I bought a new phone through flipkart on 5june micromax campange 6 and used it for only 1 month the phone is getting stuck and touch is not working.. Took it to the service center in ayanavaram for repair as there was 1yrwarranty card.. But the store refused to help me and asked me to exchange the phone without any mercy to a senior citizen like me

Board compliant easier on may 21 2018 but complaint closed 09 Jun 2018 without problem finish and without my knowledge. Again I complaint 21 June 2018 but resolution not get still. This very poor customer service, we can't refer any to by Microsoft products if resolution not get with in two day

      Hi team,

      My phone was not working and i submitted my phone to micromax service center at noida sec-18. Dated 16 june 2018 but till now they are not reparing my phone. And always gives excuse. As i am not residing at noida. I belongs from bihar and i came here for medical purpose. Due to the carelessness of service center i have to stay long.
      Please do the needful i have to pay more than of my phone price for staying at noida. If you are not going to take action i have take a legal action for the same

        My 50 Inch Led Tv Has Stopped Working.I Have Raised A Service Request And The Service Executive Visited And Informed That Specific Item (Smpc) Is Faulty And I Informed Him To Get It Repair At Whatever Be The Cost Of The Part.After A Gap Of 2hrs He Called To Inform That Might Be Panel Is Also Faulty.

        Firstly, The Service Executive Was Unable To Detect The Problem And Unnecessarily I Was Charged Rs 1500.

        Secondly, Recently I Had A Talk With Your Micromax Technician, He Asked Me To Carry The Led Tv To His Place At Sodepur(Approx 2hrs Distance) To Get It Repaired.So Rs 1500 Was For Which Purpose? Is This Your Company's Policy To Harass Your Customers.

        I Regret To Inform You That This Will Be My Last Experience With You As A Customer.

        Either You Take Proper Step Or I Should Raise A Complaint To Consumer Forum.I Want My Led Tv To Be Repaired At The Earliest.

          Hi,

          I have given my micromax mobile to change the display. They said touch screen also need to change. I have accepted to change both display and touch. They asked to come on monday evening or else tuesday (Delivered confirmed).
          They have called on monday and informed that the display is not get ready. We will deliver you on tuesday. I said ok. When i call them on tuesday, they are not picking my calls and no response.

          Please take action for not giving right commitments to customers and not responding to them.

            On april 4th 2018 i changed my micromax q386 mobile phones software and the service center in sector 18 noida charged 650 for the software giving me the bill and telling me the phone will work for atleast 6 months now on 25th july2018 it stopped working having the same problem again.
            They charged me a lot giving me no gurantee and now they are charging again

              I had given mobile for repairing on 13.06.2018 at ghatkopar service station. But till date i have not received my instrument back. I called three times in this period to find out status of my instrument. Every time i got reply that they have called for part and instrument will be ready in two days and i will get call from service station. Nobody called me. On 23.06.2018, i went to service station to enquire about instrument, but to my surprise very abruptly i got reply from counter staff that my phone is under lock and key, the person carrying the key is out of office and will come on monday only. I will have to come again to collect instrument.in service industry this kind of attitude and approach is not acceptable. Very poor service.

                I had bought a micromax chrome black Yu 5040 on 2nd may 2018 online (Order IDOD[protected] items)
                Order Date- Sun, Apr 29th '18 7:40 AM) . Now this phone not working properly. inter net speed is 70% lower than other mobile using the same sim card. download speed also poor comparing other phone with same sim card .Jio & BSNL sim card always cutoff while calling and out of rang.After a few minutes it appear. whats app and other apps always hanging and it work only after reboot.It happening through out of the day which discomfort me in my busy life.

                You note one thing my two sim card properly working in other phone in same location. I had called the customer care many time, and not get . I requesting you to kindly replace this mobile as early possible .

                  I had given my mob no q-339 for battery repair on 6th june at m/s s4 telecom mitramandal chowk pune i was told that you will get replace model within 2-4 dys i disagree with praposal of service br. And thier supervisor. He unnecessary quarral with me and detain the return of my micromax model no q-339 till date i. E.                     I requested to fix my led smart tv from micromax but the customer care executive told me that will be visited by a technician and shared his number. The technician never calls and when i called him, he simply disconnected my call
                    The customer care guys only solution to me that we will respond in 24 hours and asks me to call the technician called samrat and his number 827296xx59 who disconnects the call. I do not know what to do. Very bad micromax service.

                      I have bought micromax smart tv which is started giving me problem from 3rd day itself. Remote control is not working. I have logged the complain with micromax which is still pending even after one month. Company not even bother to update customer regrading pending complain.
                      I have invested 40, 000/- to buy this tv which is not in use from last one month. Tv remote is not working from 3rd day of installation.

                      Micromax is not at all bother about customer. Need unit replacement with one month extended warranty plus compensation for this investment which is of no use from last one month time.

                        Hi team

                        This complain is about a micromax tv which i brought on flipkart on nov 2016.
                        I had raised a complain (Reference number ktr[protected] as my tv is not operating
                        According to the company i have a warranty of 3 years (Still 1.5 years left).
                        As the eta was 24 to 48 hours but my complain had exceeded 10+days but still no resolution found.
                        A service guy named sandeep (His details given below) called my dad first time and asked about some warranty code which we provided him but now he is asking for some printout of sheet, bills, etc
                        Bills and all we have shown him and sent him the soft copy but he is not excepting to visit our home for service.
                        Also he is talking so very rude with my dad who is elderly citizen.
                        Now he says pay me money if you want the tv to get repaired or wait till i come?

                        Is this a good behavior or way to talk a senior citizen.

                        Tried to call cust care to complain but no one took it seriously.

                        Hope this sight helps justifying my problem.

                          I have a Micromax tab A6 that does not charge on its origninal charger. For eg. I connected my tab to its ORIGINAL CHARGER at 23% but when I came back it showed 21%(Half an hour ago). The charge sign comes up but it does not charge. I have to use a turbo charger to charge it but I also get a warning saying that the voltage is too high. I am stuck. Plz help.
                          I would like either a repair or a refund for my tab and/or the charger.

                            My 50 inch led tv has stopped working. I have raised a service request but the service executive called and said they will charge rs 1500 as service charge for visiiting. Is that you charge for just visiting?. Its the second time the television been stopped. Its not been 2yrs of purchase and its stopped 2 times. Without seeing the problem how you can charge rs 1500 as service charge. Get it cleared as i need my led tv to be serviced at the earliest. Better service is expected from you people. Reall disappointed

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I am raja rajan from chennai, i have bought micromax q463 through online on nov 2017. For the past one month there is an issue of random apps installing (N26 androidpt, adservice, free games, system component, minichrome, tbrowser). I have gone to micromax authorized service centre thrice (M/s skyway technologies kilpauk, m/s mobi vision tnagar) as per micromax support center personel advice. They updated software flashed but could not resolve the issue. I fear that these malwares/virus could steal my personal datas credit debit card details. I find too tough to use my mobile when i switch on internet these apps keep installing again. I am too frightened please do the helpful by replacing some safe mobile. Please please please do help me to get rid of this trouble.

                                  I have encountered with such a poor response and yet my complaint at Micromax Service Center (S.G.service, Ashok Nagar, Kanpur).
                                  First i raised a complaint ( REFERENCE NO: UPT[protected] on 11th May but there was no timely response from the service center, with multiple follow-up after 10-15 days a repair man came and said the motherboard it fried up, so we raised an approval request to the service center. The customer care executive from the service center kept on stating that we haven't received approval from the head office.So we went to the service center and met the owner of the place and raised the issue and he confirmed that "WE ALREADY GOT THE APPROVAL". After 2-3 days i checked on call about the status, so again the call center lady told me that your approval is pending, i immediately reached the service center and confronted this call center lady in front of his boss. Finally the whole confusion was clear. But today the repair man came to my house and couldn't fix the TV, after all this chaos. He said " THE PART IS NOT RIGHT WHICH IS SENT " I am very tired of calling the service center and waiting for the response. Very unprofessional. They keep the call on hold and keep on talking to other staff and i had to listen all their conversations for at least 10-15 minutes.

                                    I purchase a 42 inch led TV of Micromax from flipkart on EMI basis 25/12/2017. The TV comes 3 year Onsite warranty. It's defect come after 4 months on screen some color full tiny parts on middle area of screen, I register the complain through IVR on Micromax Tollfree no-[protected], The refrence no is Del[protected] Dated : 26/05/2018.The service is too late the engineer is come 31 May 2018, With Different reference No. DEL[protected] When I give the written complain to Micromax The engineer is not visit. when the engineer visit. he told me that in the Tv the mother board is defect, sir after 2 to 3 days mother board will come then I replace it. after 3 days No body come and no call, when I call Toll free no they told me that ‘Sir, there is no request for new Motherboard” Micromax company is not know about the status of service the engineer Visit it or not. How can I trust to Micromax I again give the written complain to Micromax to know the status of TV motherboard. 4 june 2018 I got the call from shahsank his mobile no is [protected], he told me your TV panel is defect That's we take your whole TV to Repair the panel.

                                    After One week they told me Pick the your TV to service centre. When He know to repair It Why They not pick the TV 30 May 2018 or 31 May 2018. When I call Him or Give the written complain then They response. I am not give the TV to service center company will provide the new Panel and replace at my home or take back the faulty panel or screen.

                                    Who take the responsibility? Micromax service is too bad.

                                    I want to replace the Part onsite If Not to change it, replace the My whole Tv.
                                    Please do Need full process for me.

They told me that " we return ur mobile in 2 to 3 days but still the don't return my mobile the service was so bad 3 to 4 times i was vist ther for return my mobile but still they didn't return my mobile, and the WAY OF TALKING TO A CUSTOMER iS DISGUSTING, .i have called Customer Care for that issue, and they say your mobile is READY TO DELIVER, But then i visited their again(5th time) they say ur mobile is not ready come after 10 /15 days, apart from them they misbehave to me n say ( jo krna hai krlo jaha mail krna hai kro, nahi denge and GET OUT)
