I Oder one chopper from Meesho and amount is 176 rs but chopper is not working so I decided to return.after some days one delivery boy come and asking for return item then I ask to boy from which company flipkart or Meesho because I have one exchange from flipkart also. Then delivery boy said flipkart so I gave the item which I Oder from flipkart and amount is 800 rs and after complaint to Meesho they said we can't help at this time because item is left .and said we initiated refund of 176 rs whereas chopper is still have ... so how they refund for chopper?? Fraud company. Easily make fool to customers

Horrible customer experience from Meesho. It’s the first time I have placed an order I received the product but the delivery agent has incorrectly processed the status so I am unable to return the product.

Even though it’s not my fault Tried reaching shadowfax courier but no response.

Reached Meesho customer care, got a horrible reply asking me to be careful next time. Seriously??

Finally complaint number was registered by Meesho and now after 7 days of delivery they are still asking me for a proper print of invoice.
The print on the delivery packing is so horrible that one can’t read the number.
They are asking me now to provide proper invoice slip.

I have shopped in many websites but this is the horrible site one shouldn’t purchase.

I have return my order no[protected] on[protected]. Still I have no received my refund for that order in my account. If you don't refund the amount with in 2 working days I may go for consumer court.

Sir ordered Ear wax removal kit (order id #[protected] on 13 march 2022 but today i received hair straightener in packet, I call help line of Meesho company they said this item is not returnable/exchangeable and said sorry for this, they do not help about this. different item is received than why not exchangeable/returnable. sir please do needful. i attached photographs of delivered item.

Order Nos.[protected] &[protected], Indigo Powder from BIOSUR PHARMA, Madhya Pradesh.

COD charged Rs. 318 for 2 orders, but product received only one against order no.[protected].

Packet shows This Order has 2 items, but inside the packet contains only one packet of Indigo Powder 100gm

I have order (#[protected] a product of Qty : 3 in Meesho on[protected] but received only 1 Qty on[protected] after making a payment of Rs.1647/- (3 Qty) as a COD order.
I have raised a complaint regarding the same i.e for the missing quantity.
As discussed with the customer care and confirmed a refund of Amount 1098 for the 2 missing quantity. But they have processed only Rs.549/- and the remaining Rs.549/- are not being processed even after so many calls to the customer care.

Also, the customer care executive advised the refund is based on weight report (which I don't understand) and claiming that there is only one qty is missing.

I would like to have the refund of Rs.549/- which is remaining.

I have ordered parcel on 9 March but item has not delivered to me yet so I want refund I have delivered 2 parcels

Didnt received product yet. Trying help centre for 8-10 times but still didnt received any call back... Unable to contact courier company Xpressbee as well...

I have referred many people.. and placed the ordered.. whenever my referred person places order from his/her number... means 1st 3orders.. and if in case in that 3orders.. by chance any order gets cancelled or exchanged or returned.. it shows me that whole referral is denied and I m not getting money of atleast 1st order... I m really fed up with ur app.. I really feel bad.. because I m a person who always orders and do business from ur app.. please check with it... I didn't get a proper answer from ur customer service team.. please do check with it

I returned the product, after that also it showing it didn't picked up. I contacted the meesho team. They said wait 4 -5 days. Another delivery hoy is coming for the pick up. I didn't get any slip previously. And the delivery boy who received my returned product he didn't pick the call. Now what can i do?

Order #[protected]. 1 quantity dress hv to return as received different design from ordered .so 14th raised request and 15th courier boy went for pickup but he didn't accepted saying invoice not matching dress.which is wrong as in meeshi reselling so price will mention high only. So I raised complaint on 15th in help cebtre they told will arrange pickup again next day and sent me mail to share return dress pic and invoice which I shared.but pickup not over again I contacted help centre they again told same and asked images in mail I shared.from last 9 days I am calling them and everytime they say will do don't worry and asking to share dress image and invoice to their mail still now atleast 5-8times I hv shared images to them but again they are asking me same.not solving issue. Same replies daily from them.not generated return pickup again nor raised complaint for my complaint still now.today I.e 24th they are saying other 4-5days.and on 23rd they told they didn't taken complaint still while I am from 15th calling them regularly for updates, replying their mails and waiting for pickup then on 23rd told not take complaint still.is it even sensible to reply .from last 10 days they are wasting without raising complaint and fooling me.
I want return pickup Soon.please again don't ask me in mail fo pics.still not sent many times .please solve issue rather than asking same information which I already shared.

I orderd a sari on 20th March 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account.But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

The money debited from my payment account but the order not placed at meesho app.

I placed an order and received wrong product. I got undergarment and cut pieces of kurta and that too in a very dirty condition.
Also, I requested customer care to call me from the help center and again I did not get any response.

Please look into the matter immediately. This kind of delivery would not be accepted.

I have placed an order on Meesho on 4th March, 2022. Xpressbees courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 13th March, 2022.

Today it is 21st March, 2022 and still the product has not yet delivered.

20 March, 2022 - I have placed an order for a saree and paid through Google pay. My money got debited for the saree but no order has been placed. I have checked the orders page in the meesho app but no order shows up also called the customer care but no response. Kindly request you to refund the money asap.

Partia ordered delivered but money paid in full, customer care refuses to help me. I ordered 4 days ago but only received half package and the delivery driver refused to take it back and forcing me to pay the money. I returned the product but only received half my money, i want my money back

I've ordered 2 shirts in combo and 2 shirts separately total order quantity 3 now they've delivered only half of the product and charged me complete money when I complaint to the customer service they don't reply order total was 875 I've returned the half of the product and they've refunded the amount of the the product I've returned by not the amount for the product which I didn't even recieved i have invoice as proof.

Pickup was done, but they never updated this on the app nor refunded my money

I want this app banned and file a legal case against Meesho
