Mobikwik — fraud case | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I am a victim of Online Fraud which has been done yesterday (12/02/2015). Based on the initial investigations done so far, it has been found that there has been an Online transaction done through my Debit Card at your website. The summary of transaction done at your website is available in my Bank statement. The same is attached for your reference (deepansi ICICI Statement.pdf). This incident involves transaction on the following websites at the same time which are being intimated in this email namely Flipkart, Mobikwik and PayTm. Further, this incident has been brought to the notice of Local Police Station (Copy of request to SHO attached- Request to Local SHO.pdf). Today, this incident has been reported to Cyber Crime Cell -Delhi (Copy of email attached) It is therefore requested to kindly help in sorting out this issue via immediate blocking of the transaction/ dispatch of the goods purchased. Probably, the Cyber Crime Cell and Local Police would get in touch with your office separately for resolving this case. sir i am a victim of online fraudwhich has been done on 14 Feb 2015 . Online tranction done through my debit card at your website fraudly . All the transaction details are : Rs 4997 Txn no. 022875, Rs 4995 Txn no. 022193, Rs 2500 Txn no. 020592, Rs 4999 Txn no. 019840, Rs 2500 Txn no. 019473, Rs 9990 Txn no. 018633 . This incident has also been brought to the notice of local police station . I have also complaint to mobikwik customer care akosha but they didn't take any action and today they are saying that they do not deal with fraud cases.
