I ordered Micro max Canvas XL2 Mobile phone worth Rs 5949 on 22nd Nov 2014 through Debit card, but till now it is not dispatched .when i called customer care they say today it will be dispatch, like this it happened for 3 days, today finally they say it will be dispatch within 2 days as white colour i ordered is not shipped by manufacturer.so i gave them a option to dispatch other colour which is available with them.to this they said he has to take permission from his Boss and inform me.But that also didnt happened and i never got a call back from them . If the reason was non available of colour then why did customer service gave commitment that today it will be shipped . This is my worst experience in online shopping. I never faced this type of issue in other online shopping . Mulyashop.com is the worst online shopping website. Before purchasing this mobile phone i was quiet impressed by the section of "MEET OUR TEAM" Kevin Pinto, Pinky Jadhwani, Geeta Nalawade...etc . I thought it will be a good experience shopping with Mulyashop. But i experienced false commitment only.

Even today, I called them and got the reply that the said item is out of stock and would probably tomorrow would receive the stock, else would cancel the order. I could not understand how they can take the orders for the goods which they actually do not have. I had not sent the money to them, to take it back after 15-20 days and then buy the products from other traders. They need to stop such mal-practices and should delivery my order with out any delay or compensate me for mental harrassment and mal practices. - Alok Agarwal

I had ordered a Karbonn Titanium S9 worth Rs. 11, 276/- on 15th MAY 2014. After continuous followups did not receive my oder so I cancelled this order on 28th may 2014 as the mobile was out of stock. Till now i didn't get any mail communication from Mulyashop and I have been continuously making calls and sending e-mails to them but there has been no response .even i had asked for payment transaction details as they are saying payment has been done but of no use as they have no transaction details & even no money is credited to my Credit Card account as i check twice daily. When I contacted on the helpline of the above website on 25/05/2014, He was told that the product was out of stock (But online site is shows available) and will dispatch within 10 days, After every 3 days i was making calls to Mulyashop helpline ([protected]) and he replied to me, every time we will dispatch within next 10 days. Hence i have cancelled my order on 02/06/2014 due to delay of dispatch through mail communication and I contacted on the helpline, He told you will get your refund amount within 3 days. I Have booked a mobile Micromax canvas Nitro A 310 Blue through online shopping Company (www.mulyashop.com) on 04 Dec 2014. According to company they deliver the mobile within 7 days. But after 12 days they do not deliver my mobile. Sir on 15 Dec 14 I call to company and ask about my order, I did not get any satisfied answer from them and i cancel my order on the same day. According to company policy, refund should be with in 7 to 10 working days. After one and half month i did not get my refund my amount.I contact to company 20 to 25 times ever time they told that you will get your refund with in 7 days, 5 days 3 days. but i have not received amount till to date (03 Feb 2015). Yesterday when i call to them, that time they told me you will get ur refund today by 0700Pm. But still i have not received my amount today. Today when i call to company my phone diverted to any other no. Sir please guide me what can i do.

Mulya Shopping customer care team is just bluffing. I have sent many mails to their CEO on this issue but he didn't reply for a single mail. Their shopping site should be blocked for any further transactions. Customers pl. Be aware of this site. Should take legal action on their Directors & CEO.

I have requested the Money refund on 4th May 2014, since all the time customer care executive commit me a new delivery date. as per company commitment money refund will take place 5-8 days. today is 20 May and around 50 days has been passed neither product or money refund take place. I am not how the company is in market. I have called 20-25 times and mailed to company so many times but no response.

UYGSIKEYI dated 26/03/2014...i have been calling them every 2 days and every time they are giving rubbish reply that u will receive ur payMent by this date or that date...they are such a rubbish people ...i strictly ask the consumer forum to plz cancel their registration and they should not be allowed to Do bussiness...plz take this as my complaint against them and Plz plz consumer forum staff take some strict legal action against them...they making fool of innocent people... I have ordered for 1 head phone on 1st April 2014 and made online payment of Rs.249/-. Till today as on 30th April their pathetic call center people are saying ready made answer that product is out of stock and I will get my refund "TODAY or TOMORROW", don't know when is that "TODAY or TOMORROW". For this small amount their service is like this much bad, just imagine further. In their web site no contact number or e-mail id of any higher authorities for customers except 2 call center numbers. I have already spent more than Rs.249/- for calling their STD call center number. Here who ever posted good reviews I think those are posted by their own people not by genuine customers.

I have ordered 3 handset via order no.SJRKBSAJC AND UYGSIKEYI FOR 16846 and 9247/- on 26/03/2014 which i have not received till date. i.e not received even after 16 days, they are making fool of customer every time i call them they give reducilous excuses like say your handset is with courier company giving false waybill number, saying we are new company and we have received bulk order that is why we delaying your delivery, our vendor dont have stock ETC ETC...
