the items we had ordered. The colour, size and quality of both the product everything is different from the ordered items.

3. At 10.58 Am to10.59 Am on 16 Mar 24 we have raised return request in view of wrong item has been delivered to us.We have also uploaded the photographs of the delivered product.

4. Whenever delivery boy came for the return pickup he rejected the item in view of item not matching with the online photos shown on Meesho website. So he updated the return status of order id[protected] as product failed the quality check. While the othe order id product is also getting rejected on same basis.

5. It is a clear case of cheating and fraud with customers. Your customer care is also very pathetic they are also unable to provide any resolution to me.

6. In view of the above, it is therefore requested that, my complaint may be registered with your higher authority. The product sent by the seller and other facts regarding product delivered to me in this case be scrutinised and then after a replacement or return of both the products be arranged at the earliest.

Meesho doesnt seem to PICK UP the item I raised a return request for!!

I raised a return request for order[protected] on the 9th March and your delivery person called me and I missed the call. I called him back immediately within 10 mins and he declined to pick up my return order.
I spoke to multiple people in customer care but nobody has been helpful. They only kept giving me reasons and asked me to wait for 3-4...

I have received the scratch card from the meesho from that I won 11, 50, 000 when I tried to claim that they are asking to pay 11, 500 cash first we said that to cut that amount and give remaining amount but they are not agreeing for that so I am thoughting that it was fake plz it's true then give the amount or else warn them strictly not to do that

I have ordered a saree from meesho and I have got a completely different product. When I asked for return request they denied to do so. It costs me about 400 rupees. I have also seen its review which is totally bad and many like me are also suffered from the same problem. Pls kindly resolve this

Bought products from meesho on 19.feb 2024 .my product order I'd is[protected]. Supplier name Gllosome fashion . I received this product totally wrong which I order .i raised return request 4 time s on messho but they are rejected my return request . I chat with and call with customers care executive but they are told me they sending correct product. But they are totally lie. I saw review on messho another customer face same issue. And same wrong products send me and them. I highlighted this issue with meesho but still they are not listening.

Order No.[protected]_1 was never delivered but they are saying that it has been delivered through OTP. Very rude customer care representatives. Either the delivery man did the fraud or company is corrupt. Please

Ordered a dress from meesho amounted Rs. 411. The money has been debited from my account but the order has not been placed.Kindly refund the amount.Thanks in advance .

Ordered the above products on 14 Feb 24 and paid the amount online. The products arrived Puducherry on 20 Feb 2024 but not delivered to us till today 04.00 pm on 27.02.24. No response from Meesho help center. We need urgent delivery of the products.

I ordered Kozhicare Saffron Soap 9 Set on 07 Feb 2024 by paying Rs.615/-. Before that I received only 3 sets of soaps from you. In this demand there was no refund source only replacement option, so I sent this wrong material for replacement, in return I received only cream of Rs.85/-.Now no reply from your customer care. All are evasive, if I don't get my demanded product, I have to complain to consumer complaint center.

I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiries regarding the refund for Sub Order ID[protected].

On January 29, 2024, I purchased a product through Meesho, which was delivered on February 4, 2024. However, upon receiving the product, I found it unsatisfactory and promptly initiated a return request the same day. The delivery executive successfully picked up the item for return.

I have ordered salwar suit from Meesho app on 13/02/2024 and received a box full o[censored]sed stinking pieces of stained clothes on 17/2/24 which are just garbage and when I called to get it cancelled and asked for refund, Meesho representative denying to refund and are adamant that they send the genuine product . Meesho is denying to refund the money and not accepting to return

I want the money to be returned

i received the message from meesho that money will be refunded but when called customer service to confirm, they are denying and not accepting to further process the complaint and not providing the follow up on complaint

On 4/2/24 I ordered 2 dosa tawa from nitesh associates verified supplier on meesho. But they sent only 1. I paid for both quantity. I struggled for exchange then I got exchange product on 17.2.24 but again they sent 1 qty. Now again unable to return the product. I need my refund. Meesho customer care also not supporting.

Prepaid Orders not delivered by Meesho Open

I have ordered an shirt from Meesho with prepaid, but after a i received 2 messages at time one with OTP and other saying my order has been delivered. But I didn't receive my order neither a call.

Then I contacted the Meesho help centre, there the person told they would resolve it but after that no response from them. So I Resolution Demand: Apology, Refund From them....

I have received a product from meesho on Jan 11 due to quality issue I was returned the item but due to large item the shipment was cancelled my pickup every time. I was raised a complaint regarding this issue through meesho customer service but they didn't solve my problem. Please help me with this.

I have ordered a shirt which is delivered on 3 Feb but there is some size issue so I request for exchange. My product has picked up on 5th Feb. But they haven't send my exchanged product yet. The status is shows as my address is wrong so that they are unable to send it. But if my address is wrong then how they have send the product before and how the picked it up. My Meesho order scheduled for delivery on 5 February 2023 is not delivered to me. After complaining about the issue 4 times on Meesho customer support all they say is that we are not able to track your order either. They are not providing me with a refund as it was a prepaid order of Rs 389. I am extremely disappointed.
