This is to inform you that I disconnected MTNL Land Line N0. 28640864 and had applied for security refund from MTNL on 24th August 2020. Its one year today and I have still not received the refund.

I had personally visited the office and completed all formalities for the cancellation and refund, as instructed by mtnl employee but nothing so far has happened.

Please check at your end and Process refund at the earliest.

I surrendered my MTNL number 28874547 in June 2021. Till date I have not got back security deposit of INR1, 000 till date. Any query with accounts department at Kandivili Exchange is that it will take a few more months. How may more months???
And I HAD NO BILL oustanding, but I am expected to get only INR344 back.

I surrendered my MTNL Delhi landline telephone No. 25079053, CA No. [protected] in MTNL office, Dwarka, New Delhi, on 10 September 2021, and after completing the necessary formalities, my application for refund of deposit, along with my canceled cheque, was received in that office on 16 October 2021. I was told that the refund would be processed in due course. To this date nothing has been received or heard from MTNL in this regard. Can someone help me in resolving the issue?
