My Name is Jaganathan Baskaran. I registered at Monsterindia.com for freelancer job. Bsed on which I got whatapp message from Resumefill.com by her name called Deepa Rana. Bssed on their instructions, I signed the agreemed and strated to work on the Ist June, 2020. After I started to work only, I understand that it is not resume to fill job in their software, it is only gambling to collect the charges Rs.5900/-. If we have not fulfiled their conditions within their stipulated time, i will have to pay Rs.5900 towards their charges. I tried to fill 173 forms then I realised that it is not possible to get the money and hence, I advised them to close the agreement. They advsied me to pay Rs.5900 and then the agreement would be cancelled. Believing based on their whatapp message confirmaton, the charges Rs.5900 was paid. They are refusing to cancel the agreement and noc is not given. They are advising us to pay again the same amount for three times.
Therefore, I request you to kindly watch on them and their genuinity to protect the younsters. Not only, as free lancer job, there are lot of people cheating the money from job seekers. Thanks, J BASKARAN, [protected]

We having Employer account in Monster.com, which we have purchased for 29500 INR including GST on 19 March 2021 from account manager Named Subramanyam. which is for 251 Job postings, valid for 1 year.

- Free posting on Facebook or other Portals work 100x better. ( have attached proof below )
- They wont refund, wont inform you about refund initially, if asked why you didn't inform about refund initially means they will say how we will inform about that while we are making business. ( attached voice recordings )
- you have to send more email to make your boost and visibility. they will say that will do, but they don't. ( have attached mail conversation ) no update done till date.
- you have to get behind them each and every time to boost your job add.
- They will tell you to copy the link and share on facebook and twitter, ( those email conversation also shared in attachment ). how poor service is monster.com providing.

Dear Employer don't purchase monster service. you can choose any other but nor monster.

They don't Refund money, claimed refund but calling and sending emails to all the email id Mentioned below, all emails are handling by same team ( no response about refund )

Some one called me to take an interview in tech mahindra and to pay 2985/- i have paid it and i couldn't attend I have requested him to refund again now he is not picking the call.

Yes you are fraud because they also called me and asked money of 65000 and now he is saying that your complaint has been closed.

I think you are also fraud I received a call when I submit a complaint but now they are also not answering the call.

I don't think you are resolving the issues of the people because some one contacted me and told me they are calling from monsterindia.com and I have registered the complainant and they will help me to refund my money but from now today they are also no answering my calls. You are seriously resolving the issues or you are the same other people are making frauds.

I registered on monsterindia.com on 22nd Feb 2021 and I got a call on 23rd Feb 2021 that my resume is selected for a job in HDFC Bank and asked me to pay for 1820/- for registering my profile and said that I will get a interview call via zoom but they called me and said that there is a problem in my network and did a telephonic interview and asked me basic questions and said that I'm selected and said that there will be another interview (face to face) and I have to pay 5100/- for document verification and after paying that they aren't attending my calls or messages and they are saying that they have sent the offer letter through mail which I haven't received till now. Please resolve this issue

I got a call to monster.com and told me send your resume for axis bank. He demanded 2550 application fees. And conduct my interview and after selected they send appointment letter and bond completed amt. as given by me is 14500, 25589, 20000. and they demanding more amt. but i refuse to give more amt. so they said cancel your job and rest amt. you paid will be block and go for donation.

Sir kindly see my problem and refund my Rs. 62, 639/- as soon as possible.

I got a mail and call from Monstarindia.com on 30 December 2020.(phone number:-[protected] and mail id:-monstar.[protected]@zohomail.com).She told me i am Richa from Monstar.com your resume got shortlisted and your interview is tomorrow 10-11 am in Accenture pvt ltd . For that You have to pay security money 1999 rupees. And its refundable after You get Your offer letter. After i paid money she provide me some interview questions and after interview the accenture pvt HR told you got a laptop from company side for this purpose You have to pay 3500 Rupees .When i ask them to give a mail that i got selected in your company they told me You have to pay money first then You will got Your offer letter. When i told i cant able to pay You just return many 1999 ruppes then they are not responding me.

First i got call from monster india caller say. they say we have job for u and had to pay first Rs 2100/- . after that they say we need Rs5500/- to document verification i paid all that amount. then i got interview call.
i gave call interview and then i got call from her and she told i'm selected. after that she told u have to pay Rs. 11500/- to confirm your job. i didn't pay that amount.
please help me to get refund Rs. 7600/- i paid.

My name is Yusuf Ali Gheewala; I am staying in my hometown in Banswara, Rajasthan.

I have applied for data entry job through Monsterindia.com. There a person called Rajeev was asked me to pay registeration fee of 1650/- and then additional 8500/- for document verification.

Then they asked me to pay 25000/- so that they can provide me with laptop, dongal and other accessories related to my job.

When I refused to pay further and asked for refund; they asked for more and more amount in terms of fees and GST. They kept on repeating one thing that this amount will be refunded. But everytime they gave me an excuse that your amount is not transfered because of technical issues.

Everytime they face technical issues; they ask me to transfer more amount to start the process again.

Now they owe me an amount of more than 85000/-. They are still not ready to refund my money and asking for GST on that amount.

I request you to please consider my complaint and get my money refunded.

On December 5, 2020 I received a call from the number +91 [protected] at 3:51 PM by a person named Rajeev who was claiming that he was from Monster India and he told me that he had my CV and he said that there are two job profiles available in Tech Mahindra based on your CV - Manual Testing Engineer and Automatic Testing Engineer in Bangalore and Hyderabad. I opted for Manual Testing Engineer at Hyderabad. He said that there’ll be a voice-only interview for which you have to pay a fees of Rs. 2985 on Google Pay on the number +91 [protected] (registered by name the Monster India). I paid that fee and then he mailed me the interview ID and I received the interviewer’s call on 8:35 pm by the number +91 [protected] and I gave the interview. After that I received that person’s (Rajeev’s) call again and he told me that I had been selected and I’ll have to verify my documents so I sent him my documents (10th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation’s marksheets) and he told me that I’ll have to give him the document verification charges of Rs. 5885 and both the charges will be refunded to me when I’ll join at Hyderabad within 7 days and that I’ll get my offer letter by 12 noon the next day (December 6, 2020). I sent the money via Paytm on the number +91 [protected] (it was registered on Paytm by the name “Sannala Harshvardhan Reddy”).

On December 6, 2020, he sent me the offer letter in password-protected PDF form via WhatsApp and on asking him why Tech Mahindra is not sending me the offer letter via e-mail, he sent me an email by an e-mail address [protected]@techmahindra.co.in and person named Sathish N, Senior HR . Which apparently seemed a fake email address as Tech Mahindra’s website goes by techmahindra.com and on checking the previous e-mail, I found out that the previous e-mail was from [protected]@monsterindia.co.in which also seemed fake as Monster India’s domain name is monsterindia.com. He said that you’ll get the password of the Offer Letter PDF only when you pay me Rs. 5000 as my company commission. I told him that this all seems fishy to me and I can’t give you anymore money and on asking him to refund my money, he said that my refund will be processed within five to seven working days, though he was calling me on Sunday which is not a working day. On asking for the money right then he asked me for my bank account number, my IFSC code and account holder’s name. I gave it to him and when I asked him to process the refund right at the moment, he said that he was busy and it’ll be processed within five to seven working days and if I had any other way to obtain the money, I could go by it. So I’m registering this complaint. Please resolve my issue by refunding my money back.

I have joined the job without paying any registration fee at starting of joining in resume filling data typing. The work time is 6 days to complete the task and submit all the 600 resumes. I couldn't submit in time because of my exams. Now they were asking me to pay 7650 with GST, according to their agreement. If i couldn't pay the money then they will make a case on section 72, 73, 74 and they submit to court itself. Is it true? Or this is fraud? So that we people can pay the charges without delaying.

I have recieved call from your side monster app and asked for the money for registration 2000 and deducted 7000 ruppees..and then scheduled my interview and i got selected and they also take 3250 rs as laptop charges and deducted double money that cost 6500 rs..and then one courier guy called me next day and charges for 2250 rs and deducted extra 750 rs with 2250rs..please help me through this...the company recommended for me is wipro i can also provide you the number of that guy.i have other photos also i will provide you that.
