[Resolved] Multilink — full refund issue

Dear sir/madam
Multilink company marketing employee mustafa sayyed told that if you take id from multilink, you will have your registration charge after one year and you will be returned. Then i took the idle of recharge, railway and airline booking from multilink. But when i talk about it back to the company and mustafa after a year, they cut off the call and do not give any answer.
Please suggestion to me

company ki aur se mere dwara kiye gye call ka koi jwab nahi mila wo call cut kar dete hai khete hai mustafa se baat karo, jab mustafa ko call kiya jata hai to wo call nahi uthata hai dusre number se baat karne par usko refund dene ka khete hi call kaat deta hai

Our support team is always helping each clients for growing the transactions as per you complaint we have given the option of franchise fees refund on the condition apply

If Franchise do 36 lacs business from the date of Registration to 1 year working he gets full refund and

client do 72 lacs business then we pay double the amount of paid franchise fees please find the attachment for more clarification.

as per consumer we have given this attach document for reference and refunds are initiated.

sales person ne franchise lete mujhe bola tha ki money transfer me sirf customer ka bank ac no. and bank name enter karne se aap money transfer kar sakoge lekin isme mujhe customer ki puri detail enter karni padti hai aur abhi 4 din se call kar raha hun to recieve nahi kar rahe. and call center se bhi ghuma ghuma ke baat karte hai.
totaly faulty services provided by multilink.
kabhi bi bhul se bi iss company ki franchise mat lena.
very very bad service, fully unsatisfied.

multilink call person never tell us the 36 lac clause. they just say they will refund without any term and condition. As i have full call recording of our talking. I m going to fill a PIL against them and drag them to court and they have to pay for cheating their customers under section 420. my KCODE 63854
