Meghbela Broadband — Speed issue and poor customer services | |||
Hello my name is Anirban Saha, i am staying at laketown kolkata, I am using Meghbela broadband for internet usage, they told me that if i am using 256 kbps connection they will provide me minimum 30-35 kbps speed in single link, but now when i download any thing from single link, i am getting 10-15 kbps, i called the customer care they told me its temporary issue as soon as possible they trying to fixed it, but i faceing this problem since last 2 months, and my 2 nd complain is that as per TRAI rules all ISP should keep maintain minimum broadband speed 512 kbps, all internet service provider maintain this rules apart from Meghbela broadband, so sir my humble request is that pls take an action against this, Thanks in advance my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

can you plz mail me the first chart full details as some portion is missing i am also a pmpl user and i think my lco is also cheating with the customer we are giving our hard earned money and see they are giving us bogus connection and also not following the rules set by trai.I will be highly grateful if you can send me the full chart on my mail id that is [protected]@gmail.com

My package is JET Classic 256 Kbps upto 2 mbps (12A.M.-8A.M.) Unlimited 30 Days 400/-
but I gt only 30-45 kbps, that is too slow from my package. when I am contect with customer care they always told that we can solve your probluem in 2 or 3 day but there was no change in speed change

1 Byte =8 bit, ur connection bandwidth is 256 kbps not 256 KBps that's why u r getting 256/8=(30-35)KBps speed.
