We are genuine seller and manufacturer of designer saree gowns etc. We sell on different plaforms but on meesho from last 20 days claims are not getting passed. They rejects all claims with same excuse "based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request." They Dont have any other excuse. we have raised multiple seller support tickets but everytime they gives same excuse. we have shipped over 5000 orders out of them we have made claim for wrong returns about 51 claims which can not be said higher. even we are declaring all claims are genuine and with proofs. Meesho is In favour of "CHOR COURIER PARTNERS". Please Help in Resolving tickets raised on meesho seller support. we have attached all ticket screenshots with this. In Photo ticket id is visible. we have asked meesho what is limit of your claim ratio? but they are not giving us data. they should mention in seller policy about this claim ratio. so we can decide if we should sell on your platform or not. if you provide us claim ratio limit then we can decide if we shall sell or not on your platform. Becuase wasting hard earned money on "CHOR PLATFORM" is not possible for us.
