[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Deactivate sim cards | |||
I , Mrs. Meena Sudhakar Patole request you that I had taken two sim cards in the year 2011. From your sellers who came to my house for selling sim cards saying that this is only for govt employees & with min charges we are offering. The charges they told me was 150 local min free , 150 sms’s & all this was per month. The charges 10p per min local , 30 per min std is charged only when you exceeds the limit of said 150 min & regarding this they also told me that you get our bill every month but you don’t have to pay that bill only with exception of limited call of 150 min. In the month of July I have got your first bill of Rs.175 without refusing I paid that but it again happened in next month the same bill I have got with the support of above said conditions my local min’s didn’t over but still I have got that bill. I ignore that bill, after few months when the bill amount was increased by Rs.1600 your legal department officer call me, & after getting all other legal reasons, I pay that bill amount to your person who came to my house for collect money at that time I told him to deactivate my both sim’s. He took bill amont of both sim cards, & I also fill the form for the deactivation in front of him. On the next day your legal department Miss nickki call me & say that your request for deactivation accepted & I stoped using that sim cards from that date. After few months I have got same amount of bill Rs.1200. I already stoped to use that sim’s but still I’m getting that bill & your legal department man call me harrasing me , giving bad words to me. I am not going to pay that bill which I have already stop using. You take serious action against this, if you fail to do so, I’m going to complaint this matter to consumer court.
