I ordered a Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 (White) for Rs.6679 with order ID as IDEVSTPMV on 7th Dec 2014. Due to no further information about my order and its showing the status as "Payment Accepted". So, I have to called customer care support on daily to cancel the order and request for refund. Somehow, I cancelled the order on 20th Dec 2014 after long pursuit. After they said my amount will be refund with in 7-10 working days. But, Till now whenever I call to customer support they are telling the same wait for another 7 days. I tired waiting and want my money. Please help to get my money back ASAP.

Reference Number OTQPVDUOK. I have ordered a Panasonic P 81 phone on 30th of December 2014. However since then no confirmations, no tracking number, no contact numbers, no replies from them. Paid the amount fully through my bank account.Made lots and lots of messages, mails, calls etc to them. But till now not even a single reply from them. No one is taking the customer care number and they are wasting my time and effort to contact them. Waiting your reply at the earliest.

Made payment through HDFC bank Credit card. Order is not yet received and while asking for payment, no proper answer is given. I am asking for refund as since 15 days my goods are not delivered. I placed an order on 17th Dec and till today it's not shipped nor canceled. I contacted on 31st Dec to cancel the order and still it's not completed. Today again I called to confirm to cancel not canceled yet. I DO NOT WANT THIS ORDER, WANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND REFUND. This site is not reliable and customer service is pathetic. I have ordered a Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114(White) vide reference no.77831 order no KQJQATABX on 12/8/2014 15:03:40. I have not yet received any email or status of my order. I talked with that company, they said the payment was not successful. Then I emailed a copy of payment slip, then again i contact. They said now your full payment received, your product will dispatch within 2 days. But till today I am not received my product. Everyday I have talk to them regarding my product, but no use. I am trying to contact your contact numbers it always busy and recently contacted them they are saying they will send it and you will get the product. ordered a phone from mulyashop on 10th december, ordered was cancelled due to unavailability of the phone on 22nd dec. and yet till 30th december there's been no refund from them... no one even answers their office no, customer care no. or their mail id... worst e-commerce shopping expeirence ever...

I ordered a panasonic phone P81 on dec, 11 2014 (Order No DPLTEZJNL) But neither is there any refund from their side nor are they delivering/dispatching the order I made several calls and even messaged them but ...of no use [protected] is the no they show on their site ..its not their own number its a BPO no its a FAKE site...
