The marketing executives call up for car service number if tines n when we speak on the phone abt our issues they say it will be done ob this said costing amt. Later when they take the car for servicing then they call up n give us a huge amount estimation
This happens everytime.
I am fed up with these false commitments

    Yesterday i had send my Santro car for servicing and a promised expected delivery back by EOD, Got message for servicing done and driver has started from Thane for Delivery back to Kalyan, after 1 hour i got call from Bipin saying that they realize problem in CNG switch and car cannot be deliver and will be deliver tomorrow ie today.

    I expect a call from Modi but they did not call and when i called Bipin there was no answer, I called again and the revert was car has gone to CNG section once done will get delivered, Also when asked why you had not called and Why not answered my call he said he had not received any call from my side.

    I think they are doing this intentionally also there was no update on message from Hyundai side about this issue.

      Dear Hyundai Team,
      This email is regarding the incident which occurred while I was travelling in Mumbai from andheri to thane. I have a Hundai Venue (SX) Diesel 12.2020 model. We were in bumper to bumper traffic when an auto rickshaw next to us started shouting that the bumper was on fire, we got down and immediately rushed to extinguish the fire.
      The left Fog light area was totally on fire with the lower left bumper burning, we were lucky enough to extinguish the fire in time or else it would have reached the Bonet and there could have been a blast. There were a total of 3 people in the car, who would have been responsible if something would have gone wrong ? Our life was at stake there! This is not at all expected from a brand like Hyundai, I don't feel safe in this car any longer.
      I have been following up with Shubh ashar from hyundai Modi, Thane. I have started my conversation with him from 1st November 2021, where we started speaking about the problem we are facing, he replied 6 days later to my message for which I will share a screenshot to prove myself. A week later after we spoke my vehicle was called to the showroom for the changes they had promised they will make, after everything was done as promised I was still disappointed as my head lights stopped working in the middle of the night, I was again travelling from a specific point where Headlights are a must for my vision and yet they disappointed me because one of them stopped working even after replacing them which is recently new from the showroom.

      After all this happening with me, I got in touch with Namrata shinde ( Head of accessories), Mumbai Hyundai. She apologised for replying late to me which is nice but not expected from someone working for a reputed company like Hyundai, India.

      After a dew days When I was following up with her for my headlights, she suddenly started threatening me if I have mentioned all the product details in my previous mail, and if not I will not receive anything from the company. She also asked me to mail everything I was asking for as she thought I was bluffing and I did not mean it, really disappointing to see this kind of behaviour from someone who is representing Hyundai, still I sent all the related documents and the billls which are necessary. After giving All the necessary documents still there was no ethics to reply to my messages. I even sent a photo of the issues I faced after replacing my headlights, Poor maintenance is Murder is what I believe, firstly my fog lights get on fire where we all could have lost our lives, Secondly this behaviour which was thrown as an attitude to me is something which I will not expect from reputed Brand like Hyundai.

      Also, varsha from your team told me that the headlights for my car come with a certain voltage which has to be followed before putting it in the car. Again I was lied here When I bought the car this information was not shared to me when i purchased the accessories from Hyundai showroom.

      I was lied and kept in the dark every single time when I spoke to someone from hyundai. Really disappointing to see such kind of behaviour from a team like Hyundai

      1st - fog lights on fire where we could loose our lives( Attached files for your reference)

      2nd - Replaced headlights and fog lights not working as per your commitment.

      3rd - lies about the products installed in my car

      Need a solution to save my life from A brand who is trying to kill me whenever I install something from them which is called “ genuine Hyundai Products

        I was booked my car Aura SCNG from Modi hyundai Kasawadavali in the nam Chhaya Atul Lad.they given the commitment that. Within 60-70days u get delivery of car and now it's 120days completing still executive kiran kamble giving comments that doesn't know when you get delivery.not telling how many waiting before me.not giving information when you get car

          I have booked a i10 nios in Sep 2021 at Modi Hyundai Thane and their SR told me that he will deliver it on 4th Nov 2021 as its a Lashmi poojan day. He said it a petrol variant and will not take more time. Car will come before 15 days in showroom. you can take it anytime. and now he is unable to deliver a car on 4th Nov, and Now he is saying car is not available in factory, sometime he says due to lack semiconductor car production has stopped, sometime he says your file is still in approval, sometime he says the color you have choose is not available. I dont know that while booking there was no problem but now the problem is started when deliver date appeared. I dont know why they promise a delivery date while booking. Very worse service. Very Irresponsible sales person.

            I have booked Hyundai Aura CNG Variant from Modi Hyundai (Thane) 6 month on(29th May) before when 3 months waiting period going and delivery was there in 4th November month 2021 but now they are telling just because of staff miss-communication and misunderstanding we missed your file and unable to allocate car on time and they are now telling to take white color car instead of Grey color so my question was if im paying money then choice is mine.
            if your staff has done mistake who will bearer now am suffering literally harassments from your Modi Hyundai (Thane) also my concern was if price will revised who will pay increase amount just because of your mistake im getting in trouble and if customer compromise then Hyundai should compromise regarding price and others things.
            Just because of Modi Hyundai staff my plan was drop to buy car from Hyundai brand and i will make sure my friends relatives should not got and booked car from Modi Hyundai (Thane).
            Already my loan was approved and down payment is ready to pay but now they are telling we are unbale to process your car.

            Kindly take action against staff and allocate my car on time which was mention above.

              Worst Servicing of Car

              I am owner of i20 elite
              I had visited modi hyundai kalyan workshop near saroli bhiwandi.
              I had a complaint of ac not working for this i have visited the workshop of which after inspection i got a estimation of around 90 Thousand Rs.
              and was suggested to claim through insuarance but due to time required for claim process i got it done by direct payment system.

              I got my car serviced forst for that i paid...

              Service

              One of the worst service experience. I was charged ~5k and was not provided service of any kind. Mr.Swapnil Koli, the assigned hyundai co-ordinator is possibly the worst co-ordinator that can be assigned to you. I had given my car (MH-02 BD 551) on Saturday and had requested a normal routine service request including oil change, coolant top-up and replacement if required, washing, greesing, air conditioning servicing and other minor services....

              Since the delivery of Car is getting delayed, we are cancelling the order.

              i had submitted the cancelled request on 27.08.2021 on below email [protected]@modihyundai.co.in
              till date i have not received the refund. on enquiry, Mr vijay has taken more 10 days and today they are saying that another 14-15 days will be taken for processing.

              THE COMPANY IS ALREADY DEDUCTING Rs. 3, 000/- for not delivering the CAR in Promised Time and now delaying the Refund.

                Harassment via calls and emails

                I have bought verna in nov 2020 from your malad branch. I'm aware about my car insurance renewal date and what I need to do. The insurance needs to be renewed in the month of nov and 2 months before I have started getting emails n calls from you guys.
                I replied stating I am not interested, but they dont stop.. at the same time, the person I talk to claims that the previous person called might be a scam.
                This is a big concern...

                I have booked a Hyundai SX Petrol variant on 14.02.2021 at Modi Hyundai Thane through sales person named Tanvi. I was told that it will take 6 months from then till delivery.

                During the tenure there was no information from Modi Hyundai and when I was enquiring I was not getting any response from the sales person. Now after 6 months I am told that I will not get SX petrol variant instead I was offered SX Executive.Anywas not satisfied at all, I accepted the change and I was promised that within a month I will get the SX Executive.

                I was asked to make a down payment and I made the necessary payment.Then I was given a threat by the same sales person that if I don't make a complete payment within 7 working days the car will be given to some one else.
                On 6th day itself I was told that the car is given to someone else.

                I don't understand the kind of treatment I am getting from an authorised dealer of such a brand.

                I need to escalate the matter to higher authorities and get my work done ASAP.Both my money and time seems to be wasted here.

                  We have been complaining Modi Hyundai Goregaon about our new Creta since the day we bought it, first when we speed our car the Engine makes too much noise, the seats when reclined it makes too much noise for this they have stick adhesive tape as temporary solution and said we have ordered the part but so far the part is not replaced. Would just never go with Modi Hyundai as the service part is worst they just give you dates but the rectification is not done or never done sad part we took our new car from Modi Hyundai no service at all fed up of calling them again and again Sales and Service both the departments are worst.

                  Mr Prabhakar Singh is been handling the since long, Modi Hyundai service part is worst from Modi Hyundai Malad. You just keep on complaining complaint but they won't rectify, once the vehicle is sold they are not concerned about customer, pathetic service. They call saying vehicle service is done come and pick your car but after going to service station you have wait for 2 hours to delivery of your vehicle worst service

                    I have raised my query with Mr Azaharudding for resolutions. As some part of newly purchased vehicle start rusting. But this person has just neglect my complaint not even bother to support. Later I called Index Hyundai and the person from Index was positively supported me for my issue.
                    Therefore may i r equest you to kindly advice mr Azaharuddin to stop spoiling your brand image in public please.

                      This is to inform you that, i have purchased Creta in Apr 21 and the brake drum started rusting in Jun 21. so i called service advisor of Mody Hyundai Thane Mr Azharuddin and shared my concerns, but i have received very irresponsible and negligenc response from him. WHere in he just try to avoid me and not even concerns to resolve my Issue.

                      Finally i called Index Hyundai person and got positive response.

                      Therefore may i request you to kindly advice Mr Azahrudding to avoid spoiling your brand image.

                        I have recently bought a used car Hyundai Tuscon Dec 2016 model which was originally sold by Modi Hyundai Malad. The model details on the RC book are incorrect and to get it corrected, I need to submit the a copy of the original invoice along with the application to the RTO.

                        I have all the original paperwork including the transfer papers signed from the original owner. I have the insurance papers as well.

                        I am happy to provide my documents to Modi Hyundai as well but the concerned person is not helping me. Its just one paper that I need but they they are just sending me round and round. I have spent 14 lacs to buy this car and they are making me feel as if its a crime. They should have rectified it earlier only but they haven't and when I am trying to do it they are not even cooperating.

                        The original owner was residing in gulf and I dont even know if they are in India now. I really need their help to get this sorted.

                            Hello
                            I had booked a car from Modi Hyundai Thane branch on 15th of December, 2020 and i was told there is a waiting period of 3-4 months but max to max I’d receive the car by march end or april first week in 2021
                            First of all they never contacted me and also when i tried to contact them from my side they did not entertain me and were always delaying my question’s answer
                            Now when it the actual time for delivery they are informing me that too on my asking that it might take more time 1-2 months more which is totally disappointing because till now they didnt tell me anything of this sort so i sold my old car and now they are telling us to wait more which i dont want to because now its urgent i cant wait
                            Also they prioritise the other customers first so they might have sell the car which was about to come in my number slot to some other person which is disgusting to do so
                            Never expected this from them
                            Please kindly help me solve this issue
                            I have already paid them 21000/-

                                I have receiced worst service from Modi hyndai thane showroom. On 25th of feb 2021 I have got the delivery of my car from your showroom of Grand i10 Nios model. Even after doing 15 days prior booking seat covers were not ready at the time of delivery. Its been 15 days still awaiting for the seat cover. Already you charge thrice for the accessories which i get at very cheap rates if I do it from car decor that too with good quality and 3 yeara warranty. Your company gives only 2 years warranty and using cheap materials. I am very disappointed with hyundai services. Also I was given a choice for number plate from your end from which i chose 1 and paid for it. Later i get to know the number that i chose was not available and i was asked to chose other number and pay higher amount. Rediculous this showroom was. I will never ever recommend it to anyone for sure. I would rather go for maruti then hyundai. Worst service i ever got. It hardly takes 1 day to make seat cover and do the fitting part. Your showroom has taken 2 weeks already and they still delaying it. I think they fitting diamonds in it. Accessories person name is varsha and sales person is vinita. I hope action would be taken.

                                I have still not received my number plate from your showroom. If you are not able to give proper service to your customers then please ahut down your showroom. Please dont waste your customer's time and money. We are spending lakhs of rupees not to get your pathetic service. It doesn't make any sense complaining here. Nobody is going to take any action. You people don't even care about after services. Once your car is sold you don't care about the after service

                                  RC not received.

                                  I have purchased my car from modi hyndai thane on 3.12.2020.
                                  According to RTO MUMBAI we should receive RC book at given address within 45 days.
                                  My sales executive was Mukesh Jaiswar he has been delaying the talks and today he send us image saying my KMC documents are still pending with RTO.
                                  Please consider this as my last request and revert back within 48 hours or we have to file a complaint with consumer forum and police...
