I purchased your handset during june 2017 through on line at kolkata. Subsequently i am transferred to hyderabad and during october my handset started problems of screen getting black, hanging during calls etc., i searched for your service center and got it done, they said the problem was with software and they reloaded it.
Again after a few months got the same type of problems. Since i was staying far away from your said service center i could not approach immediately, but on 28/07/2018 i approached the same service centre at secunderabad near manju theatre. They said there is a problem with software and asked me to pay rs.550/- and reloaded and gave it to me.
I do not know whether the problem is with micromax handset or service center,

    I have purchased ONE Micromax Canvas lite 5 model on 20th may from amazon. After receiving handset I found that handset's full charge battery immediately drain after use of 15 minutes. Also its android software has some issues some pop will surface & handset hang frequently. When I contacted the customer care outlet of R & J associate having it's office at Platinum Plaza Matamandir road Bhopal. They said I have battery issue & they have replaced & gave me another battery.

    After replacing battery also same problem persists & handset full charged battery drains in few minutes use.

    Also phone's software has lot of issues. It hangs frequently & then will not start. I raised 7 complaints to micromax company. Every time they acknowledge receit of complaint will send auto reply with complaint number after every complaint but will not resolve the issue.

    Nobody is ready to take the responsibility . Please look into the matter & guide me on future course of action to be taken.

    Sir i have lodged several complaints they not responded to my complaint. Now when i called there toll free no. They are telling all my complaints are resolved as they have called me & i have not responded. This is totally incorrect i have not received a single call from them. Secondly my problem is still unresolved why can't they send communication through e-mail.
    Action taken is required not giving theses lame excuses.

    Sir please look into the matter & resolve problem. I offer solution i can buy some another model & i am ready to pay the difference for the same.

      I have been assigned a complain no-or[protected] for repairing a micromax tv on 03.07.2018 but till date i have not received any call nor any assistance from micromax service team. Worst service provided by micromax.

      I have already conveyed the complain to the retail store. Further, he has also requested for early resolution then also they have not visited my house. These technicians are so irresponsive..

          Hello,
          I have given my micromax canvas 5 e481 to jai jaganath mobi care (Micromax service centre) in bhubaneswar as my phone was dead, when charger insert that time charger light off. So i have given my phone to care for repairing. It was not in warranty, it was a paid service. I gave on 10th july 2018 and now it is 15 days but still they are not providing me a accurate date of delivery & information about the delay. They are also not responding to my calls. Please i request to resolve my problem & take a straight action against them.

            I bought micromax canvas 2 plus 2018 (C2a+) modal on[protected], from the day one itself i faced problems like too much heating, low battery backup, slow charging (Using manufacturer provided charger)..

            If battery has 30% at night by morning phone gets switched off due to battery drain and charging is very slow.
            Poor quality product from indian company.

              I had logged a ticket on 11 July 2018, since the LED TV with Model no - 43T6950FHD, Serial No - 00067B86421190E, started to have a distortion in the lower half of the screen. I got a call from the service centre on 12th July asking for the model number and the serial number. My mother called them back to provide the information, which is when they asked to callback the next day. I called back on 13th July and gave them the requested information. I was told that someone will visit on Saturday, the 14 of July. I called them again on 14th July since no one turned up and was told that no engineer is available in the area and hence someone will visit on Monday or Tuesday. Again no one turned up. I called them back and they said that there are no engineers in the area and hence someone will visit on Friday. Still no one turned up and I had to call back once more in the afternoon at around 3:30 pm. I was then told that job has been allocated and I will get a callback very soon. No callback was received and I again called back at 6:30 pm asking for an update. They told me that technician will call soon. Then I got a call from the service centre at 7pm and not the technician as promised, and they say that they cannot send someone out on Friday. They also said that they cannot send someone on Saturday as well since the engineer will have to cope with transport issues from the place where he stays. This is by far the most bizzare and pathetic customer service I have experienced till date. I must say, that your products don't deserve to be bought with such pathetic customer service. I am left with no option but to raise a complaint with all authorities possible and share this experience with everyone I know personally and on social media so that no one even thinks of buying your product. I will also log a complaint in the consumer forum regarding this. Shame on your customer service Micromax.

              I have called the customer care helpline multiple times and all they have done is to promise callbacks which eventually didn't happen. I spoke to a guy named Ajay and asked why the callback was not made and he told me that the relevant team decided that the callback was not required and hence the callback was not made. He also added that my ticket was cancelled on 12th July since I did not provide the LED TV model number to the service technician, whereas today the service centre confirmed that they can't send anyone out today but will surely send someone on Monday or Tuesday. This is by far a new standard being set for appalling customer service where everyone seems to be disinterested in resolving an issue. The only thing they are doing to buy more time from the customer.

                  मेरी पत्नी के द्वारा माइक्रोमैक्स कंपनी का कूलर मॉडल नो-MX75DHM मई 2018 में खरीदा गया था, लेकिन 1 महीने के बाद ही कूलर का ब्लेड टूटकर उसके अंदर गिर गया। जिसकी सूचना मैंने तुरंत आपके रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव को दी। अगले दिन कोई लोकल वेंडर आया जिसने बताया मैं माइक्रोमैक्स की ओर से आया हूँ, उसने कूलर के टूटे ब्लेड का फोटो लिया और चल गया। लेकिन आज 15 दिन बाद भी कूलर ठीक नहीं किया गया है। जबकि मैं लगातार आपके कस्टमर केअर के संपर्क में हूँ। फिर भी आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है।

                    Micromax is the real india's BASTARD company to create useless quality Mobiles. Its mobiles are useless garbage [censored]. Screen never works properly always hangs. And worst of worst never provides system updates. Its india's shameless company with careless policies. Must get suspended. I think indian mobile companies are useless with very less experience in IT field. I really want to suggest my indian peoples to never ever buy indian garbage mobile companies products. They are totally useless and garbage with always full of defects and outdated features. Always buy foreign technology products. Indian Mobile companies are useless and always be a useless with garbage quality products

                      This phone stopped booting. It stops with Micromax & canvas logo. This mobile was delivered to your registered repairs services center at Osia Mall, SPDA Market, Margao Goa 403601. They kept it for 10 days with with reasons there is internet problem and mobile does not connect for loading online software. Then after more than 10 days they returned it with reasons PCB issue. Job sheet no.[protected]. I understand from my friends that it is accepted fact that micromax smart phone life is only tow years. Shall I declare my phone as scrap? Can your company help me in this regard?

                        Myself Vikas Rana . I ordered micromax led TV on 05.06.18 which have
                        following details:

                        Unfortunately I have purchased your product due to trust on Indian Brand but
                        from 29-JUNE’18 evening, my led TV not working. Micromax service
                        engineer came to home & check the T.V. & say that problem in panel box . Your T.V. under warranty . It will repair within
                        10 days as per micromax policy . But after more than 20 days, my
                        T.V. not repair .
                        I purchases, led T.V. with your behalf . Please do neefull to repair
                        Led T.V. immediate or replace with new one .
                        Also, I have sent 19 mails from 01st June 18 to 18th June 2018, However, every time Customer
                        care through their auto mailer has generated new ticket number. But unfortunately nobody from M/s Micromax has contacted me till lodging this complaint, I think, accountable personnel in M/s Micromax is not taking the complaints with required seriousness and gives an impression that they can afford to be casual on complaints.
                        You are requested to please do needful action for changing the led TV
                        with new one .
                        Please do needful action as soon as possible urgent basis

                          सर आपका Micromax मोबाइल सबसे घटिया किस्म का है इस सेट के पहले जो रिपेयर करने मैंने दिया है उसके पहले Micromax अमेजिंग था उसको मैंने तोड़ कर फेंक दिया यह सिर्फ दो बार बिगड़ा आपकी कस्टमर सर्विस सेंटर पर मैंने दिया उसका ऐसी जला है बैटरी खराब है इस नाम पर पुरानी बैटरी लगा कर दे दिए और दुबारा दिया तो ऐसी खराब है वह पढ़ने गई है कंपनी में आज तक बंद कराई नहीं

                            I have bought Micromax Canvas 5 Lite Q462 (Brown) from Amazon (Seller HIMANSHI TRADERS ) on 23rd May 2018. I received my order by 29th May. Phone was not working properly. After full charge after making few calls phone will show low battery & than it will discharge. On charging It will not charge. Also handset has some issues of android software. Software starts crashing.

                            I have purchases a 32' led tv through paytm. I called 20 times in last 10 days on micromax customer care for installation of tv. They register request and then do nothing in this regard. Everytime they say the tv will be installed in 24 hours and then nothing happens after that. Kindly look into the matter. Very poor service from micromax.

                              Hello,

                              I have raised ticket on 1ST July 2018 and Engg visited on 2 nd July to check my TV. After investigation he told that Board will be changed and it will take 3-4 days.

                              Now more then 8 days has passed but no update and every time on customer care no I am getting update it will be done sir ..please "WAIT".

                              My Television is under warranty and such frustrating service is provided to me. This is really not acceptable and please I need resolution on urgent basis.

                                We have raised many complain to micromax customer care. they also fixing appointment, but no one is coming to see ac.

                                  मैंने दिनांक[protected] को micromax canvas infity pro HS 3 online purchase किया था I आज दिनांक[protected] को मेरा फोन सोते समय बिस्तर से नीचे गिर गया उसके बाद उसमे चार्जिंग आना बंद हो गईI मैंने आज ही फोन को customer care Meerut, मेट्रो प्लाज़ा में दिखाया I वहाँ के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार बहुत ही असंतोषजनक रहा उन्होने फोन को चेक किए बिना ही कह दिया की इस फोन की battery खराब हो गई है I मेरे कई बार अनुरोध करने पर भी उन्होने फोन को चेक नहीं किया ओर बोल दिया की हम इस काम को बहुत टाइम से कर रहे हैं I फिर मेंने फोन को बाहर दिखाया तो उन्होने बताया की गिरने की वजह से इस फोन की सप्लाइ ब्रेक हो गई हैI मुझे मजबूर होकर अपने फोन को customer care वालों के गलत व्यवहार की वजह से 500/- देकर फोन को बाहर सही केरवाना पड़ा I

                                  मेरा आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है की customer Care वालों के खिलाफ कुछ न कुछ action लिया जाए ओर मुझे भी अवगत कराया जाए की आपने किया action लिया है I

                                  बेवजह जो मेरे 500/- Rs खर्च हुए है उसकी पूर्ति कैसे होगी मुझे यह भी बताया जाएI

                                    Myself kirthiga, I had bought micromax tab p701 last yr August. When I started to use the tab it's getting hang continuously am a motherhood so can't able to give service that time so I got delivered and planned to give service also given in Chennai velachery micromax service center today 5th July 2018 already 40days over, but they are not give proper response. When I tried to reach them their response is 'll give within 15days it's already 3 15days over again they asking 15days because they not received spare in micromax center. Kindly help me to get back my tab ASAP. Also I attached jobsheet copy.

                                      I am anindya das, have purchased one new set of micromax q346 on 11/08/2017. Due to some problems i returned my cell phone to one of the micromax service centers on 31/05/2018. My micromax set is under the 1 year warranty period but it was one month over that the service center is constantly delaying in returning process. Every time i am calling them but they refuse to give me back my micromax set. It was already one month over, that i have not received my mobile from the service center. The details of micromax service center are given below...
