I returned the product, after that also it showing it didn't picked up. I contacted the meesho team. They said wait 4 -5 days. Another delivery hoy is coming for the pick up. I didn't get any slip previously. And the delivery boy who received my returned product he didn't pick the call. Now what can i do?
I want my money back...

    Website: In meesho ordered they sent return pickup via shadowfax service.

    Order #[protected]. 1 quantity dress hv to return as received different design from ordered .so 14th raised request and 15th courier boy went for pickup but he didn't accepted saying invoice not matching dress.which is wrong as in meeshi reselling so price will mention high only. So I raised complaint on 15th in help cebtre they told will arrange pickup again next day and sent me mail to share return dress pic and invoice which I shared.but pickup not over again I contacted help centre they again told same and asked images in mail I shared.from last 9 days I am calling them and everytime they say will do don't worry and asking to share dress image and invoice to their mail still now atleast 5-8times I hv shared images to them but again they are asking me same.not solving issue. Same replies daily from them.not generated return pickup again nor raised complaint for my complaint still now.today I.e 24th they are saying other 4-5days.and on 23rd they told they didn't taken complaint still while I am from 15th calling them regularly for updates, replying their mails and waiting for pickup then on 23rd told not take complaint still.is it even sensible to reply .from last 10 days they are wasting without raising complaint and fooling me.
    I want return pickup Soon.please again don't ask me in mail fo pics.still not sent many times .please solve issue rather than asking same information which I already shared.

        I orderd a sari on 20th March 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account.But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
        I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
        I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

            I placed an order and received wrong product. I got undergarment and cut pieces of kurta and that too in a very dirty condition.
            Also, I requested customer care to call me from the help center and again I did not get any response.

            Please look into the matter immediately. This kind of delivery would not be accepted.

              I have placed an order on Meesho on 4th March, 2022. Xpressbees courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 13th March, 2022.

              Today it is 21st March, 2022 and still the product has not yet delivered.

              I am attaching screenshot of order and tracking details page for your reference.

                20 March, 2022 - I have placed an order for a saree and paid through Google pay. My money got debited for the saree but no order has been placed. I have checked the orders page in the meesho app but no order shows up also called the customer care but no response. Kindly request you to refund the money asap.

                  Partia ordered delivered but money paid in full, customer care refuses to help me. I ordered 4 days ago but only received half package and the delivery driver refused to take it back and forcing me to pay the money. I returned the product but only received half my money, i want my money back

                    I've ordered 2 shirts in combo and 2 shirts separately total order quantity 3 now they've delivered only half of the product and charged me complete money when I complaint to the customer service they don't reply order total was 875 I've returned the half of the product and they've refunded the amount of the the product I've returned by not the amount for the product which I didn't even recieved i have invoice as proof.

                        But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.

                        Meesho has sent the message for return amount initiated on the date of 21 march. But the till date after 17 days I didn't got back my amount.

                            Don't ever buy with meesho his delivery boys abusing customer my Name is Ravina i order a glitter bag then I accidentally order again order I'd[protected] so delivery boy came i said I accidentally order this please cancel this order but he denied he said u need to take this order else i will call your randomly or coming your home daily he also misbehaving with me delivery boy name sourabh bajpai no [protected] please cancel my order i don't needed or take strict action against that

                                We (Freshro Team) had registered our brand name at Meesho to sell our products (Filter Coffee and Copper Bottles). Tickets (#25155359, #25593384, #25431917 and #[protected] were generated so that our brand name gets approved and our products gets uploaded and then gets live.

                                Customer service officers were always in hurry to mark the ticket closed instead of resolving the matter and helping. We were asked to create new ticket every time and were asked to upload same documents and share same category path every time which we kept doing.

                                In one ticket communication, it was updated that call is made on our registered mobile number but we never received any call from company on that day. When this issue was raised in one ticket that false details are updated on ticket. We received a reply saying "We would like to inform you that Meesho is not dealing with this category right now. We request you to kindly wait, once the category will arrive then you will be notified."

                                After getting frustrated we again raised a ticket asking to delete our account and remove us from their mailing, call and text list for which we received a reply saying there is no such option available "Please note that at Meesho there is no such process to deactivate any supplier’s account, if you do not like to receive orders from Meesho, you can mark all your catalogs as ‘Out of Stock. This will automatically prevent getting new orders."

                                How can we mark our account out of stock when we have not even completed our process. Infact, when they say our product category is not available and we have to wait they themselves are unaware that our products already had the status of "QC Passed". (Attaching the image for same).

                                How can a product is passed when as per the customer care officer product category is not available? How can a company with such a brand name does not have account deactivation/ deletion tab on their dashboard? how can an officer updated false information saying call was made to client? and above all how can we mark our product out of stock when we are still in the process of listing our product.

                                Daily we receive endless number of text msgs from Meesho to join mandatory training or on update related to seller dashboard. It is so unfair that we cannot even stop this.

                                      I ordered a product with the price of 156/- rupees and another one with the price of 311/- rupees.. and I chose cash on delivery.. When the 1st product (156/-) was delivered first of all the delivery man was fully drunk and anyone near him could have sensed the smell.. and he sent a payment link to me.. but the link was showing 325/- rupees that has to be paid.. I thought it is the second order and I paid 325 rupees.. but after opening the parcel, I came to know that it was the 156 rupees product and then I called the meesho customer care number for the refund of the excess money that I paid by mistake.. The customer care department said that I will recieve a mail on my email id but it has been 2 days and no initiative has been shown from the company.. I have the payment receipt of the order that I paid.. and I can show the price tag of the order that I received.. Kindly refund my money and keep a better group of delivery agents.. If this keeps happening I won't be able to trust meesho anymore.. Please take some action asap..

                                        expected delivery 8 march
                                        complained on 12 march here, as the item is still not delivered please refund
                                        Meesho called, said they would refund if order not processed, they also requested that i should submit feedback that complaint is resolved now
                                        But now it is 18 march
                                        Status shown is delay in dispatch, i have not still received the item
                                        they have not refunded me
                                        I want refund of 1621 rupees so that i can order from another supplier
                                        i do not want to wait more for delivery
