The Modi Service Engineers are so capable that as the bonnet was moving tight, instead of lubricating they hammered the hinges, resulting dent and color damage of bonnet and both the side fendors. They colored both the fendors and the bonnet in a weeks time and again on the day of delivery broke the rear glass, wind sheild and now these ******** are asking me to claim the glass through insurance.
My question is why should i use my benefits for their mistakes. Firstly the [censored]d my brand new car which went for a general service and again broke the glass, and now telling me to claim insurance for their mistakes.
They should remove the tag line which is behind every car --- Caring for you ... always, as the 3 dots between the statement has a hidden truth.

    I've gave my car for servicing to Modi Hyundai service center in Thane. I've reported in the evening to the service center as per the time mentioned in job card. I've informed the advisor over phone before reaching to the service center that I'm coming. Is my car ready?. I've been told it will be ready by the time you will reach. I stay in Kalyan and went to service center in Thane at 5.30pm. I've wait till 7pm and follow up with service manager and car washing service head to get the servicing of my car. When I was returning home I've noticed that the major problem which I've reported of my car .i.e. alignment problem is still exists. I am really fed-up since I've travel from Kalyan to Thane and than wait till late and still the servicing is not done. I've been charged 3463/- rupees. Please do the needful asap.

      This is Jitin Advani resident of malad link road would want to bring to your notice my experience of Modi hyundai showroom in malad link road
      I along with my wife visited showroom on Sunday the 6TH of march 2011,to inquire about hyundai cars ,also i own a hyundai verna of 2008 model ,the valueator called Mr. Nair parked my car in their premises and another customer driving their test drive car banged aginst my car causing damages to my cars fog light,bumper.Their sales team leader Mr. sule confirmed with me that they would take care of repairing my car and they kept my car for two days .When i got my car back i was shocked to see that minor scraches were removed but fog lights were not repaired or replaced.(I had replaced my fog lights a day before this incident from sharyu hyundai of which i have the bill). when i bought this to their notice Mr.sule asked me to speak to their manager Mr. abhijeet who was very rude and just ignored my presence or the incident saying they were not responsible.
      I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM AND ENSURE I GET JUSTICE.

        I had purchased a Hyundai Santro GLS in Sep 2010. While purchasing, I clearly specified 2 demands. 1) I wish to have a reverse siren. 2) I would like an alarm to be raised when any of the doors were opened. As confirmed, I was charged some[protected] for the keyless entry and I was mentioned that my 2 concerns will be taken care of. Now that someone broke open my car from the rear (dicky) and took away my valuables like Laptop, Stepnie etc. that I realize that the alarm system was not activated from Hyundai. Further to this, the alarm sensors were not given to the back doors and the rear dicky. When spoken to the Hyundai executives, they accept that its their negligence and the amount I paid included overall car alarm.
        Now that I've faced such loss, Hyundai is not ready to take any responsibility. Above all this, I am expected to pay 50% of the insurance cost that comes to 5000 Rs. Why should I pay for their negligence. Can anyone suggest what I should do.

          AFTER HAVING COMPLETED THE FORMALITIES , MODI HYUNDAI GAVE ME THE PURCHASE CERT FOR THE OLD CAR

          ON VERBAL PERSUASION , THE GENTLEMAN OFFICER CHECKED WITH MODI HYUNDAI COMPANY , AND DID CONFIRM THAT THE INFORMATION
          PROVIDED BY US TO HIM WAS CORRECT ;

          BUT STILL; INSPITE OF ALL THIS ; AFTER SAME DAYS I RECEIVE A ' FIR' FROM OSHIWARA POLICE STATION -
          SUMMONING ME TO THE GREATER MUMBAI ACCIDENTS TRIBUNAL COURT ON 15TH JUNE 2010

          FROM THAT DAY ONWARDS I AM RUNNING AROUND TO PROVE MY INNOCENCE.
          I CALLED BACK MY HUSBAND HOME WHO WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS NUANCE AND DO THE RUNNING AROUND.

          ALL THIS FOR WHAT GUILT OF MINE ???
          JUST BECAUSE I SOLD THE CAR TO MODI HYUNDAI AND DID ALL THE PAPER WORK FOR IT
          AND THEY IN RETURN JUST SOLD THE CAR TO SOME ONE WITHOUT TRANSFERRING THE PAPERS IN HIS NAME

          TODAY I AM RUNNING TO THE COURT AND AM IN GRIP OF LAWYERS WANTING AND TRYING TO EXTRACT MONEY AS THEY CAN
          AND I , A LAYMAN , HAVE TO NOW HIRE A LAWYER AND PAY HIM WHATEVER HE DEMANDS SO THAT I GET AWAY FROM ALL THIS NON SENSE THAT MODI HYUNDAI HAS DONE IN COLLABORATION WITH THE NEW OWNER.

          THE COMPANY HAVE NOT ONLY DONE A MISS TRUST AGAINST ME - BUT FLOUTED ALL THE RULES OF RTO;
          AND HAVE NOT ONLY MALIGNED MY CHARACTER IN THE SOCIETY AS AN OFFENDER OF INDIAN BYE- LAWS
          BUT HAVE MADE ME AND MY FAMILY SUFFER THE MENTAL TRAUMA OF STANDING IN COURT AS AN OFFENDER WHO HAS DONE A HIT AND RUN CASE

          I TRUSTED HYUNDAI- BECAUSE ITS A COMPANY WITH A BRAND NAME AND IT WILL NOT CHEAT ITS CUSTOMERS
          BUT INSTEAD THE COMPANY DIDNOT SPARE ANY LAW TO BE BROKEN.

          ON WHAT ASSURANCE FROM THE NEW OWNER OF THE CAR DID MODI LET THE CAR OUT OF THEIR CUSTODY IS NOT KNOWN TO ME - BUT FOR ALL THIS I AM SUFFERING.

          I REQUEST MODI TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS CRIME THAT THEY HAVE COMMITTED - KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY AND COMPENSATE ME ACCORDINGLY
          FOR ALL I HAVE LOST , AM LOSING AND WILL LOSE TILL THE DAY I AM CLEAR OF THIS CASE.

          I ALSO WANT TO PASS ON THIS MESSAGE TO THE RTO - THRU THE CONSUMER COURT AND IF REQUIRRED THRU THE PRESS- IF REQUIRRED ,
          SO THAT THE RTO COMES INTO PICTURE AND STOPS SUCH TRANSACTIONS WHERE THE USED CAR COMPANIES TAKES THE SIGNATURE OF THE SELLER ON THE TRANSACTION PAPERS AND AWAITS TILL FINDING A CUSTOMER-
          KEEPING THE CAR IN THEIR CUSTODY AND NOT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE OWNER IN THE RTO TO IMMEDIATE EFFECT
          THUS RESULTING IN PAIN- GRIEF- AGONY AND FINANCIAL LOSS AND LOSS OF MENTAL PEACE FOR THE SELLER WHO HAS COMPLETED ALL THE PAPER WORK AS REQUIRRED BY THE RTO.

          Hyundai — Transfer of Used car

          Sir,
          I have purchased Hyundai Santro Xg No.MH 06-W 7174 from used car department,Hyundai Showroom,Opp R.T.O.OfficeThane (W), At the same time i have made cheque payment of Rs.9267 towards Insurance of the car on account of HDFC chubb General Insurance. Subsequently i have already paid Rs.2500 in cash towards R.T.O. transfer of same car,
          Till today i have not received any feedback from other side in this matter.Car has not been transferred on my name,nither insurance copy of my name has been issued to me.
          Inspite of prompt payment & proper documentation i fail to understand the reason behind the delay caused by other side.Pl look in the matter & solve my issue as early as possible.

            Below is the email addressed to Modi Hyundai officials but no response so far. This email will explain the entire problem.

            To Whomsover it may concern,

            My name is Nisha Shah. We had given our car, Hundai I 10 for servicing at Modi Motors Agencies Pvt Ltd. Goregaon West. Below are details of my car for reference:

            Reg No: MH 01 AL 7844

            Name of Owner: Chhaya Ketan Shah


            The car went for services on 5/062010 and was picked up by my husband, Mr. Darshal Shah from the centre on 11/06/2010. While picking up the car, a damage was found on the Right bumper at the time of delivery which happened post our giving the car at the centre. With initial refrainment, the centre guys finally agreed that the damage was caused at their end and we were assured that they will have the repairs done at their cost and also provide us the Car Pick up and drop. Attached is the invoice copy for your reference.

            We kept our cool and have been waiting for the last 13 days but absolutely no communication from Modi Centre's end.

            I just spoke to various people at the service centre, some time before I am drafting this email. Upon calling them, Mr. Dattatraya who is also the same person who has signed on the invoice, informs me that there is a lot of rush at the centre and therefore they cannot give us the pick up or the drop facility and that we were not assured of any such thing. Upon hearing this, I obviously got furious as ultimately we are expected to suffer for a mistake committed at your end.

            Mr. Dattatraya felt I was rude to him ( I fail to understand how can you expect a customer to be super sweet to you after the damage and no after-service given) and chose to tell me that I can even speak to some Seniors if I wish to but I will not get what I have been wanting and then pass me the board line number as the Seniors are supposed to be driving at this point and then bang the phone straight.

            So, this is what customers go through at the Modi Hyundai Service centre at Goregaon.

            1. They damage the car while it is at Service. ( We still say it is alright, no issues, human errors do happen. We do not create a fuss about it which most other customer's would have done, take our car and go home with the relaince that Modi will give us what they have promised. Our Mistake Number 1. Ideally, we should'nt have taken the delivery.)

            2. We wait for 13 days. Absolutely, no response from your end. Even if there is a rush, isn't it your responsibility to get back to us? Call us and at least inform us that the car will be taken care of at a later date.

            3. Ultimately, I call up at the centre. All I get is a rude response and people telling me that if I behave like this nothings going to work and that I can speak to Seniors if I wish to. When my husband calls and speaks to the same guy, he says "Kya Kar loge, humme Naukri se nikalva doge" etc.

            Please note it is none of our business to have your people loose jobs or anything of that sort. This is the way customers are treated. My garage guy speaks to us in a much better tone than this.

            4. Instead of admitting the mistake and the delay in repair work thereafter, we are being treated as if it is our fault and we made a mistake by giving our car there for servicing.

            5. If there is a rush at your centre, Is that my lookout? Don't you guys prioritize work? Don't you guys realize that if there has been a damage to a customers brand new car because of a fault at your end, it is your duty to take up Onus and treat it as urgent. Am I as a customer, still expected to call you and plead you to please provide me pick up facility. Isn't it your duty to do it in any case even if there is a rush.

            So, here I am a really really frustrated customer. I need answers to all my questions raised above. And yes, after all the humiliation, I still expect a car pick up facility (And I think the expectation is nothing out of the world. It is obvious I should be getting it) and an urgent repair work of my car. We too have work to attend to everyday and cannot come to Goregaon for a fault that is not ours. We will definately come to pick the car up as I cannot take the chance of taking the car delivery without personal inspection after our first experience.

            13 days is good enough a time to wait for repairs of no fault of ours.

              Dear Sir/ Madam,
              Good day to you. I am not sure if this grievence is going to make any point or not, i even doubt whether it will be read or deleted.

              Thinking about Hyundai;s big name (yes i am dribving Hyundai since past 5 years), i upgraded my car to Verna- From Modi Hyundai - Malad w, Mumbai, india.

              Its about 2 months, and i have been taken for big circus rounds, promises not filled because deal is done. The biggest fraud they have given me false insurance copy. At present i got now 2 insurance, one is true one is forged.
              Since 2 months i am driving a car without insurance and till now they are not able to give me papers.

              I thought i am buying a peace of mind, by paying little extra, but i understood all are thieves but well dressed.

              i really do not want to leave this matter like that.

              I am not sure to whom this mail is going to be, and who will really read this mail. But i am sure and you will admit in today's day for a business retaining present customer is very important and word of mouth publicity is biggest advertisement, without any expenditure.

              I have regards for Hyundai products bit not for the cheats and dealers, who will make all false promises and do all nasty things.

              Hope you will do some internal checking to keep your product moving.

                I have been to modi hyundai service centre at thane west,pokhran road no 2, four times now, i have purchased the yearly contract this time ,but every time the car was not cleaned from inside, i have stood there and got my car cleaned and vacuumed each & every time,and above that the incharge of the cleaning and servicing dept abused me ,there was a big argument which followed & he almost came to hit me.This is how these people treat the customers at this centre.Every one & any one who love their car plz be alert & see to it they dont cheat on you.

                  I booked Hyundai I10 from Modi Hyundai Motors on Daserra thinking that I will get delivery in diwali. But they could not deliver my car on Diwali. I wanted to take loan for the car. and the rate of Interest agrreed was 9.5%. Now company is came back saying rate of interest is increase to 10.17%. I told this delay is not from my side so you have to give me same rate of interest. Now they are saying you cancel the order.... I had already given advance of Rs. 25000. They are saying we will deduct 3%.... Is this right. Already I had waited long for my car. They have to give conpensation for this.
                  Modi Hyundai is a big fraud. They cheated my dad when he went to buy out a car. They had i10 v1.2 with Kappa engine which was only 3 thousand more then i10 v1.1 with Hyundai engine.
                  They had to tell him his options. Modi Hyundai wants to get rid of all the i10 1.1 and keep the kappa engines only for the customers who demand for it .

                  Because of this within a year, the resale value of the car is gone done tremendously.

                  People reading this, please avoid Modi Hyundai - Malad link road showroom to avoid inconvenience.

                    My Hyunday Accent Car I got serviced at Modi Motors, Goregaon, Mumbai under AMC contract.

                    I am extremely disappointed with the last servicing got done at Modi.

                    During my last servicing, I subscribed for AMC in good faith but very hurt by the false commitment given by Modi's staff. I followed what the staff suggested and given my consent to replace/service. I ensured three times before coming to take my car that every thing has been fixed completely. When I reached to take the car, I came to know that still there are problem with the parts which was replaced. I told this to the service agent that if you cannot fix the problem at least do not charge for the same and remove the parts.

                    Anyways I paid for the same and took the car than. Someone post 10 days called me up and said he will send engineer to do the needful. I said ok and given a date on which no body turned up. Then I was made to give another date which was Sunday 26th. That day again no one turned up. This overall experience has been extremely frustrating and was not expected from a professional agency like Modi. I had got my work done from a local mechanic and it was better.

                    Now I do not want to go through any further pain and would like to discontinue relationship with Modi. I want to terminate this AMC contract and also my money back which has been charged for services not provided. I have been billed for Rs. 10550 ( bill no 911272). Out of this I never asked to change wiper blade, why this was done ?? Belt V wasn¢â‚¬â„¢t installed properly and this I had to get fixed from outside, why was I billed for this as well? Also when I am under AMC why labour charges are imposed on regular tasks like PMS, Chock cleaning etc.

                    I had given enough time to correct this but I do not think any one is bother to take responsibility because they have already taken money for one year, and know that customer does not have any choise. It is nothing but cheating and carelessness.

                    During all the above service I faced a common problem which is car cleaning which I always communicated to the concern person. And also in the feed back call I had reported the same concern but I think you people are really least concern about the guest satisfaction and their requirement, because I always had to go twice for the same problem,

                    But on my third service I had told the problems in the car and also requested the same thing regarding the cleaning issues, and I had also asked for dropping.
                    When I got the car it was all dirty as if someone just sprinkle the water and let it dry (My watchman clean better then that without any chemical)and inside the seat the dirt was there as it was done for the sake of doing, I showed it to the driver (Vijay) who had come to drop the car, immediately I called up the service centre and told the same.
                    This time they didn’t even put Hyundai paper which they generally put after getting the car done. I know this cost nothing for you neither benefits me anything; this is just a gesture of how you care your customer.

                    This I am sharing because when I was buying the car the sales executive (Ashish joshi) was really good he really helped a lot doing all the formalities assured me that in future I ll not have any problem. I go to Goregaon shop leaving one service center which is next to my house because I think my thing will be taken care personally but this is not the case.
                    I think I should try other service centre also.

                    This is what I wanted to share with you so that you can at least take care of the other customer in future.

                    Modi Motors Agencies Pvt Ltd — Poor Service

                    We had booked a SILVER Hyundai i20 Magna 1.2L model on 24th Dec 2010 from Modi Motors Agencies Pvt Ltd. A salesperson from Modi called us on 28th Dec 2010 to tell that the car we had booked has been damaged whilst in the godown. He said he would give us another car and we could choose between black or white colours. We said we wanted a silver car as it was not our problem that the car was damaged while in their possession.

                    This amounts to a clear deficiency in service and we have registered a complaint regarding the same with Hyundai Motors.

                    We will also not hesitate to seek legal assistance if the need arises.

                    I just want to register complain against modi hyundai used car division, that is modi hyundai advantage dealer,
                    in april 2011 i have purchased used hyundai getz from modi hyundai Malad west mumbai on finance and at the time of purchased i asked some question related to car to a sales person of modi hyundai his name was Mitesh parmar, i had a doubt about the Air conditioner which is installed in the car i felt that it is not functioning well so i asked him will it be get repaired at the time of delivery, so he said to me yes u'ill get a car in a very good condition as good as new one and your Air condition will also get repaired and he promised me when i asked him, but when he delivered a same car to me, air condition was not repaired when i asked him then he replied no it is repaired may be gas is low you have to fill it up and now i have showed my car at car air condition service shops they said your cars air conditioner has to replaced be because it is damaged and will not get repaired. and when i went back to modi hyundai they are now refused to accept that my car air conditioner is damaged they are telling me that it is ok and you just need to get it serviced. so now i am going to file a registered complain against Modi hyundai in consumer court.
                    because i had came so many time at your showroom but every one is fooling me i know one person in your showroom his name is Shashi nair i had came to him also for the problem of AC but didn't entertained me by saying your AC is ok you need to get it serviced and now nobody will help you because Now the person with whom you have dealed that Mitesh parmar is not working here any more he have left the job so no one will help you.
                    now i want solution on my problem if you can give other wise i am going to file a Police case against you guys.

                    This is to inform you that on 2nd Aug'13 we went to Vasai service centre( Modi Motors Agency Pvt. Limited-Vasai east) for servicing purpose and for change of tail lamp of our i10 car whose number is BR01BG8660.

                    As due to our planned travelling to Lonavala on 4rth Aug'13 early morning, we went for servicing before going for tour and same was clearly communicated to Service Advisor Mr. Shubham about our plan and then he promised that he will surely deliver the car on 3rd Aug'13 at my home any cost before 5.30 PM.

                    Its really pathetic to tell you that whole day on 3rd Aug we were trying to contact him on his number but he didnt recieved and at late evening he called up and told that sorry we cant deliver you today and he said that he can deliver it by tomorrow.

                    Even after knowing the fact of our planned trip, he was not serious and sabotage our trip and day. And its really surprising and annoyed that we we shouted told him to deliver the car without any servicing or repair as we have urgency then he replied that his service center is closed and he cant do anything.

                    What a pathetic and shameful response we got from Hyundai service center. Request to please take action against this customer dissatisfaction level of response from Hyundai.

                    I had booked 2 cars from Modi Hundai Kanjurmarg
                    One was Creta and the other is venue
                    I paid the Amount for Creta on Thursday and I got It on Tuesday
                    Similarly
                    I had made the payment on Thursday for venue And now they are telling it will take 7 Working Days
                    THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY COMMITMENT
                    Please look into the depth of this matter
                    I have paid The ENTIRE amount, else please cancel my booking if I don’t get my car & even they have not reply me properly.
