Mirraw Online Services — cancelled order - money not refunded

I tried to place an order on march 11th.

After the money was deducted from my account, the web page gave an error. Subsequently i cancelled this order. (Order number m[protected]

Mirraw confirmed that the order has been cancelled and the money which was received by them will be refunded.

For the past one month i have sent several e-mails and called their support team. Every time a new person answers the phone and i have to repeat the entire story.

And every time i get vague replies that the "refund is under process" or "action will be taken soon" etc etc

More than one month hs passed and still the money is not refunded. It is a large amount

Please inform about the status of reversal of the money debited from my account for the above order which was cancelled because of failed transaction.

It is a matter of concern for me since more than 12 days have passed and nothing has happened. It is my experience with failed on line money transactions with other companies, that the money is paid back into the account within 3 to 5 days.

As i explained the other day over phone, i had placed this order for assisting some other person who desires the money back. I am answerable for this money and request your urgent action for a refund.
