ON[protected] I recharged my net pack.. after 3 days that means on[protected] my net connection was disconnected . regarding this issue i went to the net express office twice and also i wrote a suggestion letter and posted on the suggestion...

Net express broadband for Rs499 plus tax worst service and very slow internet.They provide 1mbps unlimited. Very poor service they provide to customers and not even attend the calls when there is a complaint.Even google page is loading then think how fast is the internet.Not even able to connect to their log in page multiple times have to switch off the Internet and switch it on again only then it will work. Very bad experience with net...

Net Express - Micronova Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud company

Unfortunately I took the connection and realized that I dug a hole and jumped into it. Just thinking if I can file a case for fraud against them. The number mentioned on their website doesn't get picked by anyone. The email address bounces back. Planning to go to their office and retrieve my money. If not then Police station is my next destination. I told them to come and take the modem back and refund the money, but no one even responded....
