Meesho — urgent complaint non-delivery of prepaid orders & unresolved issue

Dear Meesho Grievance Officer,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding three prepaid orders that I placed on Meesho. Despite making the full payment, I have not received the products, and your support team has failed to provide any resolution. The details of my orders are as follows:

1. Order ID:[protected] – FM Abaya Store Women's Imported Firdous

2. Order ID:[protected] – COLLAR SWEATSHIRT

3. Order ID:[protected] – Viscose Rayon Embroidery Work Western Dress

I received an SMS stating that my orders were delivered, but I did not receive any of them. I was never contacted by the delivery agent, nor did I share any OTP for confirmation. Despite raising a complaint via the Meesho app, my service request was closed without resolution.

I contacted customer care multiple times, yet no proper response was provided. I even spoke with a Floor Supervisor for over 20 minutes, but he simply stated that, as per company policy, the delivery was completed. When I requested to escalate the matter or speak with higher authorities, he denied my request.

This is completely unacceptable and amounts to fraudulent delivery practices. I have trusted Meesho and paid online in good faith, but now I am left without my products or a refund. I demand an immediate resolution:

1. A full refund of ₹1, 400 for the undelivered products, OR

2. Immediate re-shipment of my orders.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will escalate this issue by:

Filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and Consumer Court.

Raising this issue on social media platforms and consumer grievance websites.

Contacting relevant authorities to report this as an instance of online fraud.

Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at the earliest. I expect a response via email or a callback as soon as possible.
