I don't understand why my account was blocked. We want to work seriously with meesho. I already have another account on mesho which is named SITARA BAG. My Meesho and Gmail both Ex Employer HACKED a on 17 September and HACKER changed My product price by using price recommendation 1200 to 200 rupees. and in that case i have received too many orders in less price that why i unable to dispatch my order on that price. I have received a pair of shampoo and conditioner in 29th september and I have ordered 2 qty amounting to ₹1036/-.But I have received just one pair of product so I thought that this price belongs to 1 pair of shampoo and conditioner as it contains both things.Because outside market price is 1300/- for one shampoo and one conditioner.
But when I came to know that the product is fake from AAYAT enterprise, I raised a return request...

Hi My name is Devendra Singh. Meesho company is continuously cancelling my orders placed. With lots of efforts I agreed customer to buy products and gain their trust. All the orders were placed successfully but now 5 order Meesho cancelled right now and can cancel more. I don't know what fake Meesho company is doing. I have no words to say to my Customers. Just waiting for few more days to get cancel more orders then I will show the reality...

I placed an order in Meesho - Order ID[protected] and AWB number E[protected]DT
AWB mentioned in the label [protected].
However, I have received wrong Product and the product delivery status is not updated and so I am unable to place return request.
Please note that the payment was done via UPI to the delivery agent.

Can someone please help me out with a resolution on this?...

I have purchased defective product from meesho on 11th September 2022, so I have replaced request for this product, I am also received another defective product on 22 September 2022, So I was Returned the product on the same date, Refund issued message was received in 24 September 2022 but I can’t get refund. I will contact customer service and cannot solve my issue....

Meesho — Meesho refund not received waiting for 45 days to get refund

I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected].
However, I didn't receive the refund amount of 5895/-.

Product : Explore India - Ganesha Resting On Couch Statue Hemo Decor Decorated with Multicoloured Stone Ganapathi Idol

Every time, I call them via app they keep raising complaint new one each time this is frustrating. I want my refund : 5895/-.

I had placed an order on 17.4.2022 worth Rs.651. It shows that the order was expected to be delivered to me on 1.5.2022. I made multiple calls, sent emails to Meesho and have still not received the order or the refund. Either they disconnect my calls or or ask me to wait for 3-4 days. Till date I have not received any resolution of this. Kindly check and help me with this....

I have ordered a product but I won't recieved it..I gone through online payment..not received the product yet..it had delivery date of 1 October.. whenever I call on complaint number [protected] the workers don't provide right information..I am truly disappointed with this service propaganda of Meesho....

I received a whole different product from what i ordered i received a men's pant which is used also not in good condition. I initiated return for the product with reason product mismatch. Their pickup boy visited my place and rejected to pick as product was different and asked me to call meesho help centre as they will support in this case. I have called to meesho...

We are genuine seller and manufacturer of designer saree gowns etc. We sell on different plaforms but on meesho from last 20 days claims are not getting passed. They rejects all claims with same excuse "based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request." They Dont have any other excuse. we have raised multiple seller support...

I have ordered an curtain from meesho but received a bedsheet. I have called meesho team like 15 times., they are just reintiating the return but the return is rejected by courier partner 4 times. I just want my money back and return the product.

I am a regular customer of meesho shopping, I ordered a stainless steel hangers with my special request to sir, the same type or similar product of the order was not given, I returned that product but it was rejected again and again, calling customer care Although this problem could not be solved, the product was delivered to me on 18 September, on the same date I returned it, but it rejected 3 times even after everything...

Hi Team,

I have ordered a product worth 108 rs in meesho on 20th September and got message as delivered on 25th September but i didt getbthe parcel. Loged a complaint with meesho for refund and after several follow up they informed that refund cannot be processed. Request you to check snd do the needful.

I have ordered a kurta set but I got a 4 pieces of waste net clothes stuffed in a cover. Immediately I applied for a a return but they are not taking any action. They are avoiding the pickup by saying reasons .. kindly do the needful.. Hereby I am attaching the photos of what I ordered vs what I got.. please take necessary action...

I ordered Laxmipati saree from meesho..but the quality of fabric was not good..so I returned to meesho..i placed multiple order but because of poor quality fabric i returned.. suddenly meesho blocked my account and my money is stuck.i m unable to place return request i called customer care executive but no response from meesho.i request to them so many time but no response they blocked my account without any intimation this is called cheating...

Two Completely different and wrong products were delivered to me. I raised return request for both the products. Executive picked up both the products, didn't gave any pick up slip. And now the message shown in app says that executive refused to pickup from customer door because of different product. Now I don't know where are those two products. Please return my money...

I ordered 3 bags from Rabia Enterprises through meesho but, I received only 1bag and after applying for exchange with reason being missing of quantity when the exchanged product was delivered to me it was again having just one bag and then I was not allowed to apply for exchange because the product was delivered after 7days to me then I moved to help center but they are also not providing us with any resolution.
