Meesho — Soneev gel eye mask

Want to lodge a complaint against mesho, as i ordered a product (order no. #[protected]) and then delivery date shows 13 th February. but it was not delivered that day. and then delivery date changes to 16 th February. again they failed. now they shows delivery date 19th February. what is happening ? As the product shipped to their purulia hub on 9th February. 3 days is enough to deliver a product from purulia hub to purulia town. i use other app like flip kart, amazon etc. they easily deliver the product within time. As i am done full payment when i ordered the product, that's why they took advantage of that and purposely delayed the order. As they make some [censored] policy, i.e. if the order is shipped that can not be cancelled. i called the customer care but they cannot able to give proper explanation. when i told them to cancel the order and refund me within 1 working day, they told that it is not possible. first the order need to deliver, then if i deny to take this from the delivery boy then after 5-7 working days, refund will be possible. So that means if they did not delivered the product, then i am not getting any refund or they can deliver the product whenever they want. Now it does not matter to me about the refund, due to this harassment, i urge for a strict punishment for them. So that they never do this type of harassment to any other customer
