I have received damaged and incorrect product from meesho. I was requested for a return, pick up person saying not passing quality check. Then I called the meesho customer care and they said they will collect the product even if the color is different. But it's already 5 time pick up will came and saying the same thing. Also he said, so many facing the same issues, even if you complaint they will not bother. This is a very bad service by Meesho. I asked them to raise a complaint they said there is no option raise complaint. What answer is that. Not only this product, I have received another product which is totally different from what I ordered but the status of that product is not marked as delivered and if I want to return it is not showing any option because status is not changed. Seriously fed off with Meesho. They are doing fraud with the people. Please pickup your damaged and waste product and return my money

    1. That on dated 08.07.2024, I have ordered a product, i.e., "Sh Pink Flower Maternity Gown/Kurta/Kurti/Dress amounting to Rs. 333/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Thirty-Three) from your company, namely, Meesho having order no.[protected] vide invoice no. lxe5t251846 and the same was delivered to me on 11.07.2024. But I have received a faulty product, the quality of the product was not good as it was a used product, consequent to which I have initiated a request to return the product and asked for the refund.

    2. That, on dated 13.07.2024, when your delivery agent came for picking up the order, he cancelled the aforesaid request by mentioning the reason on the portal of your website that "return for this order failed quality check and has been cancelled", thereafter, I have received the message containing the aforesaid reason for not returning the product.

    3. That I again raised thrice the same issue and requested to return the aforesaid product and also asked for a refund of my money amounting to Rs. 333/- but to the till date neither your company ready to return the product nor ready to refund my money, best reason known to you.

    4. That I have made several complaints on your registered emails but no revert is given by your company. I will be constrained to take necessary legal action before court of law, if your company will not refund my money within 3 days.

      I ordered a dress, but received an old, used, and torn kurti instead. When I attempted to return the incorrect item, I was instructed to download the app. Upon doing so, I discovered discrepancies between the app and the website; my recent purchases were only visible on the website, preventing me from initiating the return process through the app.

      Furthermore, I attempted to contact meesho customer service via phone, but all the provided numbers were non-operational. Emails to their customer support also went unanswered. In desperation, I found a number online, but the person I spoke with directed me to download WhatsApp and sent me a suspicious link. When I expressed my confusion, he began speaking rudely.

      This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and a full refund for the incorrect item sent to me.

        Order placed for iphone 14 cover but recieved a samsung cover i have the unboxing video too but meesho support keeps on saying that they had verified that the product is delivered correctly if yes provide me proof and courier boy is not picking up too what a worst support nor they have a email support just one cont no but nor able to provide details too

          I have order S size coord size product and apply for return or exchange on meesho for M Size coord size.

          Product delivered on 26th May on the same day I have applied for return and exchange request still I haven’t received my product.

          From that day i have taken many follow up with customer representative they told me within 24-48 hrs you will receive the return and exchange product. Today is 10th June stil I am unable to return this product neither cancel this .

            Meesho blocked my account

            Hi Team,

            Since last 1 month, I have been ordering so many things from this online platform but now my account has been blocked. For which I have called to customer care, they are saying that many of the products i had ordered in as week due to which your account has been blocked permanently. Actually this is the pathetic answer which I have received ever. Because I am using many other online platform where I am not at all...

            This is regarding the Order No.[protected]order ID on packaging[protected]_1) for Chikankari White suit offered via Meesho on 26th May, 2024. Instead of a 3 piece suit, a completely different red-green bandhini dupatta was delivered on 1st June, 2024. On placing the return request on the same day as delivery, the delivery person came to collect on 2nd June, 2024 and has marked the product "QC failed". This is absolutely ridiculous as an completely different product delivered cannot have a QC status at all in the first place. On raising customer complaints twice to executives Goutham and Mohammad Ibrahim respectively on 2nd June, 2024, an extremely horrible service was rendered. Both the executives did not understand that the product delivered itself was a wrong product from the one placed and kept mentioning that QC has been failed. They refused to transfer or escalate to the senior and when forced, Goutham placed us on hold for 15 min, ended the call abruptly after saying senior will only be available after 2 hours. Ibrahim was worse and initially blatantly refused to transfer to senior. When we started recording the call, he said he will transfer and put us in touch with another executive who started speaking in Malayalam and ended the call abruptly again. Both executives are telling that their records show that correct product has been delivered but refuse to share the proof that they claim.
            Please look into this issue immediately.

              She requested a return and the delivery boy took the parcel but now it shows on meesho app that return cancelled and the product is not delivered back either

              I tried calling him, but he is unreachable

                Had ordered two makeup products from MEESHO. One is priced at ₹200 and the other at 232. The seller of both the products is the same. They sent both the products in one box and paid a total amount of Rs.432. When I opened the box, it was not what I ordered. I ordered the green color and it was white. So it was returned. I did not know that the seller has arranged Expressbees courier for one product and Delhivery courier for the other product for return pickup. The Delhivery courier boy picked up the entire box and took it away. Inside were the two products that were ordered. Now when the Expressbees courier boy comes, I don't have any road to give him. Got a refund of Rs 200 for the product taken from Delhivery. The second product was still showing returns. When the Expressbees courier agent came I explained things like this. They said that neither courier team can do

                anything about it.

                Called Meesho's customer care. No one offered a solution except everyone blamed each other. After two days, when the Expressbees courier could not pick up, they handed over to the courier to Delhivery. Delhivery Courier Boy knows that I have nothing left to return so he has deliberately not come here. Everyone is prolonging the days like this. At the same time, the first item picked up has reached the seller named Short Sell. He himself got back both of his belongings. I am the only loser here. I don't believe the seller will kindly refund the money as the return of the second product is still processing. I lost 232 rupees here, albeit a small amount. It was not the size of the amount but their attitude that put me off. As a last hope I am placing this request onthe consumer court. This can only be resolved by Meesho through contacting the seller. But they don't do that. A photo taken at the time of pickup includes both products as proof. The seller got it back. I am attaching all the proofs in my hand with this application. Please help me by taking an action as soon as possible. Meesho's SHORTSELL seller should give me 232 rupees.

                  I ordered a mosquito killed lamp. Received it defective and the lamp is not working.
                  i requested for return but since many day the return attempt have not been made to it.

                  1st time when it was made to return it was moved as return failed but to that order also no attempt of pickup was made. No package pick up person came to take even there was no communication from through phone call. I even raised a complain to the shadowfax but received no response.
                  Second time when i again moved it to return still the pickup of the package have been done.

                  Requesting to resolve the matter at the earliest.

                    I ordered bracelet from meesho it was a prepaid order. for which i was receiving delivery otp messages first on thursday 9th may & second on friday10may @ 8:40pm . but no body approached or called me to collect otp or delivery . on friday 10th may i received a message of delivered at 9:25pm for which i received otp message at 8:40 pm whereas i did not received my parcel, delivery partner did not come to deliver or call me to collect otp to mark deliver, so i called him 3 times starting 9:27pm till 9:33pm he did not answered my call. i immediately called meesho support 9:40pm . i get a call back after few minutes, i explained my concern of not receiving any parcel & marked delivered. i got a support mail on 12th may that my parcel has been delivered as it was an otp based delivery system it can’t be marked delivered without otp. for that i again contacted meesho support on 12 may around 11:58 am i got same response! then i tried and contacted delivery partner who picked my call on 12may probably by mistake! & when i asked him about my parcel & how can you keep it after marking delivered he told me my parcel is with him he will deliver it to me( saying mai aunga to de jaunga and more) . attaching call record below !! & on 13may i again contacted him but this time he already blocked me without delivering my parcel !! messho support system is useless!!

                    I am willing to provide my call data from company!! weather i got any call or not from the delivery partner during that time to collect otp ! & a cctv footage as well if possible weather he came to deliver on not during that time.
                    I am totally disappointed with this fraud & scam done by messhos delivery partner to me !! i am not someone who will ask for support to loot 160rs from meesho !! but one can not tolerate fraudulent activities going around & unable to do anything or unable to reach out to higher authorities for the same !! it is such a waste of customers time, efforts, money !! moreover the behaviour & unprofessional support who can’t solve the loopholes running in the co.

                        Product 12 layer blue delivered to me on May 9, 2024. Received only sticks and joint connector in the box. Meesho not accepting return/refund of the product. As per them product passes the quality check. If quality check has been done they should have its report o evidence.
                        I want my money back. and email addresses of company's senior team to forward my concern.

                          I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiries regarding the refund for Sub Order ID[protected]_1

                          On April 7th, 2024, I purchased a product through Meesho. The item got delivered on April 17, 2024. But I didn't like the product so I have returned the item on 19 April. The status shows refunded but still the refunded amount is not been reflecting in my bank account.

                          Despite multiple attempts to reach out to your customer support team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding the status of my refund. As per my records, the refund amount is ₹284.

                          I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and urge you to expedite the refund process. Your cooperation in resolving this issue at the earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated.

                            Order was out for delivery this morning. Received a ridiculous SMS at 3.36 pm stating "customer refused to give OTP". When I called and objected to this fraudulent msg, the rascal said "thik hai" and that the other would be delivered tomorrow. At 4.24 pm I received another msg stating "customer unavailable/not reachable".
                            Both are absolutely bull [censored]. Meesho must haul up the idiot and confirm. Otherwise, I am contemplating a defamation suit against Meesho, who will have to face the consequences for supporting such fraud delivery agents.

                                Actually, I purchased a kurta (SHIVA DESIGNER SHORT KURTI TOP WHITH FOIL PRINT) on 14th MARCH, 2024 in 10:50 PM. It showed that the order will deliver on 22nd March, 2024 .I haven't received the order on 22nd March, 2024, then eventually I call them that why the delivery still now not delivered, then they receive the call and after a conversation told me to wait for 7 days. Without any types o[censored]pdates then i again called them they told that within 29th march, 2024 they will do something then after 4 days they again call me and connect a call to the delivery executive of my city, then the delivery executive told me sorry and also ensure me that they will deliver it on next day.Then next day no delivery came to my home, I again called them then they said sorry now we cant do anything.I haven't got an OTP regarding this order

                                  I am writing to express my frustration and seek immediate resolution regarding my refund request. Despite multiple assurances, including an official communication on 22/03/2024 promising a refund within 2-3 working days, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. Today, I received a notification for an item pickup that I never received, indicating a serious lapse in communication and process.

                                  The return request was initiated on 22/03/2024, and I have since returned the partial shipment that was received. It is perplexing and unacceptable that the issue remains unresolved after several attempts to clarify the situation with your representatives. The lack o[censored]nderstanding and action on your part is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on your customer service standards.

                                  I expect a prompt correction of this error and confirmation of the refund to my account without any further delay or miscommunication. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a definitive resolution.
