Sir, pl. Read the communications made till now with micromax and even after approx. 2 months, the issue has not been resolved.

Sir, i have purchased led tv in 2015 wih extended warranty i. E total 3 yr warrenty. I contacted to micromax cust care and he loged the complaint and given the contact number of local micromax service center. Despite several followup since last 10 days, he is giving ony false assurance that he will come. But 10 days has already gone, but he has not come till now. My father is 77 year old and he himself is not able to watch the tv and is frustated very much. I hope the justice with the help of you. Details of order are as below : 1) led tv paytm invoice no. 45072/[protected] ord dt 15-oct-2015 extended warranty for 3 yrs paytm ord reference : [protected] 2) micromax remote from amazon order#[protected] ord dt : 22 nov 17 from santosh kumar gupta / j. Sir/madam,
I already purchased extended warranty for led within the week of led purchase and for that i have already attached document of extended warranty reference number. They are asking that it was the request for the same only and they have not executed this. But my argument is that i have requested for the same and got a extended warranty reference number for the same and i have never been about the not execution of the request. So my concern is that it is company fault and i must get support for the led services. Led tv is purchased from paytm and new remote is purchased from amazon.
So i think micromax /paytm are making the fool to customers.

I am attaching the document for

1) led tv invoice

2) remote control invoice (Which has been newly purchased 2-3 months ago)

3) extended warranty reference number (Purchased after few days of the led delivered date)

I hope for the best solution from you

      I have purchased micromax 15.6 inch hd monitor and its delivered on 3rd march 2018 but its not work properly'when switched on my computer the monitor screen is redish and with little bit blink and after few minites its work normal and the same peoblem arrise again and again.

        I have submitted my micromax q-426 at your service center datta enterprises 44/a gandhi nagar, jammu on[protected]
        And i recived my phone on[protected] but the problem is still there. Then again i submitted my phone on 14/12/2017 in the same service centre and they ensured me that you will get your phone in proper condition. But i got my phone heated from the one corner so i refused to get it back and claimed for the new phone. So kindly exchange my phone and provide me a new one

          I have bought an micromax q4311 handset 6 months ago. Since then i haven't received any notification about system updates, but the official websites has updates.
          I can't manually update it, i don't know how to either.
          I tried going through the settings menu to find the system update, but it doesn't show anything.

                    I purchased micromax fantabulet f666 calling tablet on 02/05/2017, and after one month o[censored]sage handset problems started like hanging, not charging, etc. So i had given my handset for service to micromax service centre m/s mobile world (Kar), manasa towers m g road, mangalore. And they said if software is updated, the mobile problems will be cleared and they asked me to wait and no job sheet was prepared and they updated the software and gave it to me, and. And when i asked them about charging problem they said even that is rectified.

                    But after a few days the same problems repeated again and i took my handset again and they asked me to wait and took it inside and this time too no job sheet was done and after a little while they gave it back to me and i checked charging with their charger and it was charging,. I told them that last time too when you said that charging is rectified i took the hand set and at home kept it for charging and it was fully charged, but next day it was not charging and this time too the same problem was there, so i called up and told them the problem and on 14/10/2017 i gave the handset and told them to prepare jobsheet and rectify the defect properly and the job sheet was prepared by m/s mobile world (Kar), manasa towers m g road, mangalore, and the job sheet no is s[protected].

                    After 3 weeks when i called up they said they will check and call me, but they never called me, again after 2/3 days when i called they said mobile is ready and asked me to collect it.

                    When i went to collect the mobile,. They told me it was sent to head office for repairs and told me the main board is changed and repaired.

                    After i took the mobile i had the same charging problem like before, so again i gave the mobile again and the job sheet no was s[protected]. After that when they rectified and gave me the mobile, but the same problem occurred and again and again i give it for repairs and after repair the problem is same, they used to take printout of old job sheet and cut the old date and write the new date and give me the job sheet. But in corner of the job sheet every time they gave the time and date of the day is printed. I have xerox copies of a job sheet and the original of the last one given on 08/01/2018.

                    On 08/01/2018 they even asked me to bring the charger to check whether the charger has some problems. But when they checked charger was intact, but they insisted me to leave the charger with them to send both mobile and charger to head office, so i gave the charger too.

                    After one month i as they did not call up i myself called and enquired and they said it’s been sent to head office and as soon as it comes they will inform me. So after one week i called same reply, so after few days i visited the service centre they gave the same reply again. The way they replied i had a doubt. So next day i called toll free customer care no and then gave the job sheet no and they said they have not received the mobile and asked me to go the service centre and ask them why they are not giving my handset and then call customer care from service centre.

                    So i called up service centre and told them the same, then that time they are telling me that mobile is with them and they have not sent it to head office and also it cannot be repaired under warranty because the board is tampered.

                    I told them from last 3 to 4 months you haven’t said anything like that and now almost one and half month from 8th january you are keeping the mobile with you and telling me that you have sent it to head office, then they asked me to come to service centre.

                    Next day i went to service centre and before i spoke to them i started recording our conversation, because i suspected some foul play.

                    I asked them the status of my mobile, they said my mobile is ready, i was shocked, i asked them yesterday you told me it cannot be repaired as the board is tampered, for that they replied that whatever possible they have repaired, so i asked them in that case future i will have same or more problems, they said yes, it’s better you buy a new phone. This statement is clearly recorded and i have the recording.

                    I asked them why should i buy a new phone, my mobile has warranty, for that they said board is tampered, no warranty, i told them from october the mobile is with you and now you are telling board is tampered and my mobile back panel or battery cannot be removed, we touch only the screen and volume and on buttons, board we don’t touch, only your technicians can do that and if the mobile is opened by unauthorized person you people don’t accept it for service.

                    And i requested to speak to their manager, but he never came out, and i asked for the incharges mobile number, that too they refused and said that i can only mail to him. Finally i asked them what will they do, they said they cannot repair, i told them i have to legally solve this issue if they say like that, they very casually said ok.

                        I purchased micromax canvas-50 on 24-jan-2018.
                        Because of family emergency i was out of town and i called to register for ext warranty, i'd logged a call 2 days back, de sent a msg de'll be contacting me, yest de called me wen i was outside. Unfortunately yest was 30th day. Today when i called, de said they can't take the registration request. This is what the kind of service a customer gets from micromax after spending rs42k for the tv.
                        I am facing worst service from micromax to the customer, one delay they can't accept the registration for the extended warranty but they can make delay for installation. Very unhappy with micromax after spending rs.42k for the tv.

                        I do hope i can expect a call from micromax.

                          I purchased a micromax tab. It was still in warranty. I could not connect to the internet so i went to the service centre asking for resolving my problem. But the executive there spoke very arrogantly and sent me away with out solving my problem. I want you to take quick action against this company as they didn't even try to solve my issue.                             I have visited micromax care, jayanagar, bengaluru 10 days back, for replacement of ear phone for p681 tablet which is still covered under warranty.. They said stock is not available to call after 3 to 4 days, again after 4 days i was said to call another few days, today too i got similar response... There are only 3 micromax care in bengaluru.. To visit it cost more than buying new ear phones, it doesn't matter to me.. I need my ear phone.. This company is good example, never ever trust indian brands..

                              I am Bijendar singh Rajput fromAurangabad, maharastra, pin-431003, I buy new micromax Q371 mobile from Morya center aurangabad.one issue was created in this mobile so I went on 22 july 2017 nearly micromax service center that was situated[protected]MS/HSB Support, 114 1st floor, Sagar Trade Center Opposite Aakashwani, Jalna Road, Aurangabad, Mahasrastra, 431001.I took a slip from service center.many times i went for taking my phone, but they are refusing to my micromax mobile.whenever I went to service center then maked a new conspire.many times service center also was changed from one place to another place.My handset AEMI No-[protected].They warn as we do not have any mobile.I have proof of its.They had given me a service center slip.

                                This is regarding micromax 32 inch LED where display is not come.
                                On dec 2017 I have faced same problem then it is solve by company.
                                Now again same issue come within one and half month.
                                I have lodge a complaint on 1st feb 2018 but till now no action
                                Making lots of call to customer care but not getting any satisfactory answer.
                                Very poor customer service.

                                Ab mai really thak chuka hu follow up karke

                                  Sir,

                                  I have received a very bad experience from your customer care and facing great problems after losing my phone. I visited your micromax care (Crazy infovision 83, golaghata road, ground floor) on 13/02/18 with a problem in my handset, micromax a106 (Unite 2).

                                  They suggested me to replace the software which costs to rs.295/- (Scanned copy of bill enclosed).

                                  Next day i visited the care and collected the phone after paying the bill amount. After few hours i noticed that the phone has started hanging without any reason. Then i noticed that they had replaced the software with another updated version. My phone was 4.4kitkat version and they had replaced it by 5.0lolypop version. After some time it started to hang frequently and was impossible to operate. So i again visited the care on 15/02/18. They agreed about the fault and assured me to install the applicable kitkat version. But after doing again and again ‘try and error method’ they had demolished my phone and said "your phone is dead in time of software installation".

                                  Now i ask you if they do not have the right software why they did so? They might ask me to go to another customer care. I lost my phone permanently for negligence of your staff. If they do their job seriously then i did not have to lose my phone. Please don't be so casual to your customers.

                                  I earnestly request you to investigate the matter very carefully as the careless staff of your care are come in light. And do not let anyone lose a phone like me.

                                  Only slogans can't do the differences please do something heartily?

                                    Purchased a led tv (Model no.43z7550fhd) from amazon which was billed on may 16th 2017. After installing the tv worked till jan 2018. One day suddenly it stopped while working. I registered a complaint on jan 11th 2018 to the company site and they responed on 12th jan 2018 giving me the complaint referance no. As ker[protected] and also giving a service center address and phone number. After one week a person called me and told that they don't have the parts of my tv, before looking what the complaint is. Anyway after that he is not picking up my phone. So please make any arrangements to replace or repair the tv.

                                      I have purchased one tv almost a year back and from the time i have purchased, we are juggling with some or the their issues.

                                      From almost 7 months, the tv was not functional. We raised multiple complains in the customer care but every time disappointed. They always say - we have raised the incident and engineer will call you soon. But no revert no calls.

                                      Finally with 6 months continuous followup and highest level escalation they replaced the tv but again the replacement was with defective downgraded version with lower mrp.

                                      Now, they have stopped responding to mails and calls. Please help.

                                        Its been 8 long months and still i have not received my micromax phone.
                                        What all to write in brief, u could imagine what all things i must have done, calling them so many times, visiting service centre many a times, sms etc.
                                        Simple and repeated answer u will get... "will have to wait for few days"
                                        I have submitted my phone in 2 may 2017

                                        One of the illlogical reason i received was, ur phone has been sent to noida for repairing...
                                        Weird - from mumbai, thane my phone is sent to noida, they will repair and again sent back,
                                        Just think about logistic/courier charges they will have to spent,???

                                        Still i am not able to get back the mobile

                                        Here are details... See if anybody can help me out..
