    This is in regards ti my above order i made a prepaid order, the product was not delivered but when i opned the app to chcek it showed delivered, i spoke to customer service they asked to raise a complinay and said it will be resolved by 28th when again i called they are not giving any proper resolution, its a clear cut fraud

    The order showed delivered on 21st march no one came to my home nor security no otp was asked, its a wromg infomration from the company side

      Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Product (Order ID:[protected] – Potential Fraud

      Dear Meesho Customer Support,

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent order with Meesho (Order ID:[protected], which has not been delivered as expected, despite the status showing as "Delivered" on your application.

      I ordered a combo of two trouser pants, and I have not received the product. Additionally, no OTP was shared with the delivery boy during the supposed delivery attempt. Despite this, your system has incorrectly marked the order as "Delivered." This is a clear violation of the basic principles of e-commerce and customer service, and I believe this constitutes fraudulent activity on your part.

      I have attempted to contact your customer service team on multiple occasions without receiving any satisfactory resolution or response. This lack of resolution and the misleading delivery status is highly concerning.

      I would like to remind you that under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Section 2 (1) (r) and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), it is unlawful for a company to falsely claim that a product has been delivered when it has not been, and failure to resolve this issue may be seen as a deliberate act of fraud or misrepresentation. These actions may also fall under the Consumer Fraud Code due to the deliberate misrepresentation of the product delivery status, which is a violation of consumer rights.

      In light of the above, I demand immediate investigation into this matter, a full refund for the missing product, and prompt corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Please be advised that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action, including but not limited to escalating the matter to consumer protection authorities and filing a legal complaint for fraud and breach of consumer trust under the relevant fraud provisions in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IPC.

        I have ordered 90 bags in 9 orders (10 bags in each order). But I received only 10 bags. I have reached out to meesho customer care many times for the refund. They have issued refund for only 3 orders and rest 6 orders they denied the refund, we lost refund of 16000/-. We claim 30000/- as the refund because of the mental pressure we have gone through and the loss.

        We had discussion with meesho customer support for many times, but they were repeating the same comments in the incident, saying due to fair policy they can't issue the refund for the 6 orders.

        We have approached customer care 12 times till now, and spent 10hrs on discussions.

              I recently ordered a product from Meesho (seller: Zaihabib) and received it the day before yesterday. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the product was completely different from what I had ordered. I immediately raised a return request with Meesho, but it was canceled, citing a "quality check failure" – despite providing substantial proof, including a video of the package being opened.

              When I contacted customer support, they insisted that the correct product was delivered. However, when I requested proof, they refused to provide any and declined to escalate my complaint further. They simply stated that they could not assist me with the issue.
              Meesho customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I purchase order from meesho on 18th November and order received on my address 27 November when I received and checked the product I found product were totally different in product advertisement showing jacket with cap along with chain zipper pocket but which jacket I recieved in that without cap and only available open pocket. I initiated return request same day but from last November till now my pickup is still pending when I communicate with the customer care they just told me wait 24 to 48 hours simply, I'm very disturbed about my money 975 rupees . So today I want to inform you I got cheated by meesho app . I request you to please check and help me to return my money.

                    I have ordered glass baby feeding bottle and received them as broken. I also have photo and video o[censored]nboxing also.

                    Now when customer care agent is raising return request, first the guy comes after 4-5 day late instead of scheduled date and then he said that images attached in return request is of new product so return cannot be done, those images should be the broken one which you have got.

                    So raise return request again, i tried adding unboxing image and video but there is no option for us to add the same.
                    So I called customer care and explained him that return needs broken images, so plz raise new request with broken images. Again they have raised request with brand new product image.

                    And the cycle is going on from last 1.5 months. Now their app is not allowed me to raise return request stating that return can be requested only till 6-7 days after delivery.

                      I got call for meesho return Delivery partner asked for 2 items and I handed it over.

                      Then again one more return pickup call for the product I already returned!!! I called meesho then customer support asked to wait for 24 hrs

                      Now meesho says they can't do anything of we return extra product...

                      Definitely rating 1 star on play store with same scam they do

                          I am writing to formally complain about the incomplete refund for my order of artificial plants from your platform. The order was delivered on October 9, 2024, but one of the products was missing, and I only received a single item.

                          Upon noticing this, I immediately initiated a return request for both the delivered and missing product. Unfortunately, my return request was canceled without any notification or explanation. I then had to reapply for a return request, and finally, the delivery person arrived on October 19, 2024, to pick up the returned item.

                          However, after the return process, I only received ₹181 out of the total ₹362 I had paid for the two products. When I contacted customer service, the agent assured me that the remaining amount would be credited to my Paytm account, but as of today, I have not received the refund.

                          I would also like to highlight that your agent mentioned the seven-day window has now passed, and they cannot assist further, which is extremely disappointing considering the ongoing issue and the delays caused by the system itself.

                          I kindly request that the remaining amount of ₹181 be refunded at the earliest. Please look into this matter as soon as possible, and inform me of the steps you will take to resolve this.

                          Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to receive the full refund promptly.

                            I had ordered rubber cap of size 25mm from meesho. I had selected option "only wrong/defects items returns" Because I never wanted to return that product except wrong/defects. In this I got 2 options, I can RETURN item if it's wrong/defective and i can EXCHANGE item for size/fit issue(1. Too loose, 2. Too tight, 3. Didn't like the fit).
                            So my issue is products is not wrong nor defective. I got what I ordered in good condition and quality so i can't return it but i can exchange it for size/fit issue.. when I tried to select option 2. Size is correct but too tight. it shows product is out of stock.. I couldn't proceed. So this is Meesho's problem not mine. In this case meesho have to take this product back.. Meesho/seller didn't mention that, if the product is out of stock then customer has to keep it to themself.. i can't wait till product get back into stock because I can return or exchange it till 21st October 2024.
                            Other shopping site like Myntra, Amazon have good policies. Please check once. They understand their customer better and have solution for every problem.
