[Resolved]  Sony Bluetooth Head Set — Delivered with wrong charger and without accessories, manual and without pack

I had ordered Sony Ericsson HBH-PV720 Bluetooth headset from rediff.com with Order# 7453059. But the product which is delivered to me was in open polythene and without manual and accessories(You can see attached picture). Charger is also containing two pins and blue tooth has only single hole for charging. I already requested them by mail and phone but nobody answering/replying for that.
