Morestore — television purchased yet bill is not provided | |||||
I purchased a led tv intex tv set (Splash led 102 cm) rs 23999/- on 10th april 2016 from more mega store indore and paid through sbi credit card. The tv set stopped displaying the picture in july 2016, to lodge a complaint against the product to intex tv company, i asked for the copy of bill but after many request more megastore indore office refused to provide the bill. They verbally replied that bill is not shown on screen yet my another purchase of rs 156 on the same day is in the record. I had submitted the payment proof, the statement of my credit card, but employees at more indore didn't provided the bill, till date. I sent several complaints on more megastore website but it had not replied and neither sent the copy of the bill. Was this information helpful? | |||||
