I would like to bring it to your notice, a fraud company running under the name of MULTI LINK WORLD SERVICES LIMITED based in MUMBAI. ( website : http://www.multilinkworld.com/ ) They advertise heavily in newspapers AND franchise Magazine across different states stating some rewarding plans on ticket booking and hotel booking. But the problem starts once you invest the money with them. Before investing the amount MULTILINK customer care would be very fine with you as if you are esteemed customer for the company. once you give them money, moneky will take a turn, they are never on their words and never shall FULFILL what They promises. MULTILINK committments are fake and never fulfilled. The unit and office persons are all un professional and speak BUTLER ENGLISH and speak NON SENSE all the time. They do not answer any emails and do not send any documentation. They need money or CHARITY to run their company and then they wont deliver. Just Beware of such FRAUDULENTS. I have been facing problem with this company for past few months, profits are never paid and their committments are fake, total lies. I suggest that if you want to take headache and want to loose money then give the money to them. They are big liars who looks at their own profit not what their investors profit or things are.

    dear all, i ms saini, have purchased the products including all (like rail tickets, yes bank, recharge, bill payment & many more) at a cost of RS. 10, 000/-. At the time of purchasing the products they (mr. Thapa, the trainee branch manager), promised that you will be given all the services offered by the company within a week or two that is within 15 days. The recharge services will start 1st initially. And the balance service will start in 15 days later. Training will also be provided. I have purchased the products on 22nd September, 2014 the service. but till now i won't get the money transfer benefit. The railway ticket booking is given to me on 20th November, 2014. The trainee branch manager mr. thapa. told that you will be given the following benefits: 1. All types of mobile recharge 2. All types of bill payments. 3. Train, bus, flight ticket booking 4. Money transfer 5. Marketing in my area. 6. Banners and hording in your locality and the Rly station so that the customer come to know what I am providing to the general public. 7. All types of supports which is required for increasing the sales. 8. Product training will also provide to you. Till now, i won't have received the following. 1. Money transfer 2. Marketing in my area. 3. Banners and hording in your locality and the Rly station so that the customer come to know what I am providing to the general public. 4. All types of supports which is required for increasing the sales. 5. Product training. While contacting mr. thapa, he says that right now he in nashik for customer follow up. Later on he has taken leave that also of more than a month. I am not against the leave, but I told him that plz. Transfer the case to other person so that I will get the service started of train, cash card, money transfer, product training, i have paid as per their saying and after 4 months also they have not given the full benefits. since the date of starting the business, i have the burden of 1. Rs. 3500 of electricity bill payment. 2. Rs. 16000/- of rental space, 3. Rs. 16000/- of 1 boys salary. 4. Not taken a single Rupee to home in the last 4 months. and the business i have done just Rs. 25000/- approx. that is 2.5% of the Rs. 25000/- is comes to RS.625/- only. while emailing the problem their is no reply from the company. the one answer i got is your queries is transferred to the concerned staff and will let you know later. And also they reply to the email or queries raised by us as “ if you won’t get the reply from us in 48hours, you can escalate your queries to [protected]@multilinkworld.com “ After escalating the queries to [protected]@multilinkworld.com it is of no use. No proper feedback response, I am getting. 1. I am getting very harassed by the company, when depositing the money their account via NEFT they are not crediting the amount to my account, saying that please provide the correct NEFT No. after sending the no. as per the RBI, by visiting 3 to 4 times in the branch and also confirming from the bank, then also they are saying that we got the same amount transferred to our account by another party. 2. By asking why you are not transferring the amount to my multilink account, they are telling that we got 2 deposit of Rs. 5000/- on same day, with same issue, in the same branch of icici bank and the fun thing is that the NEFT No. is provided by the both party is not matching.

      Dear all,

      Do not belive mos ( multilink world). They took 10000 rubees for retailer services ( rail tickets, yes bank & many more). Its alomost 9 months completed. None o[censored]seful service yet acttivated. We submitted all the documets more than the required. But, they didnt do anything. We pend more 10000 rubees to contact these peoples. I closed 2 shops of these cheating company. I lost more than 10 lakhs. Becauswe they didnt provide anyservice yet. So, dont spoil your money life with these mos.

      Kindly support us to take legal action again this kind of fraud companies. I am going to file a case in tamilnadu high court. Lets see. I dont mine for 10000 rubees. They are thinking nothing cant do against them. We will show what the penality will get when you cheat the cutomers.

      Take care businessman. Dont beleive this company anymore pls

        i m a retailer of multilink products this compny give online portal for railway booking, air booking, and all mobile prepaid recharges.

        i was purches a multilink portal with railway booking of rs 11000/-
        at time of purchesing this portal and make me as retailer they told me that i dont pay any thing in futur for railway portal but now last one weak my railway portal was not opretaed i cumplian for this but they say that you have to pay 20000/-rs as deposit for start railway portal for rail booking.

        i said them give me a wrriten email for this issue i say that you give me in written that you close my railway portal due to not paying 20000/rs deposit but they dont give me this email also
        i also say that give me my registration fee of rs10000/- return that you charge me for railway portal but they dont give me reply for that.

        i requsted you i m not a rich people and 10000/-rs are very big amount for me pleas give me proper solution of this issue

          i(Ashok Kumar Yadav) had distributorship of multilink world.com. during those days many times call had been coming, they described there all services like Mobil recharge, DTH recharge, rail ticket.......... till to day ticket making facilities is not started. and besides they start cutting the Balance , and note that this is service charge and sms charge.......and this cutting balance starts to September months and will be charged regularly. In this one year period many types of problems came, Many times i inform multilink to return my 63000/- (Sixty three thousand rupees.) but they always told me do not withdraw , we will looking another distributor as soon as possible after that we will return your money 63000/-. I have tell them that I will go to consumer court . I want to take back my money as soon as possible. my mail add:- [protected]@yahoo.com. , [protected]

            We buy white lable programme from MOS Utility (P) Ltd. on dated 15.09.2010. In which all services like railway, air, mobile recharge, bill payment and all the service included which are provided by MOS Utility. At starting time all our service work properly but after some time our railway panel stopped working and its show you are not authorized to book please contact administartor. I call MOS on[protected] several time but they have an excuse IRCTC block some ID's and it will started soon. I mailed the higher authority regarding this service but all in vain. Now, I want to my money back from them than they do not have any answer regarding this. Arey ye to had ho gayi bhai agar paise liye hain to service do nahi to paise vapas do. I am very tensed due to our business problem kindly helped me.

              As growing entrepreneur, to increase my business reach and business Area i joined Legal contract with MOS fins Pvt Ltd as SBI mini banking Distributors, But i think that was my biggest mistake in life..

              We registered as Distributor / SuperCSP for SBI mini banking under Company MOS fins Pvt Ltd. at end of December 2011, MOS fins Pvt Ltd committed us they have urgent requirement for Distributor for SBI mini banking Services in Jalgaon Sector, and said us to quickly deposit money, we got 100 of calls from MOS fins before paying depositing Money ,,, But after that it was reverse.. we call many times but got nothing ...

              Every 15days we heard From Mr. Manish Operation head that you will get your List of location for work within 15 days but time as time goes we got nothing .. at last after 2 month for clearing this issue when we fix a meeting with SBI mini-banking Head, Jalgaon. he clearly told me that ""the person from MOS fins has to come n visit SBI office of Jalgaon to Introduce You(Vinod Ramchandani -) as Distributor/ Super CSP for SBI Mini banking, only after that we can proceed"", but even after that 3 month pass we got no support from MOS fins Pvt Ltd.

              but yes they given me unofficial List to cover Jalgaon district which contain almost 127 small villages list in Jalgaon district, n even we started working on that list and generated more then 10 leads at the time of Submition of form of this appointed agent for SBI mini banking we request MOS fins to provide us Legal letter and official list from SBI to proceed further and submit this document but the manager reply us to ""take money immediately and send money with form to MOS fins and Agent working will start only after they will receive confirmation from SBI,"" That's mean they need more Bukra and more money ..

              i request company to cancel my distributorship n repay my deposit of Rs.50000
              I consider SBI also responsible for this Poor services, Even after looking history of Multilink world , 100+ consumer forum complaints how SBI Appointed MOS fins as Business Associate Partner for SBI mini banking ?

              Only Because of Name Of SBI we neglected many complaint which against Multilink World Company ..

              I request company to cancel my distributorship n repay my deposit of Rs.20, 000/-

              we registered as csp as on april 2012 in borivali at the name of my agency PERFECT SOLUTION and said us to quickly deposit money i got 100 of calls from mr afzal is contact no [protected] and he represent him self as sale person of product/service in multilink company other person mr RAJESH JI CONTACT NO [protected] as a operative department of sbi and mr santosh gupta branch operation head he only used abused word on phone line and said that we only take money and does not return do what you want to do and remain mr afzal and rajesh said same word on meeting dated 7/08/2013.

              i request company that your license has been cancel by state bank of India so kindly refund my 36, 000/- rupees as soon as possible given by cheque no 415445 of icici bank clear on 30/1/2012 my contact no [protected]
              we also pay some amount in the name of " OSILO" and the name of person is "AKSHYA RAJ GURU"he tottaly frawed no on criminal
              now he switch off the phone and not even he pay single amount

              we loss totall 36500/- from him and he advertice in the name of " oxiygen and now he adv in the name of mos

              so no body trust him and pay the amount

                    Hi, I was very keen when i had heard about Multilink - Combo pack...I think they are only Online travel agency who can provide such products in minimum price. No one in market was able to give me this product except Multilinkworld.com. Now i have my own website, corporate id, WL and even they have given me 1500 sms and promotional mail free....Can anyone will beat this....
                    I feel surprise to see complaint about this company...guys, all you need to do is to tell you proper needs of business to their sales person and get the products as per your requirement....

                          I have franchisee of Multilink (MOS utility) and paid 11000 for whitelable Website but the services provied by the company is not working properly whenever I call the company they always answering we are upgrading the services noe one year completed and till they upgrading,also Later I invest another 3600 for E ticketing for Railway in April 2011 but till company not giving me panel for ticket booking and whenever I call they told me our Director Mr. Chirag Shah is at Delhi at IRCTC,I dont know how Mr. Shah living at delhi from April2011,What fake answer.also I tried for refund the amount of Railway Panel no body take care for this.

                            Please help me, I am totally getting frustrated due to this Mesd bill as it is not being updated or it is not being paid only. I am unable to find whether the said bill is paid or unpaid. when I saw this month bill, the previous bill is also added along with this month though i had paid through multilinkworld. I am fed calling multilinkworld customer care regarding this but they always have answer that they had already paid the said bill. If it has been paid then why it has come along with this month bill. I had visited MSED office also, they told me that bill is unpaid if you have any proof of it then show it to us we will update it.I had shown the copy of bill which you people have paid through EASY BILL,but MSED people told me that it has not been paid.That client again came to me and is asking for money.I don't know what you people are doing, I only want my credit back to my account so that i can give it back to customer as this month MSED bill due date is 31st october.

                                They cheated me and not refund my amount. They said to book a railticket, flight tickets and recharches. I invest 7500 to this company. After the payment i don't i did not get a any response. I called and mailed many times but no response. They create the id for me but this side no possibility to book a rail tickets.                                   I have noticed once that my prepaid a/c was debited for Rs 4412 without my knowledge.
                                  When I contact, multilinkworld said that I gave phone authorization to debit to buy 1 lac SMS. I never called anyone in multlinkworld to have SMS service. I sent an email to Nikhil and Chirag. No one responded to my e-mails even though such a big fraud happening in their company. I have proof of how the money was stolen from my account. Then I had to fight with too many departments in multilinkworld to get that money refunded. Company didn't send an apology letter, no moral responsibility from company. No assurance from them that this type of incident will not repeat. With multilinkworld anything can happen. It is easy to steal money from agents/sub agents account. You just have to call multilinkworld and tell another agency name, address and phone. Then the a/c will be debited from another agency a/c without any written authorization. If your a/c is not protected from the malpractice, how do you business with them?. Multilink is not genuine company, please stay away from multlinkworld.
