Meesho — Subject: Product Not Delivered & Refund Not Issued Urgent Resolution Required

I placed an order on Meesho on 1st July 2025 (Sub Order ID:[protected] and made the full payment online. The product was never delivered.

I raised a complaint to Meesho (Issue ID: MST-[protected]), but the company has not refunded my money nor provided any resolution. They only respond that the issue is under review.

This appears to be a case of online fraud or cheating, where money was taken without providing the promised goods. I request the cybercrime cell to take appropriate action.

Payment was made via [mention payment method: UPI/Card] for ₹[amount]. All screenshots and details are attached.
