As per told by the company executive, he says to get full refund of 13000, which i pay for talking up their services without any clause. I have full call recordings available with me in which he does not tell me any terms and conditions.

First of all customer care doesn't takes call!
Since last week of december, 2019, they multilink has blocked my balance amount rs.9888/-.

On 7th march, 2020 i transferred my balance rs.9123/- but the amount not credited in my bank account.
Today, 8th march, 2020 i transferred my balance rs. 9023/- but today too the transferred amount did not credit in my bank account.

This is one of the worst company i have ever seen, they have blocked my money since one month that is also without any information, customer care number is always out of service or the ivr prompt busy which is fake voice recorder, the seller from kolkata "keya" is one of the worst member of them who never recieves the call and neither get any help, before purchase they called maximum number time and assured will help after sales but neither...

This is to inform you that i was an agent from april 2017, from 2019 taken distributor also for that i had paid rs.60000, which is not refunded yet, even my agent and distributor wallet sum of rs.95704 amount own money was locked by the multilink company without any prior notice from last 3months.
