The 4 wheeler motor policy renewed through Modi Hyundai turned out be a fake policy. Also they made me pay another 1/3 of the premium amount to get the proper policy created again.

Felt better to pay 1/3 of the premium rather than running with a fake insurance policy.

The reason for the fake policy is totally because of a mis management at Modi Hyundai.
Vasai modi hyundai sales man Mr.Nitin Gupta is done his commitment. i get delivery of the car on 30th Oct 2016. till my Registration no is not get he promise me today i give the no (19th Nov 16) but today morning to i call him around 10 time not pick call even i call showroom they also no response. i hope response[protected]

    Car purchased on 10.01.2012, as colour is faded of car, purple colour, diki is found to be leakage and doors are being getting rusted, earlier complaint also lodged in july 2016, but no proper reply, today at 3.00 p.M. Spoken to mr prashant kamble sir ph.No.61693900, but no reply from his side and not receiving the telephone, if such area managers are handling the complaint how will hyundai survive. And consumers will loose faith in hyundai.
    Please disclose your area managers mobile no. If they are not sitting in their seat for receiving land lines, it is difficult from consumers to lodge complaints or discuss their difficulties, and take advise.
    Why is there no such gmail of modi hyundai.

    Please advise and guide regarding the same.

    I had given my car for service at goregoan west and wasnt inform about the payment mode.The car was given on monday and still not delivered and the reason for the same is that cheque payment is no allowed.

    Kindly give me the reason in writing that you do not accept cheque payments

      my car mh04 -cz - 113 met a road accident and i took my car at modi hyndai service centre at 12.00noon on 3rd june`16. (1) it was attended by mr. uttam bhai who gave the estimation of about rs.6000/-and similar amount to recover from insurance. (2) he told to be in touch with mr.anwar shaikh in his mobile [protected] .(3) as per him the car will be delivered to me at evening of 7th june. (4) on 4th june, i received a call from hyundai service that insurance service is done and they are in action (5) on 7th june, i did not get any call from modi hyundai and i called back. as usual the mobile of mr. anwar was found "not available”. (6) i talked in 67611111 and she connected to the " concerned department”. from the concerned department one mr. sharma attended the call and after survey he told that my car will be delivered on 10th evening surely. (7) as usual no call came from hyundai on 10th june. (8) i tried to contact mr. anwar shaikh on 11th at 9.30 am twice but his mobile was telling " he is busy”. (8) being fade up, i contacted 67611111 and after listening all, she told that she would connect to "concerned department", but no connection was made. (9) again i rang up 67611111 to customer service manager (some sheetal madam) but she was too busy to other call. the receptionist told that sheetal madam will call me back (i doubted, and told the receptionist will she call me?) and my doubt was sure, sheetal madam did not call me back although i gave them my contact number.
      these are all the rubbish service given by hyundai (1) there is no system of calling back, no follow up. (2) they only charge extra ordinary high amount to run the establishment (3) they tell lie always (4) they are unsystematic people and lazy. (5) they do not have any technology nor any technical person.
      i request modi hyndai to return by car immediately so that i can take it to a road side garage who will charge 25% than that of hyundai, will deliver within 48 hours! they are hardworking people will not tell lies.
      on 11th june at 10.26 am, mr. sachin sharma called me that the car is ready. it is waiting at cleaning area. he will inform me when the car will be ready. but till the mid night of the 11th june, no call came from them that shows how liars these people are!!
      there is no customer service, no public relation but only to snatch the money ! rubbish!!

        Hi, I had made a booking of the car Creta of Hyundai. I have been waiting and making calls to the employee since a long time. I gave my booking to the sales executive Mr. Kunal Salvi and he has been repeatedly ignoring my calls. It is a great sign of disappointment as my delivery date has also passed and your sales executives misbehaviour towards a customer. This would eventually lead to cancellation of my car booking.
        Please make sure your employees are well trained to be good to customers and not disrespect them by not reverting back as it is their duty to keep their customers updated.
        Its a request to send me my deposited amount back to me.

          I had bought a Tourist Permit Hyundai Xcent S CRDi from Modi Thane and got the delivery of the vehicle on 7th Jan 16. At that time I was told that I would receive all my documents within 45days. Today it's 7th Apr 16 and am yet to receive my RC. The RTO guy at the showroom says my work at RTO is stuck due to some reason and is saying that he cannot do anything more in that. Now my business has also come to an halt as I did not have my RC so the cab service in which I had enrolled my cab has freezed my account. Really disappointed with them, had to face a lot of issues while buying the vehicle as well. Am not getting any satisfactory help from the showroom.

            I do the regular servicing of my Santro Car in Modi Hyundai, Thane . While entering, the petrol stock is noted . But every time I find the petrol is being taken away which is pilferage. I suggest you to seal the Petrol Tank while Entering and let the Customer open it by his own hand.
            Please implement it immediately.

                I had booked a hyundai crete with modi hyundai at santacruz, mumbai. for faster deliveries they were forcing me to buying accessories which i refused. When the car was finally allotted to me they again forced me to take finance from Kotak Finance which i refused. They then cancelled by allotment and send me an email of dellatment of the Car. Finally i lost my interest with dealing with the dealer and asked them for a refund of allotment amount. It is now over 45 days and 4 reminders for refund but they simply don't bother to reply at all on the refund amount

                  I vipin deshpande booked a Xcent SX cng form modi hyundai on 28.12.2015 . and take a car delivery on 14.01.2016 on request and mutual understanding that the said CNG part is not available from their end hence the said part is being fitted with in 2 days.
                  but since daily follow up with sales team till i not get commitment for when i will get CNG unit is fitted in my car.
                  daily i have running of 80 km and hence since last 11 days i m running on petrol which is not profitable for me.
                  very disappointed for that no one give me the commitment for the said issue.also phone calls also not receiving by sales persons as well as customer care manager.

                    This is to inform you that I have been a loyal customer to Modi Hyundai for over 3.5 years now, however, this time instead of Goregaon branch I gave my car for servicing to Modi Hyundai, Marol Road. The only reason why I brought my car to you was the distance, since my office is on the same road. It is very sad to say that the Service was very bad, I am extremely disappointed. Please take the following feedback as a training guide: 1. The initial call and follow up call for booking an appointment by Ms. Sucheta was excellent 2. Apart from the regular service I had specifically asked for the following things to be repaired:, a. Brakes- Done b. Steering Wheel (which was making rattling sound) – (Not fixed) c. I had asked to fix the screw that had come out and fallen inside the car (not fixed) d. Car from inside was in dirtier state than when it was given for servicing (Thick layer of dust, I guess you left all the windows rolled down for two days) e. In the “Customer advised document” it was mentioned, Clutch hard- Customer advised, but the Engineer verbally never mentioned during the after service call f. Newspapers were seen kept on the floor mat, at Goregaon Service Centre white paper with a blue Hyundai Logo were put on the floor g. After reaching home saw my hands covered in black oil/grease which I got from the Steering wheel Overall it was not a good experience, although I appreciate the car pickup and drop facility. It didn’t feel like the car was serviced at all.

                      I have purchase eon car from modi motors agencies pvt ltd in thane on 30/07/2013, from last 15 days i have facing promblem of break pad. i have gone to work shop of hyundai in thane on 11/12/2015 they have change the break pad kit still break pad is becoming hot v hot driving just 20 kn it becoming hot i have made complain again, now thet change the caliper pin and again same promblem is there now what to do, imy name amit shah tel [protected]. your show room at modi motors agencies pvt ltd not giving answer, now where the consumer will go, i have all the bill extend warrwant, now what

                        I gave my car I 10 (mh 12 gr - 2172) for servicing in good faith as I was giving it to an authorised dealer. However on the contrary I am extremely disappointed with the servicing of the car. Despite charging a bomb, even the basic servicing was not taken care of properly. There was not much of a difference in performance of the car before and after giving it for servicing. The moment i sat in my car I knew I had been cheated. On the feedback form the staff alpmos forced me to give them an excellent rating even thpoh I wasn't satisfied and kept convincing me that all the issues have been taken care of. Would advice people not to go to this service centre.

                          Hi, I have been visited to modi kanjurmarg to buy a new verna fluidic.first these guy made me wait for 20 min, then there executive came & just had shown me the paper of all costing of there car .means no description of cars, nothing about hyundai service very casual & irritating behaviour of those staff I think now hyundai dont need customers

                            I buy i 20 elite asta from modi hyundai goregaon on 16 aug 2015. they give false promise for dilivery. on 21 aug i relize aircondition of the car not working in the heavy rain i am stuck there. then i open the bount and check there is no coolent in the spare box, there is simple water.then i call to coustomer servics they took the car, simply said sorry.they take this car to bhandup work shop. and i found one document in car before delivery its check list they click all ok. but acctully they not check at all before delivary. they are hurry to do pooja, (prayer) when customer come to take delivery of the car. please advice what action i should take. thanks
                            be careful and check by your self or by your macanic when buy even new car.

                              I purchased a new elite i20 in april, 2015 and since then it has gone to the service centre 4 or 5 times. The service centre never has spare parts and once the car goes in it takes a lot of time to get it serviced. I am at a loss as to why a new car should face so many problems. I have lost faith in hyundai and would never recommend it to anyone. Really dissapointed with the service. I am gearing up for a consumer court case out of all this frustration. This has caused me a lot of frustration even after spending a lot of money.

                                I have my car for changing the lower arms and the the delivery was postponed for a day and later when I was there at the service centre the car was not yet ready and I had to wait for another hour over there. No one informed prior about the delay. It was too much time consuming

                                  We had booked car in the month of May and they had promised us to deliver the car by mid of July. Its 27th Aug, and still the car is not delivered. Instead they are now saying that higher model has been now implemented in the company and so you will not get the model which you had booked. This model costs around 30k more and when I asked them to deliver the model which I had booked, they are saying the same is not available with the Company. This is sheer cheating on their part. When you go to book the car they give false claims that they deliver the car in 2 months time and once you book the same they donot stand on their commitments. Now, in my case inspite of waitng so much, I will have to get the booking cancelled as I am not getting the model which I had booked. Think before you book a car from Modi Hyundai. I had a pathetic experience.

                                    I booked my car 2 months back and I was told that I will get delivery by 21st August. During the time of booking they told me that there is RTO settlement charges of Rs. 8000. I checked with my friends who had bought cars from other showrooms and they said there are no charges as such. So i refused to pay that amount and they said in that case you need to visit RTO office yourself but our executive will be there to guide you. They were super sweet till the time i paid them. Once my money got transferred to their account they stopped calling and taking my calls. My bank disbursement amount got transferred long back and they said they are not able to trace my money and hence delaying in processing for RTO. I have to travel next week and this they knew beforehand and thats why they kept hanging me. Now i wont be available to go to RTO since i will be out of city next week and will be coming back on 21st. They are asking me to pay settlement charges in that case then i wont need to go to RTO. Please help someone. Connect me to the most senior person in Modi Hyundai. I am devastated with their service. They just need money.

                                      When i was Visited Last Time on 30th may 15 for my car servicing at Modi Hyundai Add : Navjeevan Corp Compound Thane (w) my car 120 magna (MH01AH 8767) Mr Sajid Ali (Service Advisor ) Was Attended Me While Servicing They Damaged My Main Window Switch Of Right Door I Told Them To Replace that switch they told they will arrange within 2 to 3 days for switch i agreed i was taken in writing on my bill from them . now 1 n half months passed away still i didnt get any replacement or any response from them i called them more than 10 times i also talk to in absebce of sajid to vaibhav kadam, leena etc. even they ppl also told me the same thing that i will get it replace within 2 to 3 days now iam extremly fired. iam totally unsatisfied even today when i called them 16/07/2015 i speak to mr vaibhav kadam they repeting the same that they will arrange. So I Request You To Please Do The Needfull As soon as possible please please please...

                                        we have given our santro xing to pokharan rd 2 thane and got it back after 15 days and in these 15 approx 30 k for days i have paid 5000 for taxi and paid approx 30 k for no any specific reason. highly expensive pathetic service will never recommend any one
