I ordered a necklace from Meesho whose cost was 617 rs on 28/03/2022 n I got my product on 02/04/2022 but when I Opened it the product was fully damaged. I returned on same day that product but I didn’t received my money. I called Meesho customer care so many times but they are not ready to take any action.
They are repeatedly saying that you will get money in 3-4 working days.
Today is more than 10 days & they didn’t refund my money. Kindly take strict action on this fraud company.
Miss Shahdara & Miss Akanksha they promised me to refund my money & raised a complaint but I didn’t get any response from Meesho team

Money deducted but order not placed. Called meesho but no response. Kindly refund money

I have placed the order on the 17 March 2022, it’s been nearly 3 weeks but not received the ordered package. In Meesho app the delivery date always shifts from one date to another. It would be helpful if you provide a refund.

I have ordered a Nighty of 274rs in meesho app and in order process I have paid money using paytm, transaction is successful and money debited from my account but when I checked in meesho order list my order is not placed and money is debited( attached screenshot of payment). I have paid for an order in meesho via Google pay but the order is not placed

मेने एक chopper (176rs) ख़रीदा था मीशौ से लेकिन वह अच्छा नहीं था इसलिए उसको वापस करने की request डाल दी। जब इनका डिलीवरी boy आया और झूठबोला कि वो flipkart से आया है जबकि वह Meesho से आया था । मैंने वो सामान उसको दे दिया जो flipkart से ख़रीदा था और उसका मूल्य 800 rs था। flipkart का सामान exchange होना था जब डिलवरी boy से exchange सामान माँ गा तो उसने बोला कि जब सामान pick होगा तब exchange सामान मिलेगा । उसी शाम को जब flipkart wala delivery boy आया तो Meesho ki delivery boy की धोखा धड़ी पता चली । जब शिकायत की तो मीशौ ने केवल 176 rs वापस किये (जबकि वह सामान अभी भी मेरे पास है ।) और बोला कि इसमें हमारी गलती नहीं है हमारे डिलवरी पार्टनर की है। इनका डिलवरी पार्टनर ने कहा कि इसमें हमारी गलती नहीं है । कृपया मेरा flipkart वाला सामान वापस करे या पूरा 800 rs वापस करे। और मीशौ का chopper मेरे से वापस ले जाए और मीशौ के ऊपर सख़्त कार्यवाही करें।

Here is my order #[protected], I have returned it but my bank details was not added by that time. Now I have updated my bank details after order was returned . How Can I get my money back? will they credit my money back?

Not get my order money will be deducted the date was given by delivered[protected] it was not comes plz my amount credit my account and solve this fraud from meesho the worst app fake app

Meesho is doing very big fraud here. I tried to place an order using google pay, Order didn't get place but amount got debited.
The most frustrated thing is their customer care executive they have been put to harras customer so that customer never come back to complain.

-Instead of PO No- [protected] dated 7/03/2022 product ( Fancy fabulous women jeggings ) first time Meeso sent me Cleaning mop wheel, after returned again sent a little pcv box 5cm x 10 cm long .

Either Meeso delivered the said product as per 07/03/2022 Invoice Or Refund my amount within a week.

I had order a laptop table on 11 Mar 22. It was received on 19 Mar 22. I didn't like the product at all. So I raised a return request on 24 Mar 22. I got reply on 27 Mar 22 10.41 am as "Reverse picking of your order is delayed due to unavoidable issues at the customer location Your order will be picked in 2-3 working days"

And on same day i.e 27 Mar 22 6.39 PM they cancelled my reverse pickup.

I ordered shoes and did online payment money is deducted but the order is coming as payment pending..i want refund

I orderd a saree with order I'd:[protected] on 3rd Apr 2022 and paid amount via PhonePe. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

This is my order details from Meesho online shopping application. The delivery was suppose to arrive 27march today is 3rd of April has not arrived yet and when I called the query number their response was rude and irresponsible and when I messaged for inquiry they ignored it.

I orderd a saree from meesho. I paid online by google pay. Payment was done but order not confirmed. My money also deduct but still waiting for order confirmation. What to do.. There's no option for helpline for that order. Now what to do, no idea...

My money was debited by goggle pay upi for meesho merchant by name fashion near and now money is deducted from upi and showing reached to meesho but mesho has not placed order
