I have ordered for Xolo mobile worth Rs. 5, 171/- on 14th November, 2014. It was not dispatched still 22nd November, 2014. I have sent many messages for status and cancel order, but no any reply received from Mulya shop. Fortunately, I connected to call on 24th November, 2014 and requested for cancellation. But not cancelled order still 28th November, 2014, when I again made request to call. It was given 7 days time limit for refund in my bank account. I have repeatedly made call after 7 days, but always receive the same answer, "your refund will be credited into your bank account within 2-3 days."Still today I have not received nothing.
Very bad service and provided by Mulya shop. Not worrying about customers.
I strongly advice to all buyers that please do not try to purchase from this web site.
