Meesho — Return/RTO not received yet

I am a seller on Meesho. I sold a product that Xpreesbees shipped, orderrid- [protected]_1 and Tracking Id of Xpreesbees -[protected], This product has been delivered and is showing this on the page of Xpreesbees on 15th March 2022, But it is showing on meesho this return is coming, and till now neither this product return nor its payment has come.Meesho people took the payment of 120 and returned from me, the product has been delivered, Now where is the address of the product, nor did the payment come, the return fee has been taken from above.,
I did a complaint on Meesho, but all complaint tickets were closed saying, your product is in return, These are just things moving around, it's their fault that's why
