Hi Team,

I have ordered a prepaid product worth ₹371.

It was marked as delivered on 15th aug but I have not received any product and I have not received any call/sms on that same also I have not shared any OTP with anyone and no one from my home received it on behalf of me.

I have raised the same issue with support team on 15th aug itself and was asked to wait for 7 day's for resolution but...

I have ordered multiple items from Meesho and paid online.

There are two incidents happen with me in last one week.

1.Ordered pack of 4 panties from AHR creation in size XXXL worth Rs. 212 on 9th Aug 2023 and received the parcel on 10th Aug 2023, when I opened the parcel there was only 1 panty in that too of XL size then I raised the return request with correct reason that is missing quantity but when courier...

My meesho account is flagged since july 31st.
i ordered a total of Rs 7803, and got Rs 3168 in returns of the product.
but now rest of money (Rs 2803) is with meesho.
payment of Rs 7803 was done online on 26th of july.
i request meesho to accept the return of non delivered things, refund it and return the rest of my money....

I ordered one top 5 months ago and when it was delivered it was completely different product. Also when I try to return it the delivery agent refused to pickup just because it was different product. Also i explained consumer support also I sent an email to them explaining everything along with the screenshot. Also now they have banned my number and I'm unable to login in that app. Even customer support clearly said that they could not help...

I have ordered and paid for two clothing set but, I received only one product. Then I put a return request, but Meesho pickup is not done yet, they are saying that they will not accept the product.

I ordered golden wedges on 2nd July 2023 in size 3 and received the package on 4th july 2023 same day i placed return and refund because i received the wrong product. Meesho follows a trash policy of blocking account without any appropriate reason. My 1st account was blocked beacuse of multiple returns and today my 2nd account got blocked for having similar bank details and address. This is no reason for blocking any account. Please look into my ongoing transaction and find a way out to unblock accounts which have been blocked without any reason....

Meesho automatically increases the weight of RTO products. My product weight is grams, but when there is RTO meesho automatically changes it to 504 grams.

I also don't get a refund for the wrong RTO products. I always record videos before unpacking. When I raise a ticket for wrong RTO, they say, 'product has been altrered'...

Meesho automatically increases the price during RTO charges. My product weight is 150grms, when I raise a ticket about why I have been charged high RTO charge, in response they say 'Product weight is 504grms'.

Also when I get RTO products, I always record videos. So many times I get the wrong product in RTO, and when I raise a ticket for this, they say 'product has been altered'...

I have ordered few products on Meesho on 30th April 2023. During payment, amount of Rs 998 got deducted from my card and order is not placed on Meesho. Also order information is not reflecting in the Meesho account

I need the refund of the amount deducted.

I contacted the customer support but they didn't resolve my issue.

I ordered a kurti set no[protected] &[protected] but received dirty clothes. When we connect to customer care they mentioned there is no return & exchange of the product. & not transferring calls to their seniors & we requesting again & again they just put our call on hold for a long period of time then disconnect the call. We shared photos & video but no response....

and they delivered a parcel on 20/12/22. But they have sent only one cable instead of 3 . So I have placed a replacement order. Again they have sent only one cable. I have raised a complaint on 28/12/2022 but I didn't receive any communication regarding that.

I raised a return pickup request on Jan 14th. pickup executive came for pickup next day and said Item is large and I cannot pick it up because i have small vehicle.
