Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a prepaid order I placed on the Meesho platform. Despite the payment being completed and several days passing, the product has not been delivered, and my complaint has not been resolved.
Here are the details of my order:

Order Date: 3/APR/2025
Amount Paid: ₹383
Mode of Payment: UPI
Issue: Product not delivered even after 5 days
Action Taken: I have already contacted customer support and raised a complaint on 17/APR/2025, but the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request you to initiate the refund process immediately or ensure the delivery of the product at the earliest. If the matter is not resolved within 3 working days, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and appropriate legal forums.
I hope you understand the inconvenience this has caused and look forward to a prompt resolution.
