Meesho — User verification failed after receiving wrong product

I ordered one top 5 months ago and when it was delivered it was completely different product. Also when I try to return it the delivery agent refused to pickup just because it was different product. Also i explained consumer support also I sent an email to them explaining everything along with the screenshot. Also now they have banned my number and I'm unable to login in that app. Even customer support clearly said that they could not help me anymore
