I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the order i received from messho (order ID: [[protected]_1]. On 15 august 2025, i placed an order for [imported summer Nightsuit], but what i received is completely unacceptable.
The issues:
• wrong product: The product i received is entirely different from what I ordered, instead of [imported summer Nightsuit], I got [Torn used smelly dirty half part of the blanket].
• Torn and Damaged: The product is torn and damaged, making it completely unusable.
•Refund: I demand a full refund of amount [485] immediately. I would also appreciate it if you could provide a return pickup for the damaged product.
