Address: Cuttack, Odisha

I had submitted the micromax handset at your cuttack (Odisha) service center on 3rd april 2018. The service center person told me it will take 10 days for resoling the issue. The handset is still not repaired or replaced as committed under warranty. The job number at the service center is[protected].
Micromax customer care are does not help.

    Ref: defective micromax vdeo (4) (Champagne) model : q4251
    I have purchased micromax vdeo (4) (Champagne) model : q4251which such mobile is covered by one year warranty. That since purchase of the said mobile it was found that the same was not working properly and due intimation in respect thereof were given to you on numerous occasion through service center and although they assured to rectify the defects and also changed touchpad, pannel board etc which will be evident from the records of the micromax service centre kolkata but they could not fix the said mobile properly resultant to which i am being forced to continuing using the defective mobile (Not working) by paying money for the good one.
    You are therefore requested to kindly rectify the defects of the said mobile forthwith or in alternate replace the same forthwith failing which i shall be constrained to take up the matter to consumer forum for redressal without any further reference to you, which please note.

      They cheat on me
      I was went to buy Q340 model's battery worth 850 from this micromax care but they gave me duplicate battery(my phone support 2000mah battery they gave me duplicate battery printed 3000mah not like original ones) with warrenty period of 1 month .i complained about it and they told me it is being ordered delivery under proccessing from 10 days to now. Even I don't know if they will give me original or not . but my suspect is that they just want to use my 30 days warrenty period and probably send me another duplicate, they just harrased me...what to do now ..i think i am being cheated. Pls give me suggestion what to do now..

        Hi, good afternoon.

        This is further to earlier mails sent to you ce. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, dt. 17th april (Ticket id -9467),

        Your executive visit my house in order to check the tv. He said that at first he have to take the mother board to his office at cherthala

        For checking and then only he is able to tell the fault. Accordingly he took the board under job no. 0040 dt 17/4/2018 (Copy attached).

        But, unfortunately, yesterday, 24th of april, one mr. Isac, in-charge of your office at cherthala telephoned me and told that there is no

        Facility (I think tv) is available there for checking the mother board & hence it will be brought back to my house.

        As a customer, i do not understand what is going on. Such a bad service system for a brand like micro max. Unbelievable.

        My concern is :-

        When i bought my tv on 14th may 2016 from your authorized dealer, texmo agencies (Kayamkulam), they hand over only the manual &

        Invoice (Invoice no.- tar-1029, copy attached). Nothing mentioned about the warranty either in the manual or in the invoice.

        On 15th of april 2018 my tv shows some serious trouble such as colours are spread all over the screen and then after one day only audio sound was
        Available. No picture.

        By seeing the above any common man can understand the problem which is clearly not because of the mother board but the pannel is the got
        Damaged.

        I asked about the warranty but they said that this tv has got only 1 year warranty.

        An international brand like micromax has not provide a warranty card to a customer at the time of purchase, then pl. Clarify, whose fault is this.

        I trusted your brand and service but i feel i get cheated and ill treated.

        Again, even after one week, your service personals are not able to fix the problem.

        Taking in to consideration that i have not given any warranty documents, you are requested to pl. Repair my tv under
        Warranty status at the earliest.

          Our mobile phone a106 is getting off and every time we have to make on.
          Mobile shown to aurangabad service center which they advised me to go for new mobile, since this mobile is out of repair, which we have not convinced. You may please study our case and if you have any buybacks scheme then let us know the scheme.

            I own a micromax canvas spark 3 phone q385 whose power button in the side panel has fallen off. Therefore it's becoming very difficult to switch the power on off of the phone. I had taken the phone to various centres and nobody could fix it. Finally, i was advised by micromax customer care to visit to lajpat nagar service centre. To mu utter surprise i was been told that the part (Side panel) is not available with micromax anymore. How can then micromax take the responsibility of servicing the handsets used by their customers. This is totally irresponsibility of the company. My phone is not even a year old and i have been running to get it fixed here there. Can micromax give me a suitable solution for this problem of mine?

              My micromax was damaged then... I bought new original battery of micromax from micromax service center... And they told me that it has no warranty how is it possible... I had bought new original battery now it has damaged after 9 months... I want new battery free of cost and ur service center is worst... And they think people is mad.. My phone has gone service center 3 times

                I bought you yureka 3 months back.. There were some issues with the phone so i went to the service cc centre near me.. I had the invoice with me but they wese asking for some sticker (Which was there in the box) but i don't have that.. So they said warranty can only be provided with the stickers.. Which i don't have.. I have the invoice but no stickers.. Is the invoice is of no use??..

                  Hi,

                  I have (You can say had now) micromax canvas tab p702. Mistakenly its display gets broken and i have submitted the request in services center for repair. The service id number was: w[protected]

                  Everytime when i call at service center the team updated that we are working over it but after 45 days they keep start to call me that we do not have display available for this model. Get it back and look in local market if its available.

                  Here i want to mention, if they do not have accessories of any product then why they are selling it in open market. Whereas its model still available on online websites and if you go there the display is also available but i am not sure that its original or not so i am not purchasing the same from there. Its surprising for me that the display which is available online, not available with micomax who made this tab.

                  I also submitted the ticket to micromax support with ticket id number: 838249 on last feb 10 but still never got any update from your side.

                  Request you to please lodge my complain against them to do not provide accessories of give product where the consumer was ready to pay for that.

                    Respected sir,
                    I just droped my phone (A102) so that its display broken, for that i went to micromax service center (Mobitech, no 29. Gst road, kadaperi, tambaram-chennai-600045. Ph-[protected], [protected]) on 01/04/18.
                    They said me display to be changed, so the price is 2300/= i gave rs 1000/=for advance (Bill no-977) they asked me to come next day.
                    On next day 02/04/18, they told me the touch also not working it has to change. They get rs 500 for the touch and asked me to come on two days later.
                    On 04/04/18 i went there they said one of the sim tray not work give 200rs for that totaly i paid rs 3000/= (2300+500+200) (Bill nos-977, 1517, 1525) eventhougth the touch is not working. When the phone is switched on the screen randomlly running, i asked them what is the problem, again they said, the touch is malfuntioning so we will change another one you come and collect after 3 days.
                    Three day later (09/04/18) i went there, they gave me the phone the same problem was there. I asked them what happen for this phone. Again they said, we will change another one touch which one from delhi, we put order to delhi, they asked me to come on 16/04/18 monday. Further they said we have to check the circuit board.
                    Please sir, i am a retired person, i am not able to spend too much money for that phone. Please i reqest you, i am not interested to repair the phone, i want my money what i paid and they can remove all the spares which they replaced.
                    Please, kindly take neccesary action for me.

                      Hi team, i have purchased micromax q 4251 from a retail outlet in kolkata on 31st march'2018. Unfortunately i am finding snags in its operation within 1 week of purchase. I have given out the phone for a software update but the problem persists. I had asked the concerned retail outlet to replace the phone as it is within my warranty period but it is unwilling to do so. Please guide me as to what further action i may undertaken

                        I have purchased micromax tablet p681 (8" screen) 6 months ago (07.10.17), and unfortunately it's screen has been broken. Its imei /serial number is : imei - [protected]. The product is still under warranty, but since display is not covered under warranty, i approached the service centre of micromax (M/s d s mobile, sb-9, vraj siddhi tower, raj mahal road, khanderao market, char rasta, vadodara, gujarat-390001,[protected], [protected]) and ask them if i can get it repaired and i told them that i am ready to pay required charges. Now, they keep my tablet for about 19 days and then replied that the part is not available in the company (See reply from micromax attached). Then i wrote that that since the product is not in the company itself, i have no way to get it repaired, so either the company should give me compensation give me refund. Then they replied that concerned dept. From micromax will contact me, but no one has contacted me yet. Then so many times i remind them and every time i get reply that they will contact me. Now, since they are not responding to my emails, i want to give a complaint against micromax to get my problem solved and get refund, if they are unable to provide me required part for my tablet.

                          Actually today i am purces a new battery for my micromax canves 3 from khargapur servesing center and they want my mobile for change battery for some time.. After 30mint they give my mobile and i am locking that they changed my pattern password. I am asking for my new pattern and they told me to give 500/- for fixed this issue.. What is the reason!
                          This is the main cause why your comapny not profit in india... Very bad experice kgp servesing center

                            Worst experience at micromax service center at civil lines allahabad. They are fooling the customer. Never recommend micromax mobile to anyone in near future. The mobile battery is ok, i checked some other place and they are saying its defective and customer care support is totally unsatisfied. Micromax bharat 1 is still in warranty period but still, i have to purchase a charger from another store. Fooling customer no doubt by pretending fake problems on the phone at the service center civil lines allahabad up. That why customer don't want to purchase these phones with full wastage of time and money.

                                    My micromax mobile wasnt repair properly as told by me in the service centre at shillong gadet centre laitumkhra on april 04 04 2018, instead they repair the wrong item. They neglected my complaint saying in different ways and told me that they will charge me separetly for the service which i mention before.                                         I purchased said mobile from m/s poorvika mobiles, coimbatore in october-2017, thoufh the sound quality is poor, no problems faced in receiving and making calls in my house. But for the past two months not reachable only. I took to service centres, dealers, no use. I am working in mobile sector, i checked all combinations, my other mobiles r wkg.
