I got wrong product I created return the day I got parcel my return git rejected 3 times in different two days.I talked to one of thier customer support team and he said he raised a query and I will get resolution by their seniors but I haven't got any solution yet.What I suppose to do now ??

Meesho doesnt seem to PICK UP the item I raised a return request for!!

I raised a return request for order[protected] on the 9th March and your delivery person called me and I missed the call. I called him back immediately within 10 mins and he declined to pick up my return order.
I spoke to multiple people in customer care but nobody has been helpful. They only kept giving me reasons and asked me to wait for 3-4...

Prepaid Orders not delivered by Meesho Open

I have ordered an shirt from Meesho with prepaid, but after a i received 2 messages at time one with OTP and other saying my order has been delivered. But I didn't receive my order neither a call.

Then I contacted the Meesho help centre, there the person told they would resolve it but after that no response from them. So I Resolution Demand: Apology, Refund From them....

I have ordered a shirt which is delivered on 3 Feb but there is some size issue so I request for exchange. My product has picked up on 5th Feb. But they haven't send my exchanged product yet. I haven't got my money back
I ordered a churidar set on meesho (White colour) on dec 20 for 559/-which was cancelled by the supplier. But on dec 26, i received a parcel of 559/- from meesho which i didn't order and the product was incorrect and damaged. I had ordered 2 products under order id[protected]. Leotude t shirts
As size wasn't fitting, I issued a refund return request.

My return was stalled as it said "Pickup address is not serviceable". The customer care asked to self ship. It costed me Rs130/- via Professional courier to return ship the item to seller. I shipped on 18-dec and it was received by seller on 19 Dec 2023. I have not received refund yetbr...

This is very pathetic to inform you the way your delivery boys are talking to the customer.

Today my parcels gonna deliver and delivery boy called me i was on a differet call so when i finished my call i called him back thrice which he disconnected.

The problem is their delivery partner does not call or deliver but I get messages that " Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you". I made complaint to meesho every time but problem didn't resolved.This happens all the time....
